I have only excellent words for office staff and management. They are quick responders for any issue to fix literally same or next day. I am reading the comments about roaches, water etc, but these things have nothing to do with management, it’s simply old construction and installation that couldn’t be magically fixed overnight. Only problem I had with parking, after “Kamp” club opened next door, some random people parked on my spot and I had to call towing in the middle of the night.Otherwise, location and price are great for convenience you get.

The apartments are not the best especially for the price. Maintenance takes long time to respond. Had an issue with my online access and had a person, Stephanie, told me that there was nothing she can do and it was because my payments were late(due to having my roof flooded and then taking over 2 weeks to fix it all the while my rent online payment was the same. And they claimed they would reduce my rent which they dropped only $200.) HOWEVER, I went in today and this awesome person, shout out to Janet, was able to help me as well as 3 other people at one time. She is amazing and I appreciated the speedy response. Within days of hearing of, contacting and touring the facilities I was assisted in signing my contract and obtaining my keys. Brandon from the leasing office was incredibly helpful and communicative about the process and timeline.*Update: Major delays on basic appliances included in the lease. Unexplained charges on my account. Lots of back and forth to get basic items taken care of. I appreciate the staff in the office, but the property company has issues communicating consistently and make themselves accessible.

When I first arrived I was so excited to move here being that I traveled from out of town to make Houston my new home. I was excited about the area and the price Stephanie the property manager assured me the property had no roaches. I am now a week into my move and I walked in my unit last night and saw a bunch of roaches gathered in the sink having some sort of meeting. I’m am terrified of bugs and had requested to speak with Stephanie but she always hides in the office cause she knows she’s a liar and was trying to get a sale. The temps in the office are rude and hang up on you. Please run ! The Ridley is a roach nest and Stephanie is a liar.... will be contacting corporate shortly.

Lived here for a year. The water was being shut off every week or every other day it seems. The staff were unprofessional whenever you have a complaint.. and we rarely call to complain unless it was something major. We always had to call the emergency service line like 50 times for someone to respond. We stopped using the dishwasher a month in because it had too many issues and we got tired of calling for repairs. They try to charge you for every little thing especially when you move out. Also, the larger dog owners never pick up their poop so there was constantly big piles of poop everywhere. It was hard to take your dogs out without them catching flees. We have sweet next door neighbors but the ones further down were always super loud at 3AM for what??? Don’t live towards the outside of the complex if you don’t want to here motorcycles or cars blasting music in the middle of the night.

I have lived here for about a month and a half now when i First arrived here everybody seemed to be friendly at first especially the new community manager. The place is crawling with roaches though and i have had to spend lots of my own money outside of pest control on my own products on trying to keep them out. I see them every other day even had one crawl on me while i was sleeping the first night. The place is located in a great area hopefully you have better luck moving into an apartment that is not roach infested cause that has ruined my experience here at the ridley.

The worse apartment to live . I moved out because my car was broke into . The apartment they give me it wasnt what I expected the announced as renewed but my washer and dryer were putting inside the closet and ended with half closet . They are charging me for things I stated in my inventory sheet I sent pictures to the office of my move out impecable clean along with my inventory sheet and they never reply. I call them many times and they told me that they were going totalk to me soon and never did . They end up sent me to collections and now I have to pay them to keep my credit clean . Its a shame that in time of COVID I pay my rent in time I lot people have no money to pay the rent but rather they prefer a bad review. Only for 300 dollars but I prefer to pay the debt collector . Apartments are decent but the water is always being shut-off and it’s DEFINITELY NOT SAFE. SAFETY FIRST. I’ve lived here for over a year now but IT’S TIME TO MOVE. Someone broke into my apartment 11/20/20 and then someone attempted to break-in on Christmas Eve around 4am and the manager said they are not liable for any break-ins and that the “courtesy officer” will monitor my unit for any strange activity.. I’ve never seen or met the courtesy officer so is there even one? And the Cops never showed up for any break-in... I have a friend that works for the 911 center and notified me about another attempted break-in that happened today 12/26 in the complex and that our calls are being dropped as disturbances/ suspicious person. I still haven’t received an email back from the office relating the possible break-ins.

