I took out insurance with Deerfield almost a year ago and I am very pleased. They shopped my coverage, got me a good deal, & are always there if I need something like a policy change. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an insurance agent or better pricing on your current policy.

I just had a claim (rear-ended) on my brand new vehicle & wanted the replacement parts to be OEM (Original Equipment Manufactured) parts which maintain the resale value of the vehicle verses aftermarket parts which necessarily do not. The claim adjustor did not allow for it but my agency Deerfield Advisors Insurance Agency made it happen. It was originally an agency oversight but Deerfield made it right along my carrier Safeco. They both worked together to make me whole. I am extremely pleased about the way they handled the whole thing. Highly recommend Deerfield as an agent and Safeco as a carrier if you are looking for a good insurance experience.
