I would rate a negative star if I could. My son lived here for a year (we leased for two but he spent the second year elsewhere) and the living environment is horrific. The complex is on its 3rd Manager in two (2) years and the current one is by far the rudest! I get that it is not an easy task to manage a living arrangement full of sometimes immature young adults but the approach and rudeness with parents is completely unacceptable. Parents DO NOT allow your children to live here!!!! To give an idea of how bad it is, my child only physically stayed on the premises 2 months of his 2nd year - did I mention they made me pay extra to end the lease in May instead of July? Oh and they require full months rent for May though they require the tenant to be out by the 20th! Please don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, there is NOTHING positive about this place!!!!

The Apartment complex is filled with roaches, the office staffs never answers the phones makes it difficult to pick up packages, charges you for things twice, I had to be moved 2 times. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Parking is terrible, there are no cameras anywhere and very unsafe at night due to the actual doors of the building never being locked. They do raffles to get students and potential residents to give good reviews. There is always dog feces, trash, etc everywhere. The computers in the study room are always broken. The office staff minus a few are very confrontational unprofessional. One of the security made racial comments. Do not make the mistake of living there, anon campus apartment has better amenities, staff, parking, and all together more sanitary.

The vue on mcgregor seems to be a nice place. It is convenient to downtown and has a park across the street. I have only heard the rent there is affordable. Ned the security guard is nice he walked me to my destination late one evening. For me them having security there made my visit feel much more relaxing. The times I have had to call the vue the office staff has been nice and cheerful to me. The young lady Tandri really seems to know her stuff about the property and is always very honest and welcoming. I also see that dogs are welcome on property too which should make dog lovers very happy. I also heard they have gotten new management recently so anything wrong in the past should go uphill from here. Happy Apartment Living💜💛💚

Im moving into The Vue on August 22nd, so Fall 20. So far Im nervous and very concern to move into this apartment because of the lack of information and ability to contact reps and other mangers/employees during their working hours plus their excessive charging and over charging students to live here. Granted I havent moved in yet, and hope that everything goes a lot smoother once I do. but some advice to anyone looking to move into The Vue or any student living, please please do some research and get all the information you need about payments and the lease agreement, everything, before you agree to sign.

Bug infested. My roommates and I were super clean and never left food out, but somehow when I turn the lights on, the critters all over the kitchen come out. We have no food or trash, the place is just naturally infested. They say they have pest control, but as many times as I’ve brought it up....NOTHING! The living is nice, but the hallways are filled with dog Pee, dog poop and a whole lot of trash. You have to watch your step. If the bugs weren’t such a big issue I’d consider moving back. This place is HORRIBLE. I have lived here since august and here are just a few of the problems I have had. Upon move in, my dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were all broken. It took me putting in dozens of maintenance requests (that kept getting marked as complete when no one had even come to my apartment) and going down to the office 3+ times until they finally started fixing it 4 months later. Since November my air conditioning unit has been messed up, the temperature will not go below 78 and will randomly spike up into the 80s. I pay to park in the garage, but have had my car broken into and seen multiple others. They have misplaced packages that have been delivered. My rent was promised to be $100 less than it currently is and every time I have tried to talk to someone about it they have pushed me away. The hallways and elevators are always dirty and covered in trash (this is because of the residents, not the staff). You cannot get out of your lease unless you find someone to sell it to. While most of the office workers are very kind, helpful and understanding, management does not care and does not help.

You pay 12 months of rent when you can only stay for 11 months. The only time the public areas look nice when they are trying to get people to sign a new lease, other than that everything is usually pretty trashed. Almost every machine in the gym is broken and does not work. This is a terrible place. The pool is green, trash everywhere, cars in the secure garage are broken into almost weekly, maintenance never comes to fix things, there is trash everywhere. The trashroom is also overflowing with garbage and bugs. I would not live here again. There are so many new student apartments in the area, I would look elsewhere.