The only thing the “manager” in the leasing office can manage is the sandwich going from her plate to her mouth. Save your money, find a safer community, and better office management. The times I have had an issue - the office has responded almost immediately. The complex is quiet and really no issues at all from residents or management. I have a 1-bedroom/1 bath and initially I thought it was small, however, after moving in - I realized that it is very spacious and welcoming. I never get any emails about it or warnings when the AC isnt working. Randomly but also weekly the hot water will go out. Ill be waiting and waiting in my shower for hot water just to realize its never coming. I will give them this though, when the water goes out maybe half the time I get an email saying so. And for the next day or so the hot water will be either cloudy white or yellow tinted. Overall doesnt really seem like the best place to live. I was moving quickly and didnt have much time to plan. I am a current tenant and I have lived here less than 6 months and not only have I had to deal with roach infestation but also I have a rat nest in between the walls of my KITCHEN. For 16 days now I have been dealing with this. I can’t live in my apartment because I have a son that I pray doesn’t catch a rat disease. They were eating up my bread and other things in my kitchen and finally just 4 days ago the hole was covered up. I was told almost 13 days ago that it was covered but that was a lie. I still hear them at night when I go to check on my things and they scratch at the walls all night to break back in. They are not dying but literally living in between my walls and vents. I have videos where you can hear them it’s terrifying. The office feels just because the hole is covered up that the problem is fixed. They don’t even care that they are still making nest in my walls. When asked when I wanted from the office they told me corporate would not grant my request and that I was basically asking for to much compared to other tenants with this problem. All I asked was for a rat and roach free apartment for me and my son. It’s under new management so I moved here thinking things would be great with all the new things they added but this has been the most horrible experience for me with an apartment complex !

I am a current tenant in here and I think it will be the best if nobody comes here! Super noisy neighbors in the middle of the night! You will be woken up by them screaming when talking on the phone or playing games. I reached out to the neighbors by banging on the wall and ringing their bell to talk to them but NOTHING. He intentionally ignored me! One night he played music loudly until 4:30AM. I also reached out to the management and they said they will reach out to them. I expected things to get better but it got worst, unfortunately. Nothing more I can do! It is frustrating. I am writing this post on 1:10AM as you can notice. It is super super annoying! I don’t know what to do.I don’t want to talk about how the units on the second floor are not carpetted and every time people upstairs walk is like a banging on my ceiling. The units in downstairs are carpeted though! The complex area was very clean in good old days but it is not right now! Trash is everywhere and the swimming pool is not clean! It have not been taken care of for about one or two months.I am waiting for my contract to reach to an end and then move out.

This is an update review. I rated this community well last time.I have lived here for a while now, just maybe I have overstayed. it was good while it lasted. Believe me, I could still rate this place far much better, but after the lowest services and how not so professional Ms. Inez Rodriguez was. It`s just hard to rate it above a star.I wont be long, but here is my issue.I lost a parcel this past Wednesday (12/16/2020) I called the shipper, UPS and the company that run the parcel boxes at this Community. Everyone was professional and sounded well, a sign that they were happy to assist me find my parcel. When It came to The leasing personnel on duty (Ms. Inez Rodriguez and I dont know the other ladys name, forgive me about that) I explained my situation with information from all parties involved. At one point, Ms. Inez Rodriguez said this to me, well, you should have paid for insurance on your package, that way you could make a claim. As hospitality professional, you can never say that to anyone. I though that was the low of the low she could go. She was never welcoming to me in any way. In the beginning her associate had to stop her as she was about to say something unpleasant. I cannot say this, since she did not finish her sentence.Simply not happy, but I understand well that I must move on. I just wish I did not renew the lease last month. I am very respectful and I wish we could have respect for others a little bit. They used to have great teams here that were a lot more hospitable. They are all gone, as in life we move on and also get promoted to higher positions, I am sure, they have been promoted, because they were that good.

