I understand you want my business but why in the h*** would you send mail with a picture of my house from Google maps in a huge open face window envelope for anyone and everyone to see. You realize at times people get other peoples mail. You dont know your potential customer and to do that says eff your privacy. Thats my opinion, however my opinion matters since you obviously wanted my business that will not get, but if I choose Allstate at any point in life it would not be through your agency.

Reyna and Dalia, are one of the best customer service representatives I have ever met. I have called multiple times to do several changes and I spoke to each one separate times and each time I felt like they really cared about protecting me as a customer and not just taking my money. Every time I go into the office I feel very welcomed! I definitely recommend this agency!!

Horrible experience

My husband & I went for a quote to switch insurance companies, and their prices were extremely high compared to what I already have.

Very warm office atmosphere. They truly go above and beyond to make sure clients are happy! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend

Michael is rude, when I went to purchase insurance, he was nice and all, but as time went by, he started being rude to me and my wife! Hes racist. His staff AND customers deserve another boss who will treat them better and with a BETTER tone of voice.

Julie and Mike go above and beyond to take care of my family. I love having the mobile app and my insurance card in my phone.

This office has a great number of professional employees, who are very friendly and ready to help you as soon as you step in the office.

My experience with this agent was negative. Forwarded mass emails that are sent to every customer is all that I received. When true help is needed action is not taken. I asked to get information to make changes to my home policy. They said that informtion would be sent but I never heard back. I had 2 phone converstations to just finally cancel my policy because I found better coverage and customer service with another company. I was told it would be taken care of that day and I would receive a confirmation email. After I again never heard back from them I called to make sure it was cancelled and found out it was never taken care of. They said they would look into it and call me back. After 2 hours of never hearing anything again I called again. They said I should have more informtion tomorrow. We will see if this ever gets taken care of. I will be calling Allstate to give a negative review!

Great agency...they are very efficient and knowledgeable, and Mike puts his customers needs above all else.
