Being apart of a bridal party, my aunt gave me and my mother $30 gift cards to get nails done. I called the day before requesting an appointment for 2 full sets. As soon as we stepped in, we were rushed. before we could even say what we wanted done, the nail technicians were drilling our nails. it was obvious that they scheduled appointments on top of each other once people started coming in stating they made appointments. there was clearly not enough employees for all the services requested. not only did the technician rush through my nails, she didnt stop to ask if I liked them until after I washed my hands when she was going to begin the polish to finish them. I also asked when she was cutting them, to cut them shorter because I am a server and to have long nails is inconvenient for me. she said no, I will cut this nail and it will be fine I felt very uncomfortable to ask for them shorter because she was going super fast and I didnt want to inconvenience her. my mom on the other hand (black nails pictured) felt very inconvenienced to ask for her nail tech to redo with silver sparkles as she requested because there was another nail tech watching strictly above her, speaking in chinese and going back and forth. both nail techs did not ask once if we liked nail shape or length. as soon as we were done we were not even asked if we liked our nails, just asked to pay. I am completely disappointed in this service.

The nail salon was able to see me quickly and o was seated with Anthony. He was wonderful. Gentle with my hands and made my nails look beautiful for the upcoming wedding I am in. Anthony was friendly and professional, I will be going back soon.

I’ve been going to Impulse for 3 years now and love this place. I have recently started seeing Tina because I got her randomly a couple weeks ago and have requested her three times since then. She is amazing, and so nice, I absolutely love how my bails turn out when she does them!

Both the girls who did my manicure and pedicure were thorough! My nails are shaped perfectly, and I have no hang nails! It was an excellent birthday gift.

I don’t get my nails done very often, but I know what constitutes a good manicure. I didn’t get one here. I had a dip manicure done. The technician did not trim any of my cuticles, got color and clear coat all over my fingers where I had to go home and scrape it off with clippers and a nail file. What a mess. I do NOT recommend this salon. It seems to be a “hurry and do the manicure and off to the next customer “ kind of place.

I used to go here to get my nails done all the time. They do a really great job. Jimmy is my favorite nail tech and always took care of me. Ill definitely be back when Im in the area again.

I was really excited to go here for a manicure since I’ve heard such amazing things about their quality of work and have seen so many amazing photos on social media, but I must have visited during an off day or had someone less experienced doing my nails. I was okay with the color and turnout of the design I asked for, that she so kindly attempted to do, but it’s been one week today and the polish is already chipping on 5 of my nails. I had a gel manicure done at a different salon and they lasted me one month without any chipping and I didn’t make it more than a few days after my visit at impulse nails before the gel started chipping. Just disappointed in the quality is all.

The salon is clean. Staff polite. The website is outdated the Botanical Herbal Spa Pedicure is no longer available by that name. I was able to order the Deluxe Pedicure and add paraffin wax to the service.I have a birth defect that effects my limbs. Often my legs and feet will twitch without my control and if I am not careful I can kick without meaning. Luckily I didnt have that problem and only had many small twitching movements that I assured the technician were not caused by her.I came during pandemic weeks and maybe this is why I was not asked if I wanted a water. It was my 1st service here and maybe it is not offered. I dont know.

Lovely nail salon. Very clean and excellent service. They are very busy so definately suggest an appointment in advance. The pedicures are wonderful.

I feel like the prices are VERY reasonable for the quality of service they provide. Whenever I’ve made appointments, they are always on time. Ever since I started going to Impulse, I haven’t gone anywhere else.

AWESOME! I went in for a full set and it was great. The employees were very nice. I havent had acrylics in YEARS and was worried they would break off. I wore this set for 4 weeks! Not a break or loss of a nail! I highly recommend!

Timmy was fabulous ! I took my team here for our quarterly celebration and they all had a blast quality was on point and the guy that did my nails took the time to make sure I was happy. He dealt with my picky attitude and delivered exactly what I wanted! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and a great experience all around!!

The single best place to get your nails done. Moving away to New Mexico has definitely taught me to appreciate quality nails and I miss Jimmy and the crew everyday T^T

I love impulse nails. I was referred here by a friend and have loved my nails each and every time, and have been coming here for just over 7 months now. I went elsewhere one time for a fill, and it was the worst full-set I’ve ever had and it made me realize that I won’t go anywhere else besides Impulse Nails. They truly listen to what you want and never disappoint and that’s all I can ask for!

I’ve been to Impulse Nails a few times now and have never had an overly great experience. The manicures I get are often noticeably inconsistent (my nails being filed unevenly to the point others notice it or the French tips being quite uneven). There is one particular tech who cut into my cuticle and drew blood— an understandable accident, but then she did the same thing when working on my friend’s manicure which leads me to wonder if she is moving too quickly/doesn’t care. Individually, these things aren’t terrible but each time I go in I feel very rushed and like whichever tech is with me is working fast to get me out the door and throwing quality as well as attentiveness out the window in the process.