This complex is horrendous. We lived here about 1.5 years and had nothing but issues. The office staff was rarely helpful and the manager has a horrible attitude. The apartment:The unit we rented had no upgrades, yet we were charged for an upgraded unit. The rent increased when the new management took over and we were charged for amenities that had not changed. Example: new management charged for our parking space (not covered or inside the gate), our old washer/dryer unit that had been in our apartment for a year and only worked occasionally, Parcel Pending (similar to an Amazon locker that you had to pay for even if the postal workers refused to use it--which was most of the time. The Parcel Pending lockers were even broken for our building the last few months we lived there and packages were left at our front door and routinely stolen), the $30/mo trash service (the company didnt pick up trash on Friday/Saturday and would often leave trash and not fully empty the container). Management charged monthly for pest control, which was an absolute joke. All of the apartments are infested with roaches. I cleaned, vacuumed, and took the trash out daily. The apartment was spotless, and yet full of roaches. They would come in through cracks in the walls. The most disgusting thing Ive ever seen. I would request pest treatment time and time again, to no avail. On multiple occasions we were forced out of our apartment due to the overwhelming stench of chemicals. Management claimed they were resurfacing various apartments neighboring ours. This happened on two occasions and the smell was so overpowering that my husband and I were both lightheaded and sick to our stomachs. We had to leave immediately and stayed in a hotel for three days until our apartment was safe to return to. The second time this happened, management offered to let us stay in the model unit for the night. It was filthy, the bed was full of hair and had roaches were crawling across it. Horrible. Management would turn off the water on almost a daily basis, sometimes with no prior notice. When the water was on, it was rarely warm enough to take a shower. On occasion, the water would come out brown or yellow and it would smell like sewage. The complex/environment:Dirty. Filthy. Residents leave trash everywhere--under the stairs, in the courtyards, etc. Residents often let their dogs defecate all over the sidewalks and grass and wouldnt pick it up. There was so much feces in the courtyard, you could smell it walking by. The pool in the C building was always green and scummy. New management recently upgraded the gym, which was nice, but many residents treated it as their childrens personal playscape. Children would run and scream through the gym on a daily basis, sometimes without parental supervision. On many occasions, toddlers would climb on the treadmills and other cardio machines, fall off and cry. There are only two treadmills in the gym and both were often occupied by children/toddlers.The move-out:Texas law requires a landlord to return a residents security deposit and an accounting of move-out expenses no later than 30 days after a resident vacates a unit. 45 days after we moved out, I had to call management multiple times and inquire into our deposit refund. I was assured the check was in the mail multiple times. When the check finally arrived, it wasnt dated until after I called asking for it. Meaning, without me calling to remind them, I doubt we would have ever received our refund. In the final breakdown of our move-out expenses, the manager charged us an arbitrary fee for our last months utilities. When I called to ask him about it, he promised he wasnt overcharging us but theres no way he could have known that because as he admitted, he just charged us the same amount as the previous month (two months before we vacated). Not only is that super unprofessional, its theft. In summary, if its not abundantly clear, I urge you to stay far far away from this complex.

Moved here last month and so far, so good. I havent noticed a decline in friendliness or promptness since signing my lease. Deb was great; she kept me updated throughout the process and made sure all of my questions were answered prior to move-in. The complex recently transitioned to a new management company and I have been pleasantly surprised by the smoothness of it all. Common areas are very well-kept and the community is extremely quiet. I put in one work order online and it was completed the next day. My apartment was in great condition upon move-in and I havent found any bugs. Laundry facilities are well-kept and all machines are new, as well as most of the fitness center equipment. The location is fantastic - if you work in the Galleria area, you probably wont even have to get on Westheimer to get to work. Plenty of food and entertainment within walking distance. This complex is definitely the best value in the area and I look forward to staying here.

They’re under new management. They upgraded everything, which led to rent increased. They don’t provide free reserved parking, you have to pay $35/month, $30/month for trash pickup. Plus, $9/month parcel pending for packages delivery storage, even though most carriers drop packages at your door. It means you pay extra $74 in your monthly rent. $50 for gate control (optional), not sure if it’s refundable when you move out. They add all that fee to the rent without notice the residents until time to renew lease. The environment around is not clean. People don’t pick up their pet’s waste. All the apartment windows are leaking, water comes inside when it’s raining. Even when they power wash the whole building, dirty water leak inside. Hot water outrage happened too many times. Consider all that before you decide to become resident here.