I was excited to live close to campus (University of Houston) and I enjoyed the staff upon meeting them during move in. It all changed when I saw how small my room was and then found out it was infested with fleas. My roommate and I share the bedroom and it was incredibly hard to get rid of the fleas. Management accused us of bringing in the fleas, stating how did you know that they were fleas? and how do you know that they werent there before?. I was very upset because management did not hear me out and belittled the situation (and myself and roommates). The fleas were finally gone after TWO MONTHS of living with them (and getting bitten mercilessly), being super clean, countless of extermination and vacuuming at least twice a day. IT. WAS. HORRIBLE. I was very disappointed that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned and prepped for the new residents. (Attached is the photo of fleas that were vacuumed from my room)Moreover, it was hard to have company over because of the lack of visitor parking and the garage entrance. My friends did not feel safe coming over, due to the numerous cars being broken into. I have noticed some changes around the complex and I hope that management will keep up with them.I am excited to be moving out. best of luck.

Parents. Don’t do it!!! You try to give companies chances and they blow it! My biggest issue is how this pandemic issue was handled with students. The staff need to learn how to handle complaints a little better. Sometimes just a simple “I’m sorry for the inconvenience I will make sure we do the best we can in the future” goes a long way. Elevators never worked. But due to unforeseen circumstances I’m sure you’ll take big hit on next year’s occupancy. So you too will eventually affected by the pandemic.

This apartment complex is horrible! It is caked in filth and garbage constantly and management has not done anything about it for the past 10 months. Only now that the leases are ending are they starting to clean it up because people will be starting to look for apartments for the fall but I can guarantee that once you sign the lease they will stop caring again! For the past 10 months the entire complex has smelled like rotting garbage, especially in the hallways leading to the parking garages where residents like to dump their trash! The residents here are extremely trashy! Constantly yelling and running down the hallways at 3 AM, leaving trash and food in the stairwells and hallways, leaving dog poop and pee in the hallways. The entire complex wreaks of marijuana constantly and it permeates through the air vents. Gunshots in the complex at 3AM. The management here is grossly incompetent! There is rarely ever a manager onsite, even during the week in the middle of the day! The complex is basically run by part time college students who of course cant do anything without management approval so theyre basically useless. None of the amenities are actually usable, the pool has been shut down for health code violations since I moved in and the gym equipment is unusable with out of order signs on 90% of the equipment. Its such a shame, this apartment complex could be so nice if management actually stepped up and started enforcing the rules and did their job but they just do not care!

The amount of break-ins is just ridiculously stupid. 10+ cars are broken into EVERY WEEK and the office refuses to offer any security. They claim they have 24/7 security, thats a joke. Do you have any idea the amount of time and noise it takes to break into THAT MANY cars EVERY week? Where the hell is that security? For $1000-1500 a month, we DESERVE a paid armed officer every single night. The hallways are trashed, but honestly I can deal with that. The rooms are nice, maintenance is... adequate, and the people in the office are nice people, but the office staff isnt the issue. Its the management company. They refuse to give us better security.I wanted to live here for the next 3-4 years... Not without better security. Hell no.

This place is run by a bunch of people who have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I planned on renewing my lease with them because of convenience and proximity to campus, but when I went to do so, they had leased the apartment out from under me. There is a portion of the lease covering renewals, and it states that you will have the chance to renew your same bedspace in your apartment before anyone else. I was well within that date and they would not allow me to renew because they had given it to someone else. Great. They also did not have any more of my floor plans and price to move into. They werent willing to correct the problem without force. I managed to get them to contact the apartment complex owner to ask for a better rate on a bigger (more expensive) apartment to attempt to correct the the issue so Id have a place to live. They just plain never got back to me, and when I called again they played dumb and apparently forgot about the whole situation and wouldnt help me anymore. Additionally, the place was put together very cheap, everything breaks at least once, the office can rarely help you unless it pertains to paying them money, and will not ever answer your calls. The people in the office including managers pretend to be professionals but have no idea how to help you or do anything at all. The manager (when I visited with her) had not even read the lease. Good place to live for the most part, absolutely incompetent staff. Maintenance guys are super cool though.

