I was out of work for almost a year as of the beginning of 2019. I sent my resume to J&J Staffing, within a week I had an interview with on elf their reps. Within two weeks I had an interview with a local company on a Friday afternoon and started work on the following Monday. While I wish I found the, sooner I’m glad I found them when I did. I don’t know why I didn’t go to J&J sooner! I went in for an interview on a Friday and started my first day at my new job the next Thursday. And I love my placement!! Wonderful temp agency! One of our staffers went out early on maternity leave and Kristie at J&J was extremely accommodating in getting us someone right away. And not only did we get someone right away, the temp they sent was incredible! Really a great employee that we would have loved to stay on with us under different circumstances. These guys are the best. Even though we are certainly not one of their steadiest customers, they treat us like we were .They go out of their way to find us temporary staff when given very little lead time. The temporary staff that is assigned to us has always been a good match. The staff at J & J are very courteous and attentive. The kind of company that I would like to think that we are.

I highly recommend J&J Staffing. I was looking for a temp to cover vacation time at work and Lisa at J&J was very friendly and quick to help. The whole process was quick and easy.

When I called to get a placement I was told that I had to make an appointment and there was no other way I could Be placed without an appointment. I waited a week for my appointment time and when I arrived the girl at the front desk told me that there was no appointments at all I had to do was fill out paperwork. So I filled out the paperwork and told them what I was looking for. After 2 1/2 weeks of no calls from the agency I called them back and they couldn’t even find my information. I haven’t called him back cents.

I have been working since I was fifteen years old and I have not been able to get myself a job as quickly as J&J Staffing. I simply applied online and within a day received a phone call. Then, within a few days had the privilege of meeting the pleasant J&J staff, Kristie, Nancy and Dorothy. Within a week, I received a phone call from Kristie that she had a position for me. I was impressed with the genuine interest in me as a person. From the moment I arrived, they ladies made me feel like I was apart of the J&J team. Through J&J I had received affordable health insurance, through their insurance company who was just as pleasant and helpful as J&J. Then while temping during only my second assignment, on secretary appreciation day, Kristie showed up at my temp. job with a gift and card for me. I was astounded. Kristie was going around to temps individually and delivering gifts to let us know J&J appreciated us. My second temp job was a temp to hire. Kristie worked closely with my new employee and myself to transition me into full time work. That is where I currently am now. Within a few months of being with J&J, I had gained a full time position, health benefits and priceless work experience. J&J has been invaluable to me and I was honestly sad when I had to leave them a go to my new job. However, J&J treats you like family and I am happy to say I still receive phone calls from the Ladies to check in on me. The individual attention and genuine care hasnt stopped just because I am gone. Kristie, Dorothy and Nancy, honestly cared and wanted me to succeed. In this world, it is rare to receive such wonderful treatment from a company that is in the business of temporary relationships. There is nothing temporary about J&J, once you deal with them, they take care of you for as long as you desire to be working. I trust them and know if I ever need them again, they will be there.