When I first visited, I was shown a tour of the A building, where I would be staying with my new husband in a larger apartment. Everything went smoothly until the day of move-in.I was called by the apartment while driving with my movers(who were on the clock) and was told my apartment, which they knew I was moving into for months, would not be ready until 5pm. It was 9am at that time. When I got there, I was given no apology, no answers, and no solution. My movers were charging over $100/hr, so their mistake was costing me MY money. Finally, I was told I could move into a non-updated, smaller apartment in the B building at a discount. I had no choice but to sign a new lease on the spot, change my insurance, electricity, cable, mail, and everything else to this new address. The new apartment was a disaster. The landscaping was HORRIBLE, there was the smell of hot sewer and dumpster and marijuana, and this was NOT the standard I was shown in the A building. It was like they showed me the A building and shoved me in the B building when I had no other choice. The interior was not updated, it was smaller and the strange stairs leading from the bottom of the apartment to the top was claustrophobic. We never, EVER got our AC unit properly fixed. They kept putting freon in the ancient unit instead of fixing the freon leak. We had to threaten to sue in order for them to do something permanent. Expect high electric bills. For Harvey, my power went out for 5 days and my ceiling caved in. They said a LOT of people had similar roofing issues. The landscaping and smell never got better, but I got better at blocking it out. The pools were closed by the Houston Department of Health and Human Services for the most of my time there, which I didnt know was a blessing until they opened it back up. We were right outside of the pool and the other residents would cause a ton of noise sometimes until 1am.Things got scary when a man with a full-grown Doberman moved in. He yelled and abused his big dog and kept it off the leash unattended. Just slammed the door on it and left it on the balcony. I complained, but the management just said He has documentation that its a therapy dog! which is BS. It behaved like a regular dog, barking, pulling at the leash, being aggressive, etc. Obviously it had fake therapy dog documentation. Its not hard to get.My puppy and I were walking to our door when that dog came out of the laundry room, off its leash, and started lunging at me and my puppy, which I had to yank away, causing him pain. The owner tackled the dog, and apologized, but by that time I was crying and screaming and went straight to the office to tell management what happened. They said they couldnt do a damn thing unless I had a police report, but the police said since no one was hurt, they couldnt file a report. They sent someone out to talk to the man, and from then on (until he got a full-grown pit bull) he had it on a leash. My time at the Oxford was horrible, unpleasant, and I couldnt get out of there quick enough. Management at this money pit has changed 3 times in the one year I was there.

I was helped by Ms. Prince and although the apartments didn’t impress me at first glance, I was made to feel at home. It also helped that Ms Prince walked me through the process and answered all of my questions which made things a lot easier. I have only lived here a few months but I’m very glad I made this my home.

Susana took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need.

I do not like to make this kind of comments but I think it is not fair that we have to pay rent on time ,fulfill our obligations as a residents when they dont have good service I havent had hot water for the last 3 days or more sometimes during the morning until 3 pm or sometimes at night they keep taking off the hot water and they put it back whenever they want without warning people we have needs and I guess if they have issues they must let us know .in my opinion if they are increasing the rent they need to have a better management of the property. I been living here for 2 years already and they always have something going on, :( my intention is not to leave a bad image of the place but when i try to call nobody answer or they are always busy and never call back .

Only thing I’d diss like is that we now have new management and LOTS of people are moving out now because their rent suddenly increasedAnd the complex still looks the same...$10 that MUST be paid for trash pick up some people don’t use the bins but the charge must still be paid + I was told my same unit I’m in now the rent will increase (after my last 3 months) sorry to say if that’s so I won’t be here any more..a new rent price for the same not updated unit I think is crazy

Management keeps changing every year, and each one is worse than the one before it! All dues were paid upon move out, final utilities were paid promptly, yet we received a letter from a collection agency saying we owe the same amount of money we paid for the final utilities. Inefficiency at its peak! Stay here only if you want harassment and enjoy a troubling experience.

I lived here for a year about two years ago. I had an assigned parking spot which was covered. No issues with break ins with my car. My neighbors were extremely warm and sweet. It was a bit of the older/ retirement community and was an absolute blessing coming from multi-family apartments like pavilion place or yorktown apartments. Staff was always super friendly. Rent was about $1 per sq foot. I would highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Ridley Apartments. I absolutely love the new renovations and new management! When I enetered the office I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. I’ve toured the property a year ago and when I say it seems like a 360 change! It is. Tarjae was so inviting and knowledgeable of the property. She answered all the questions I had (even the semi stupid ones with such grace and confidence) Walking into the model I was shocked at how the renovations have completely changed the ambiance of the property. Keep up the great work guys! Looks like iced found my new home❤️

I am a current tenant. This is worst apartment that I ever Lived. I had multi issues with it.1. Every where is full of cockroaches. I asked them several times to treat them but they didn’t do any thing and I still have the same problem!2. Almost every day We Experienced water outage. Every time that I come home water is yellow at first I need to leave it open to see clear water!3. No hot water at least twice a week!4. Very noisy environment specially at after noons!5. Patio is full of dogs waste! Some times outside really smells terrible!6. Some times staffs enter your apartment with out any prior notice and if they notice you they won’t wait for your permission, for different excuses for example water leakage to downstairs!7. New management put some parcel pickup locker and you have to pay 45 dollars monthly even if you don’t want to use it!8. New management changed entrance gate system and if you want to go your apartment or gym you have to pay 50 to buy gate remote control! That’s robbery at daylight!9. They don’t have any security camera or security guard so if you wake up some day and see your car without whiles Do NoT surprise. They are responsible for nothing! It happened to several neighbors before!10. You have to pay not only the rent and utilities you have to pay 50 dollars for every remote control for gate and 45 dollars for lockers and similar amounts to pest control that they never do it properly!Thats why I’m giving them One star (I wish I could give Ziro) and going to move to another place!