This is probably one of the worst apartments you can rent at. Smelly trash in the hallway for days, the manager and staff are extremely rude and always charge extra ridiculous fees. If you plan in studying in your own room, better get some good sound proof headphones since people like to party at night. I was told I was going to live with 3 more roommates, but upon moving in found out one of the rooms had 2 girls. Cars get broken into INSIDE garage that you have to pay for every month (40$), and also along the park. Thats ridiculous! You can smell weed along the hallway, workout machines always broken at the gym. Study room downstairs is useless since everyone making so much noise coming in and out of the apartment. They charged me an extra 100$ per month on my rent while a week after they reduced it 100$ less. That is AFTER asking if any promotions were coming up. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Dont live here if you are a student that studies a lot. The study room is located in the same area as the main entrance, resulting in a very noisy and uncomfortable study environment. Every time I want to sit down and concentrate (every day), I have to go elsewhere because the study room is far too loud and distracting and my room isnt always quiet either. I end up having to stay on campus until late hours in the night (unsafe) simply to study and complete assignments that I cant complete in what is supposed to be my home. I can only study in the study rooms really late at night when nobody is constantly walking in and out. There is a study room located on the fifth floor but it is locked 24/7 (nobody knows why). Not school friendly at all. Additionally, nothing is kept up well. This complex is new and should be shiny and clean, but its not. Half of the gym equipment doesnt work, the pool area isnt maintained, so essentially everything that you are shown in the beginning to make the place attractive is basically unavailable. Theres plenty of more affordable and better maintained apartments in the area, dont settle.

THIS IS THE WORST STUDENT APARTMENTSManagement is unprofessional, they messed up my lease, placed me in an extremely small room and told me I couldn’t move even though the room I signed my lease for was taken. The apartment in general is dirty 80% of the time. The initial presentation is nice of course to draw in new renters, but after the first 2 months you really start to see how filthy the halls and staircases become. They charge you for the most random things upon moving out just to make a dollar. Selling your lease is nearly impossible. You have to pay 80% of your rent for that month while the other person pays the full amount(scammers). The worst part about living here, besides the extreme filthiness, is the break in rates. They tried installing brighter lights in the garage but cars were still vandalized and broken into. It’s actually shocking. Every time I walked out to my car I saw a new car broken into from the previous night. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.- I lived here for 3 years and saw over 50 cars broken into. Not one resident was helped or reimbursed by the apartment complex, nor did the complex install cameras to help catch the culprits or provide a more secure parking garage.- Every year they charged me the maximum amount for cleaning when I moved out, which was several hundred dollars. On top of that, they even kept my deposit and falsely charged me for a broken chair.- They had my car towed from the garage despite me paying for parking and tried to refuse reimbursing me for the tow.- The halls have piss stains, garbage and are worse than a prison bathroom. The walls are incredibly thin and the AC units are dysfunctional so expect an overcharge for electricity every month.- The pool is always trashed with garbage and has outsiders breaking in to use it.- The chances of you getting mugged or attacked are extremely high, I saw two people get shot on the street out front in my residency here.- The property manager Kristen is the worst, coldest, most disrespectful and unaccommodating human being I have ever come across. If you want to have the WORST living experience in your life, sign up for the Vue on Macgregor!

Dont live here.1. Management has no idea what theyre doing.2. I moved in when the apartments were brand new last year. I moved out this past July. When I initially moved in, I gave them a deposit. Today, I was called by a COLLECTION agency telling me I owe debt to the Vue for carpet cleaning. I lived in a 4 bedroom with 3 other people. The only carpet in the apartment was in our extremely small, new rooms. I had a charge of $190 due to them for carpet cleaning and I never saw my deposit and I was never informed of this charge before they decided to just throw me into a collection agency and destroy my credit.3. I moved to a MUCH SAFER, older apartment in Midtown for $700/mo. I have a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bath, and parking spot included in that. I got a small bedroom to myself, a shared small living space with 3 others, and weekly disturbances and shootings (2 while I was there) at the Vue for $810/mo each and paid parking. It just doesnt make sense.I would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible, terrible mistake moving in there last year that I am apparently still paying for. Save your money and peace of mind. The apartment is over-priced and the management does not care about the residents or the staff, all they care about is the money. They are taking advantage of the students. Everything is broken and cheaply made. Our refrigerator has broken over four times and all of our food has gone bad, wasting hundreds of dollars. There are way too few visitor parking spots. There is often piles of trash in the halls and everything smells. Maintenance does the best they can, but its impossible to keep up with the amount of trash and problems that this building has. The management does not value the residents. The RAs also do the best they can and they are the people who have to deal with the majority of the complaints. Not that I would renew my lease here, but rent prices increased over $200 to renew for next year which is ridiculous to live in such a trashy apartment. Overall I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Dont live here. They will take advantage of you for being a student. First off it is SUPER overpriced and you will have to pay a full month even when you move in at the end of the month. Then you will pay the full amount again at the start of the next month. So the price they show you when you walk in is actually less than what you actually pay. Utility bills are paid up to a $25 allowance which if you have lived in any other apartment, you know that $25 for utilities is not much at all. You have to pay the rest. Furnished? Oh yeah its furnished with super cheap furniture. They will tow you for anything. I was towed with a friends car for parking two spaces from a visitor parking for about 2 hours 2 days before Christmas. The parking lot was maybe a quarter full. The rooms are tiny. For the price you pay, you can easily get something much bigger and nicer. Security is a joke. They mostly look out for unauthorized parking. Amenities are closed half the time. Management is horrible.I could go on and on about problems with this complex. As if all this wasnt bad enough however, here is how they ended it all. In spite of paying over $16,000 in rent expenses alone in less than 12 months, they actually did this when I moved out. I took really good care of that apartment, and when I left, they charged me about $450 to clean the apartment. Dont think you are off-the-hook when you move out and have everything paid. They will send you to collections when you receive your final move-out balance.

