After trying to consider employment with this company not worth it. Spoke to Matthew Figueroa recruiter about a position that had posted Friday march 27,2020. Spoke with him gathered all my information that he requested gave him my reference. He spoke to them said everything looks great said he forward to his hiring manager been calling since last week to see a possible start date giving me run around oh he is waiting on manager this been since last week. Now calls him won’t answer only wants to response to email checks in this morning to tell me he his manager said they haven’t heard anything. Well come to find out he new the position closed lied steady being honest about he been new position closed. So why would I work for a company who can’t be honest about something so small just imagine what else he wouldn’t have been honest about. At this point if you can be dis honest no need to work for the company at all.

My experience with Aerotek was very good. The agency is very organized and communicates well with their clients. My recruiter Woo Lee was very informative and helpful with the job offer I had. Their main goal for them is to obtain long term to permanent contracts. They have a special day for appreciation for their clients and supply lunch on site for everyone. Its definitely a good agency for short and long term assignments.

I’ve been calling Jessica derstine for weeks and she never answer the phone, I live 1 hour from the Aerotek and I came today to the office to talk personal with her and she never come out to talk to me she just told something to the lady in the front (an excuse) , I have a month waiting for her call and she never called back... Great company. Actually, I didn’t go to Aerotek for a job, they found my resume online and contacted me. My recruiter is Bob Ryan and I can’t say enough good things about him. The first interview Bob got me was less than a week after we first spoke. Although that didn’t work out, Bob continued to search for jobs in my field. Within 2 weeks he found my ideal job. I’ve been with the company for 6 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the position. Bob checks in with me from time to time, he didn’t forget about me. Everyone at Aerotek is helpful and courteous. If it wasn’t for Bob and Aerotek I would not be in the position I am today. Ive had a great experience working with Aerotek in finding a position. I originally applied to one of their job postings and within a day I was contacted by Kristyn Marinelli (recruiter). She took the time to talk with me and determined that the position was probably not a good fit. Within a week she had set up an interview for me with another employer which eventually hired me. From start to finish theyve worked with me to make sure that I was happy and handled everything in a quick and professional manner. In the future Ill always refer friends and colleagues to Aerotek.

I worked for Aerotek for a couple of weeks and have nothing but good things to say about them , i had no problems when i worked there + the people at the site where i was assigned were very helpful with helping me train and learn to perform my job there, my recruites name was Ms. Chase

My first impressions of Aerotek were great - the interview went really well and they seemed very interested in me. I have a lot of experience in multiple fields, just new to the area and didnt have any connections to find a job on my own. After the interview, that was it. Never heard back, no follow up of any sort. I would have reached out to them more but I was getting plenty of interviews from the other agencies so there was no point. Its like they lost my file or something. Found a great job within a month through someone else. Im sure working with them would have been a good experience but I never got that far despite being an easy person to find work for.

You will find more professionalism at a local Mcdonalds. After meeting a recruiter (Jeff Warusz) and briefly discussing my work history we reached a few potential job options. The recruiter told me he would set me up with something soon and gave me his business card. Over the next week I tried calling on a few occasions even leaving two voicemails. The recruiter I spoke to never answered. He never returned my calls. He just flat out ignored me. I really appreciate the way he wasted my time and money and did not even have the decency to call me back even if it was just to say the jobs had been filled etc. It is his career after all to help people find work, I cant imagine hes very effective at it by ignoring individuals who are ready and willing to do just that. This individual did a phenomenal job of not doing his job. You would be doing yourself a disservice by going to this location. Avoid being neglected and simply go to a website or what have you to find work - it will be far more effective.

I will never use another staffing agency other than Aerotek in Horsham. Jeff Warusz was awesome!! I left my old job to go to school to get my CDL license. While attending school I had to live off my savings. As soon as I was done school I started looking for jobs. I went through a couple of trucking companies and had NO LUCK. My savings was running out and of course I have kids and a mortgage and was so worried that I did not have any income coming in. I called Jeff, and I am not kidding a week later he found me a job!!! I told Jeff how I needed to start working ASAP and how nervous I was about having no income coming in. I knew he could tell how nervous I was and how important it was that I find something ASAP. Jeff seriously made me his priority and a week later I am finally working. Thanks Jeff and Aerotek!!!

I recommend Aerotek Staffing on Horsham Rd, in Horsham, Pa for the following. I applied for a job on indeed or some job site and received and email from an amazing recruiter. We setup an interview to go over my work history the following day. We then found a position that fit me best and was given a math exam. Following the math exam I spoke with a coordinator who told me I had an interview at a facility only fifteen minutes from my home. Note that horsham is 40-60 minutes from my home, where aerotek staffing called me into. Today, I had two interviews with two great managers and received numerous phone calls following my interview about my orientation would be tomorrow @ 10:30 am and my potential start date would be Monday, December 14th. The whole process took about 4-5 business days. I am thrilled to be given this amazing opportunity with my employer/aerotek! If your looking for work that fits you in every aspect, look no further!