Lived here for a year and a half, horrible place. If you park a car here, they will steal your tires and leave you on cinder blocks. Saw it happen at least 5 times while I lived here. Place is infested with cockroaches. A couple of weeks before my lease was up, my apt was broken into and vandalized. Landlady was completely useless, kept my $600 deposit and still had the audacity to charge me another $200. I tried reaching out to her on several occasions but was never available. They pretty much just say whatever to get you to sign the lease and after that theyll be complete jerks to all tenants.

I was a resident of The Oxford On Greenridge property for 5 years. During my stay in the community I lived in 3 different units, all which seemed to have their own issues such as Roaches! Lots of Roaches! And the occasional loud neighbor, break in and armed robbery here and there. However the third unit I lived in was apartment number 67 A, it had several issues from the start, the most notable issue was water leakage. Whenever there were any amount of rain in our area my master bedroom window would leak, which caused flooding in my unit on numerous occasions. I found myself submitting work orders more frequently because of this issue. Each visit from maintenance would end with the typical head scratch and Spanish conversation amongst the maintenance workers who were doing the repairs. This issue continued on for three months which resulted in the manager calling out a “foundation specialist” which was a lie because they never did anything to the unit structurally other than apply some caulking around the window seal which later leaked again.During this reoccurring issue I started to notice water leaking from the ceiling in my master bathroom as well. This problem began to get reported as well which again resulted in maintenance coming out to access the issue. This went on for several months until the roof started to grow mold spores and eventually caved in. Again I called the maintenance to report this issue, they showed up shocked to find what happened as if I hadn’t been reporting this issue for the past few months. Finally the issue was addressed and repaired which left me with a great deal of displeasure to find that it took the roof giving in to have the issue properly addressed. I called the office the following business day to voice my displeasure with my stay in my apartment. Deb the assistant manager had apologized to me and offered to take $100 off my rent for the following month as she explaining she didn’t know what was going on. However by this point I was upset that this problem had persisted so long without her hearing a word about it. I found that hard to believe as I had called the office to leave a message with the staff and the maintenance on all occasions. One in which I had to personally email Haydee the property manager due to Deb not following up on one of my many work order request.Fast forward to January 10, 2016 and I’m now fed up with the routine song and dance. I decided to submit a 90-day notice to vacate, rather than the required 60-day notice. Deb suggested that I should’ve been notified that I couldn’t move out just yet because I had missed my opportunity to submit a notice. I explained how my missing this move out opportunity was impossible because I was looking at my lease that stated I should be moving out by March 10, 2016. For the next three months I would communicate back and forth with Deb and the remaining office staff, to make sure they had all paperwork in order so I wouldn’t be trapped in that repulsive place. During my conversations with Deb up until the day of my move out I requested to have a $30 deadbolt lock I had purchased for my unit returned to me. She promised me on several occasions she would, however on today March 19, 2016 as I went to pay my final water bill which was $128.57, extremely over priced for the remaining 10 days of my lease. I though it was rather unusual as well since I had moved out the property on March 4, 2016. However I noticed Deb and Lacey in her office chatting when I asked her about my lock she became annoyed stating that everything left at the apartment regarding property or upgrades was the complex property now. I explained and reiterated several of our conversations, however she insisted that I wouldn’t get my lock back.