Living here has been the worst choice ever. From the day I moved in I kept getting bites all along my ankles. By the way, Texas has Warranty of Habitability, which means that the landlords must ensure that you are provided a safe and livable environment (fleas are disease-causing per the Centers for Disease Control). As it turns out, the resident before me had an unauthorized dog and also, they simply did not clean my unit before leasing it to me which was disgusting since I had to vacuum a ton of dog hair the day I moved in after traveling with all of my belongings and from very far. There is supposedly security but my car was broken into which has nothing of value inside or out. Also, one of the big reasons I wanted to move here was the valet trash pick-up. This service was canceled for the building within a matter of weeks of me moving in. I also liked that there was an infinity pool overlooking the University of Houston and the bayou. Of course, this was not an option since the pool looked like it is cleaned in the summer for tours and after the school year starts, they let it fall into disrepair; not to mention the broken beer bottles in the bottom. Management is terribly useless and unwilling to help. On top of it all, A regional manager supposedly inspected my apartment and found a dog, and I was charged nearly $300 for a non-existent dog, and also I was charged for a carpet cleaning, another $150ish, which I never received nor did I cause the need for a cleaning. Im thoroughly disappointed and I hope the Houston Apartment Association reads this.

The staff of the Vue were both prompt and courteous in answering what questions I had about the leasing agreement. Also, both the application and leasing agreement were easy to follow. Excited about moving into the Vue and meeting all the people who live at the Vue when I move in thirteen days from now.

After living here for a year I noticed a few things that needed work done on as well as the grounds being cleaned. However, after seeing that they have hired more people to fulfill these duties and fix the issues I will truly say I like this apartment complex. From the view of the city, to the pool, as well as the staff being very friendly.

The more I spend time at The Vue on Macgregor, the more I love it. This place coalesces big city living with affordable student-friendly prices. Its literally a couple miles from downtown and its walking distance from all my classes. The living space is beyond luxurious with top of the line amenities, high end furniture, and above all spacious and comfortable rooms. The leasing staff is not only made up of some of the friendliest and most understanding people, but also some of the most serviceable people too. Their assistance is always accessible. In regards to safety, the Vue on MacGregor has amplified their security many-folds and from my perspective, they seem to outdo themselves in the best way possible in a monthly basis. Overall, my experience with this place has been truly unmatched. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else

Dont live here. The gate was always broken, which made it unsafe and led to cars being broken into. The hallways were always dirty with dog poop everywhere and it smelled like piss wherever you went. The garage and hallways were so dimly lit and neither had security cameras to catch thieves. Parking is tight and there were literally only 8 parking spaces for guests. What apartment complex has only 8 public parking spaces for 300+ residents? They dont even have a keypad to help guests come in and make the residents come all the way down to open the gate for them.I remember one time my key door wasnt working so I asked for help from management and the workers told me that only Kristen the manager could help. Turns out she was walking her dog at the moment and couldnt fix my door until later on. Super unprofessional. Actually whenever an issue was brought up, the other workers in the office always asked for Kristen to fix the issue. It felt like the workers were so incompetent and clueless when asked for anything besides getting mail. Before we moved out, my roommates and I thoroughly cleaned the whole place top to bottom but they still charged us all $75 each so a total of $300 for cleaning services which they took from all of our security deposits. If you have a guarantor, the management will take a whole months rent from them and wont disclose as to why they did when you move out. This place is a big waste of time and money.

