TQM Logistics is a great company to work for. They care about there drivers and try to do there best to make sure you have a work assignment that you will like. They also make sure that they have the best team of drivers for there customers. You can be sure if you call them for a driver you will not have to worry that the job will be done in a timely and safe manner.

What could I say. I have been here for almost 5 years now (next August) and I keep saying that I will retire here. Even with the actual pandemic I have been able to survive because the team at TQM has always been helpful finding me a place to go to work and keeping the promise to stay close to home which is very important to me.

A very professional place to work...i have been driving for 23 years.. NO forced dispatch they ask of your interested in the position..the office personell are courteous and know you by name they communicate with you on a daily basis..

A good place to work

Im a current employee who was previously terminated then recruited and rehired years later. The biggest reason I came back is because of the genuine humanity the owners have and the flexibility when life happens. If you want to work for a company who cares for you as a person as much as making money this is the place.

Do not drive for them.

Was hired by one of the owners of the company. Said that I would be working everyday. So I quit my job and started with them. They told me the original company I was to work for didnt want to hire me because I leaved to far for them. So I started somewhere else. The first week was fine, the second week worked only four day. The third week another for days. After that it was 5 days for 6 weeks. Then nothing for whats going on 3 straight days. Without no communication. Their dispatch sucks. She acts like Im bothering her. I just want what your company said they can do for me, WORK. Now my family suffering because I dont have a pay check. Stay far far away from this company.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Dave and Tom for many years they have been more than my bosses I consider them family.TQM is one of the best employers I have had second to none they have kept me working full time always at above average pay TQM is kind of company that if you want work they will keep you as busy as you want . When ever there was a problem or situation they where a phone call away and never let me down also the staff at TQM is one of the nicest to deal with always friendly and helpful.