Affordable convenience with a warm smileI moved in the first of February and been 100% pleased with the warmest professionalism and smiles. They got my attention when Tarjae, leasing agent with the Ridley Apartment Homes greeted me the minute I walked in looking for a new home to come home to after a long day. It was refreshing not to have to sit and wait to talk with a representative and rush you though the process. She was so happy with a smile to accommodate my wants and needs in finding exactly what I asked for in an apartment. It was the warm friendly home feel that made me comfortable and relaxed about the decision dive into the move closer in town from the suburbs. I looked at 6 other locations and made my decision to sign a lease with the Ridley Apartment Homes. I have experienced the other office staff and they have also been so accommodating and done everything I have asked with a smile and happy to help with any questions or concerns. They followed up with every concern and question relocating a comfortable painless process. In addition, the maintenance staff has been accommodating, professional and respectful when they were involved. Deb, Ridley Apartment Assistant Manager has followed through with every single question, concern and repair I have expressed with her or her staff. I’m rusty with apartment life as it has been over 15 years. My professional career has been in the medical industry selling medical devices and capitol equipment to surgeons during surgery and now in sales of new custom homes and Ill assure you I understand service and accommodations. This Ridley Apartment Homes staff not only understands service and accommodating their clients, I think you would be making a mistake not looking into the Ridley Apartment Homes and give them a chance to find you a great place to live. The Ridley Apartments has recently changed ownership and property management. They walked into a huge undertaking with 3 huge buildings that were built in 1971. Currently renovating the property, it’s not going to be perfect and things need to be fixed. The main building is looking very nice and I wanted a convenient location that is safe at a fair price. I assure you, my decision has given me all three of my wants and I am paying below what I think is fair. Everything I need is within 2 miles, 5 minutes with traffic from this location. Brand new HEB within a mile and half with a choice to eat out and experience any dining experience from fast food to Pappas Steak House and any other nationality food you desire. After looking at 15 Apartments in the area, I thought this would be the best choice. The company has proven I made the right decision without a second thought. The last time I checked, this is not a downtown high rise with a door Butler and concierge service to carry my groceries and walk Feefe..don’t, nor have ever had a Feefe..lol, nor do I think Im staying at the Four Seasons Hotel. What’s awesome is Im not paying close to fifth of what it would cost to have those accommodations and this staff clearly goes out of their way to make this a great place come every day and call home. The Ridley Apartment Homes are incredibly convenient here in the Galleria Area...5 minutes away. This location allows someone to do anything and everything their heart desires at an affordable price in rent. I will be here until I purchase another home and pleased to recommend The Ridley Apartment Homes for a great place to call home. Thank you Ridley Apartment Staff and Deb for giving me a great place to call HOME!!!

Unless you are really really down on your luck, I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex. there was a regular vermin infestation, and the management team was both unprofessional and unreliable; they would keep leading me along but never actually get anything done, and on more than one occasion I found other tenants asking me about matters that I brought up privately to management. First of all, let me start off by staying that I lived here for 2 years. The best thing about these apartments is the location, but that’s about it. I also didn’t get flooded during Harvey, which is a plus. But you can make the call on the rest.Parking is a nightmare, you get 1 assigned spot and the other is a first come basis. (which really sucks because most of the time you have old broken down vehicles that just sit there). Also the gym is a joke, everything in there is broke! (missing petals, cracked screens, exposed wires) the only thing that work, is the small trampoline. I also had issues with roaches, I would spray my apartment every week and still they would come in. Not to mention whenever the girl next door used her garbage disposal, it sent water back up through my sink, and vice versa. Also theft is a HUGE problem! I had my license plate stolen off my motorcycle, my rug and stepping stone in front of my door and I can’t tell you how many packages were stolen, I eventually learned my lesson and just started sending them to my work. Also several months before I moved out, something was leaking under my carpet in my Living room. It ruined my cricut and all the vinyl because it was laying on the floor where I always work at. They did come and fix it and lifted up the corner of the carpet in my living room about 18” high and placed a fan under there. almost a week of a loud fan will drive anyone mad not to mention using my electric and having to go out and buy a new cricut. You also get charge roughly $5 dollars to pay you rent online. (and it doesn’t always go through). Once I got charged twice, sending my account into the negatives. OF course they were able to roll over the amount to the next month, but they couldn’t refund me. Thankfully I was able to cover losing two months’ rent in one month. I also lost all the items under my bathroom sink when that pipe busted (then they installed the new sink water lines backwards). Since the drains would back up in the bathroom, all the stinky water that touched all my things under the sink I had to throw way, I’m still fighting with getting the smell out of the towels. Then finally once I left, I stopped by the office one last time to pay my final bill. They tried to give me a late fee, after I already turned in my keys. Debora said she would take $180 off, however she only took $150. I knew something was wrong when she was trying to distract me from looking at her computer screen by saying “her fingers weren’t working today”..lol. however I just paid it, because I was glad to finally get out of that place. So if you are looking to move here, I would just tell you to be cautious, because I had a lot of frustration in the 2 years that I was here. But thats your call..... Best of luck!