If it were possible, I would give the Vue zero stars. I moved in 22 August 2015, and so far the experience has been terrible. I will not be staying here again and can hopefully convince whoever is considering living here to choose somewhere else.1. My biggest issue with this apartment complex, is their attempt at tricking you into paying more than what you had previously signed your contract for. I originally signed for $881/ month (includes parking). However, after a month of living there, every resident was sent the front sheet of their leasing contract. The leasing office asked that we all sign it again. At first I found this odd since before we moved in, we had to sign the contract and make our first payment. Thankfully I didnt re-sign because they had changed the price without informing the residents, and now all of my roommates are paying more than what they originally had signed for.2. The dishwasher, disposable, lights, and drainage for the showers and sinks do not work; nor has there been any attempt on the apartments end to fix said damages.3. They love to tow people with an extremely sketchy towing company 25 min away, which ends up costing a minimum of $226.4. The staff is extremely unhelpful and unresponsive.

The Vue on MacGregor is probably the best option for student housing if you go to UH or TSU. The management staff and RA’s truly work hard to keep the Vue in top shape. Plus they do GPA discounts and scholarships, best student housing out! Of course, they’re problems at every apartment but with the friendly Vue employee’s everything works out.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here 2016-2017. Management is a complete joke and the staff is incredibly incompetent. They lost some of my mail a few times. If you ever need anything fixed it will take maintenance a week or more to get to you. The apartment complex is filthy and the amenities are usually broken & or disgusting. Security is worthless. Cars are still constantly being broken into and people are being robbed. Do not waste your money and live here. I was very happy to leave this place.

The Vue is great because it’s very close to campus. The staff can be really accommodating when they want to be. I personally don’t mind living here. The main things I would complain about is that they wait a very long time to fulfill maintenience requests. I put in a request almost a month and a half ago and it’s still not fixed. Things tend to break easily, too. The walls are VERY thin and you can hear literally everything from every direction. People have a bad habit of leaving really smelly trash everywhere and their animal waste. It takes forever to get cleaned up. They said there’s cameras, but they are only located on the 1st and 2nd floors. There A LOT of hidden fees. Like parking fees and they just recently added a rent processing fee. Other than that, it’s okay. Pricey, but that’s expected when living in campus housing in Houston. I’ve lived here for a year and I will be living here for one more year for convenience.

Literally counting the days until my lease is up. These apartments are awful. The hallways smell terrible and the floor is always covered in trash. My roommate and I are paying a combined $2100 to stay here and it is not worth it. The rooms are so tiny and they have absolutely no storage space. The walls are paper thin. My place always smells like weed from my neighbors. The pool is basically a glorified bathtub. Its super small and turns green on occasion. The gym sucks. Its overcrowded, only one out of three treadmills is functioning (the others have been broken since I got here almost two years ago). There are thick layers of dust on the equipment. The weight room is dirty, crowded, and much of the equipment in there is broken as well. They have like 12 guest parking spots. I used to have my guests park on the street, but their cars were broken into so now they have to park on campus and I end up driving there to pick them up.Dont even get me started on security. Our so called security guards are so eager to break up parties and hand out tickets for underage drinking, but are no where to be found when 10 cars are getting broken into in the parking garage(which is always covered in trash like the rest of the complex). I saw them once at a community meeting, but I never actually see them doing their jobs. There is always a break in. Its getting to the point where Im surprised to see my windows in tact when going to my car. My lease is up July 31 and I cannot wait to get out of this filthy hellhole.

The only good thing I can say is that the management and staff are super friendly. Beside that, everything is cheaply made. My room came with fleas and it took months to get rid of them. Its always loud because of the way the apartment complex was made. There is absolutely NO visitor parking so dont plan on having guests unless they want to be towed or ticketed. Not a great place to live. Its way too expensive for what you get.

WORST. LIVING. EXPERIENCE. EVER.(not even worthy of a star)Car robberies, awful management, security is an absolute joke at this complex, trash everywhere, way too overpriced, shootings on property, gang related issues, even had a dead body found on the property. Twice. I could go on. Not to mention that I would always hear about the safety issues occurring at The Vue AFTER everyone that didnt live at The Vue knew about it... Problem? Definitely. You think theyd relay information quickly to their residents for obvious safety reasons. Avoid this place at all cost. Save your money and avoid the stress. Moved out 4 months before my lease expired because it was that awful- and I even had my lease paid in full.Never had a problem with student living until this place. S/O to The Vue.