I have absolutely loved the service here. Jimmy does an amazing job as well as the rest of the staff. Very accommodating and friendly. I love the dip powder personally. Great atmosphere, great service, and amazing work.

Overall an okay experience. Clean environment & friendly technicians. On the downside, my nails did not come out even, the polish was applied to the skin/ cuticles, and the gel polished chipped only 3 days later...

Did a walk in with my friend and my daughter for nails and they were, amazingly enough, able to get us in. My friend and my daughter got their nails painted and I got a full set and color. The guy that did my nails was so caring and making sure he wasnt hurting me as I guess I was stiff. Which is awesome as my cuticles and skin around my nails are sensitive! So happy with my nails!! Great prices, great people!!

Great service. Walked in was served with in 5 minutes. They had so many colors to choose from in the dip I was a little bit overwhelmed in a good way. Mindy did my nails and they came out absolutely perfect and less than 45 minutes and for only $35. It was wonderful and Im looking forward to going back and getting a pedicure as well.

I went for the first time and was pretty excited to see what the hype was about. The guy was pretty nice and talked to me for a bit. He seemed to be doing a good job but i got confused when he never put a base coat on for my gel polish. Then when i was drying them in the light i didn’t do it twice because he never told me to and i didn’t know i had to. He then let out the biggest sighed i have ever heard where i almost was like omg r u okay and then he slammed his hand down all because they weren’t dry enough. He then proceeded to continue to do my nails rushing and not telling me to do it twice even after he knew that was the problem and that i clearly didn’t know. It was very awkward after and i could tell he was mad and just wanted me out. Now four days later basically all my polish is peeling off bc he never did a base coat. I am never going back.

So friendly and accommodating and clean. On your second visit you receive your own box with brand new files ect. Mindy did a great job on my pedicure, eye brow waxing and Hannah did a great job on my manicure! This going to be my regular nail place. So far, I highly recommend.

Had the powder dipped nails. Very large selection of colors. Great attention to detail and they came out beautiful. No lumps or bumps. Women should not have to deal with lumps and bumps!

Went in for a dip mani “fill”Was taken in right away, but the technician (Hannah) I had seemed very unsure of what she was doing. Very slow and cautious-like and was second guessing herself. It has been two days and two nails are cracked, two are chipped, and 4+ nails are peeling from underneath. They are very thin and bendable as well.Salon is very clean and well ventilated and they use new sterilized supplies!

Place is amazing! Ive been to a few different places to get my nails done, but Ill never go anywhere else now. They do an amazing job and there not expensive! I went somewhere else with my mother and dropped over $200 for mani pedis and they didnt even do half the things I just got done! Love this place!

Edit****My last visit was very uncomfortable and almost had a panic attack while getting a new set. The manicurist was incredibly angry and kept throwing his tools and mumbling under his breath. He made me feel so embarrassed I almost cried in the seat. I originally came in for a fill (I do every 3-4 weeks, itswhat I can afford). He was taking off my polish and started getting rough with me and threw his clippers down and said you need a new set! You see this?! This is GREEN as he was pointing with his drill on and kept tapping me with it as it was spinning. The woman next to me even kept looking over because of how loud he was being. I agreed to the new set, that was okay with me... I was very polite and tried to stay quite because I was so nervous. He even snapped at me for saying sorry... you dont need to keep saying that. A few nails had lifted, which I was unaware of and they were a little gross underneath but not nearly that bad to be acting like that... he said the shape was awful and the manicurist who did mine the last time didnt do them correctly. I dont think Ill be returning and will be going to eco nails instead. I have enough going on in my life, I dont need to be abused by an angry man because hes having a bad day. Ive never felt embarrassed and sad during a manicure before until my last visit.Its a shame, Ive always loved getting my nails done here but now Im too afraid to go in and get this guy again. If Impulse reaches out to me about the situation I may consider going back.

Clean, efficient, affordable. Tucked away in a little plaza in Hooksett.

The service was very rushed. The basic pedicure was just okay. I got a dip manicure and they used a Dremel to file the tops of my nails and hit my cuticles. They gel and powder was also applied over my cuticles. I had to go right back in to fix a couple nails that ended up with globs of hardened product After a week the base lifted off my cuticles and the edge catches on my hair.

Preferred the old owner.. I think his name was nick. service here was very slow, they took forever. also the prices on the board dont match the website. i feel like they charged me more than what the sign said as well. I wont go back. good work but i can get the same quality for almost half the time spent sitting there.
