I moved in from out of state and needed to transfer my policy to Texas as soon as possible and Brett was able to help me out in a very prompt and professional manner. They were in contact with my previous home office/agent and I was all set up within a few hours and I really appreciated him going the extra step to make sure I was all taken care of before the business day closing. Brett is very responsive and thorough, answering our questions with very detailed answers that are easy to understand. After many discussions and emails back and forth, we decided to move insurance to State Farm, primarily because of the great customer service that we received from Brett throughout the due diligence process. Ross is genuine and sincere! He wants to make sure that you have all the information to make intelligent decisions on your policies. He doesnt rush you and isnt pushy, like I have experienced with other insurance companies. You can tell that customer service is the first priority at his agency.