The lady I spoke with named Katie today wasnt from the apartment, but the answering service after they close. She basically was so down to Earth, Im convinced this is the place for me. Thanks so much for making the process easy and fun again.OK so update! I moved in and a few things were wrong/ broken, and it all got fixed! Kristen is the manager and such a great one ! Speak only to her when asking anything about your lease or apartment. She listens to residents, and handles anything you throw at her. The rooms are spacious, with the most elegant kitchens. Malcom, Geneva, and Amanda are the best employees, and the maintenance man named Lawrence. The shuttle to TSU no longer comes here however :(

I would rate the Vue zero stars if that was even possible it is absolutely the worst living experience of my entire life ! I would never ever in a million years recommend this place to anyone ! I feel so bad that i asked my roommates to move in there with me. The place has NO SECURITY the guards are more concerned about towing cars than keeping the residents safe. There is no parking for visitors none of the doors lock and management SUCKS ! They loose packages so never send your stuff there because either someone lost it or stole it even after it was shown that someone who worked there had signed but they claimed they didnt have it. The apartments were not ready until the day before school started and they were not even clean ! there were hair balls all over our rooms the carpets had paint all over them and the dishwasher never worked and we didnt even have hot water! yet they needed a month to clean them ! All of the reviews that are good about this place are lies ! they are all from people who work there. They also gave out $200 checks for looking and leasing and the checks bounced ! There were 2 shootings at the Vue last year and yet they have improved nothing.

No, no, and no. (Edited to mentioned our lease was Aug 2018 to July 2019, so you know this is a review from this past year up to August 2019 when we got our move-out bill)Issues: safety, car break-ins, roaches that NEVER leave, move-out even when you clean before moving out, move-out fees are more than stated in fee schedule, adding a trash fee 2nd semester that was NOT in the original contract. (At this point I was just done, so I paid and counted down the months till we were gone)We paid for a room with a view of the pool or commons ground, and we got a view of the back of some random trailer park looking place with junk in the back. We also signed a lease for a bathroom with a tub & shower and only got a standing shower. The only reason my daughter stayed was because the roommates were friends who signed together. Otherwise I would have disputed from day 1. Also, the pool was never in use. My daughter had friends stay over: her friends car had the window smashed and her boyfriend’s car was broken in as well (window smashed). The thieves go around with BB guns to blow out the windows. Parking security is a joke. Imagine walking up on someone breaking in to your car. Suddenly your safety is in jeopardy! One of the roommates even saw one of the parking lot security guards... SLEEPING... in his car.For move-out: My daughter cleaned her room - vacuumed, cleaned bathroom. They charged $50 for carpet (there were no stains and she vacuumed). Sink cleaned. They charged $40 for the sink, which was clean. Even if it was dirty, the fee for a dirty bathroom sink is $25. (Total move out fees $239 for her and about the same for the other 3 roommates)Charged for many other move-out items, but those 2 are just for her room, and she is so upset. I mean, why clean if they are going to charge $90 for your sink and carpet that were both cleaned/vacuumed. And barely walking space in the bedroom so you’re talking about like 8 square feet of visible at most.I asked multiple times for the roach infestation to be taken care of. Roaches were IN the fridge. In the suction of the door. Tiny roaches. They hung out when she cooked! Got in her Keurig. And she cleaned regularly. She didn’t leave anything in the Keurig. There is just such a bad infestation that roaches are everywhere. In her drawer and in her clothes. They were practically begging people to renew by giving away MacBooks as a gift with renewal. Needless to say we did not renew. Not worth the MacBook. We had zero issues at Cullen Oaks.Go to Cullen Oaks before you go here. We always felt safe with her at Cullen, and there was never a roach issue. No car break-ins. No ridiculous move-out fees. I cannot stress enough. Do not go to the Vue. I stayed in contact with management and nothing improved. Then, they stick it to you in move-out fees even if you clean. There are 3 reviews from a day ago with 4 stars that seem stacked. Definitley take in to consideration the genuine reviews and details of what the issues are in them.

Absolutely awful experience. Hallways are filled with trash, pool was closed by the city of Houston health department, things dont get fixed( and theyre broken to begin with), and there is mold and stains all across the ceilings of the building. In addition, cars get broken into frequently in the parking garage. In general, the building is really dirty and crime ridden and I would not recommend living here.
