When in for a pedicure, seemed like I may have had someone new. But their customer service was great, they came over fixed the color, it looked 100x better after and I didn’t even have to ask! The pedicure was minimal at best; massage of maybe 1 minute and a half on each leg; no hot rocks. I had a gift certificate for $30 and was charged $20 on top of that--a total of $50 altogether. I will never go back.

Treated a friend to a girls day out. Made reservations for noontime but told the woman several times that we wouldnt be able to get there before 1215 pm. Got a call at noon asking where were; again explained that we were on our way and would arrive just before 12:15. Got there at 12:12pm. Water was cold! We each had mani-pedi. Pedicure chairs are new and nice, but dont comfortably accommodate anyone taller than 55. Legs felt super cramped. I assume the owner/manager was working on me because she repeatedly got up to answer the phone, talk to other employees, or do something out back. During my manicure, this was a bit obnoxious. I sat with my fingers in cold water for over 20 minutes. She seemed to lose track of where we were in the process, multiple times, which also felt rushed and half hearted. Despite my rushed manicure, my friend still had to wait an extra 30 minutes for me to be done. The toe nails look good, but manicure didnt even last 4 days! I would give this place 3-stars, except my friend seemed to have a good experience (which was the whole point of the day). The ladies were nice, the place reasonably clean, but I did not find the experience relaxing nor a good value. I dont think Ill be back.

I googled closest eye brow waxing near me on my way home from work & I am so happy it sent me to Eco Nails. The woman who is the only certified one to do waxing, Yan I believe her name is if im not mistaken, was amazing! Super down-to-earth, gentle and precise. And she literally had me feeling like I just got a massage. Magic hands for sure. Overall good vibe from the salon. Highly recommend it 👌

Love this place! Family owned and run. They care about their clients! Its a great place to relax and pamper yourself. Very clean! They offer all nail services and multiple pedicures as well as waxing!

Had a great first experience here. I like how they take dip off by soaking it and not drilling it off because my nails were so thin from the other place I was going to from them doing that. Tom really took is time and make sure my nails looked amazing! I had no color left over on my skin like I used to get from where I was going before! Made an appointment to come back in 2 weeks.

This place is so great! My coworker introduced me to them and I cant stop going. Pedicures are some of the best Ive ever had!

They tried to use unsterilized tools on me. The packets have a color indicator that changes from red to yellow when theyve gone through the autoclave. When I pointed it out to the nail tech, he had no idea what I was talking about. It took me explaining it to several employees, while pointing to the red indicator, before they understood and got a different packet of tools. The next packet was actually clean, but the whole situation was very alarming.

Bella did my manicure and pedicure. I am pleased, felt pampered. I would recommend her. Especially if you have tender feet, toes & hands. Will definitely go back in the near future.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for a spa pedicure and shellac manicure. I enjoyed both very much and appreciate that they use products that are free of the top 10 toxic chemicals!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pamper you when theyre doing your nails. Will gladly come back!

Horrible place! Brought my 12 year old daughter to get her nails done for first time ever. She had beautiful long nails. We asked to file them down a little because they were too long for playing guitar. THEY CUT THE NAILS COMPLETELY OFF! My daughter was too shy to say anything to the man doing it. They told me $18 on the phone then the color she picked out the lady said, oh that will be $26. Will never go back again and will tell everyone of our experience!

The most professional place Ive had my nails and pedi done. Before going there I was having an allergic reaction to acrylic and dip nails. They worked with it and figured out what exactly I was allergic to. So happy with this place been going on 3 years. They are the very best

The best nail salon I have ever been too, they are very professional and do an amazing job & my nails last a long time. I love getting shellac and also they do pedicures that are so relaxing with hot stone massage included! Highly recommend them for all your nail care needs.

Eco Nails is very clean and the staff are all friendly. I have had two pedicures from Oan and she does a great job. I am usually a bit uncomfortable with pedicures. Oan is personable and very professional. From now on, this will be the only place I’ll go for nails.

I was so happy they had Zoya nail polish, so I went in for a regular manicure. It’s $3 more for Zoya, which is ok, because it typically lasts longer. All was average, until the Zoya top coat she used was goopy! All of my nails were bubbly and streaky. I sat at the drying table and looked down. When I showed her she just put drying drops on it, and rushed me out the door! I paid $21 + tip to go home and redo them myself!!!! Ugh.

Awesome pedicure

I dont know what happened to this place but this was probably the worst pedi Ive ever received. My fiancé and I went in to get pedis the week of our wedding. They barely cleaned our feet. My fiancé was done in 20 minutes and made him sit on a stool across the room waiting for me to be done. Ontop of that I chose a color that was dark burgundy and turned up pink and I was never asked if I liked the color. I had 5 workers standing over me way hing how fast one of th could paint my toe nails. We were shoved away as more customers came in. If I could have given zer ostars I would have. I used to come here all the time, but I would not recommend this place.
