Bad construction and bad maintenance, it looks nice but thats it. All townhouses (and apartments for what I know) have had issues with plumbing, leakage, black mold and many more.. These issues are not fixed within days, but take weeks and sometimes even months. The electricity is also very unstable, so if any small event happens in the area were out of electricity. I would highly steer people away from these townhouses, apartments and management company.

If I could give a negative rating below a zero I would. I was not going to write a review and just go on in peace but after my interaction with the current property manager Armando Belmarez I felt that individuals considering this location should be informed and aware. Oh where to start. I lasted at this residence for 5 months moving in June 2020 before I got out of my lease under the previous property management company and before the new management company took over. First off talk about putting lipstick on a pig. I lived on the 414 Stratford side but Im sure the same applies for across the street. The outside may look nice and maybe the inside but do not be fooled. The HVAC system in my unit was not updated and loud and did not function properly. During the summer it did not cool off and during cold weather would not heat I ran the AC 24/7 it was a good thing I was on their fixed utility plan so I didnt worry about the electric bill. The windows in the unit would not open. The ice maker did not work. The dishwasher would back up and not drain. The sewer would back up into the shower. The remodel of the bathroom was horrible and placement of the toilet right next to the shower basically in the shower was also a challenge. The closets are small and I had to buy my own closet shelving system and place it in the closet because the set up they provide is horrible. As a side note when I moved out I left it and was not offered reimbursement for it but they sure could charge me for the damaged blinds. If you plan on moving here and live on the first floor make sure you get flood insurance!! Yes you will get water in your unit because the drains on the outside patio do not keep up with heavy rain. The current property management company and specifically the current property manager lack customer service. He is rude and has attitude and they do not honor documented agreements made with the previous management company. Upon my departure I was just recently informed that for the last month my concession was not honored and the remaining of my security deposit would be kept even though I payed my rent on time every month. I had been released by the previous management company, hold harmless yet the current property management did not honor it. As for customer service do not expect a positive experience. Good news is I got out of my lease got a better place in the area that has a professional management company, a 2 bedroom apartment that is $10 less then what I was paying at this dump, and has a very nice gym and pool. Dont settle for this place !!! There are better places in the area just look around. If you decide to move in here make sure everything is really updated and functions properly.

Beautiful inside, everything is remodeled and new, a lot of extra details beautiful kitchen cabinets, lights and counters. The street is quiet and convenient location, its a little hidden oasis.
