Just got my nails done here on Saturday and today is Friday which means it hasn’t even been a week and I had to remove them today. The paint(shellac) was starting to chip off and they looked SO grown out after only (not even) one week.. I showed a picture of what I wanted and although they looked nice in the end it wasn’t nearly what I asked for. The person who did them was very nice but I don’t think I’ll be back. I went here because the other two place I tried were both busy and couldn’t take walk in’s but I should have waited because now I paid $35 for nails for not even a week. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Although very nice, they dont follow any type of sanitary protocols. I got a pedicure and the nail tech used the same gloves on me as she did the girl before me. She also used a nail file that was used (nail files CANNOT be sanitized therefore are to be only used once) as well as a very dirty looking pumice stone. State board would not be happy.

I actually really wish I could give this place 0 stars.I went in a couple months ago but it still bugs me enough that I felt I need to post a review.The guy there was discriminating against me with my disability. He started to remove my old polish for a fill on my acrylics, and kept commenting on how the person who did my nails before shouldnt have done gel polish on me.Before I go on, I should explain, I have very short arms, three fingers on each hand, and they are sensitive to being bent weird.I kept telling him he was hurting me while he bent my fingers backward, he took this as I just needed a break then would go right back to trying to break my fingers while drilling the polish off. When that torture was done, he did the fill and told me to pick out a color I wanted. When I asked where the gel colors were, he told me he wouldnt do gel on me. First off, youre charging me full price for 6 child size fingers, at least do the polish I want. I picked a regular polish color, it looked like a kid painted my nails... when it was time to pay, the woman starred at me signing the credit card slip and glared at me when I put 0.00$ for the tip.RUDE service all around!

Got my eyebrows waxed there. Skip this if youre claustrophobic. The waxing room also serves the storage room that hasnt seen a mop or broom in a decade. Super gritty. I wonder how many health violations have been broken. I still wonder why I stayed.

Got a manicure and a pedicure- they rushed through both because of walk ins that they didn’t want to turn away. The polish was applied too quickly- on my toes they didn’t even bother to go over the skin with remover to clean it up, so both just looked sloppy. The manicure and pedicure both lasted less than a week before chipping. Not returning again.

It is my place to go! The staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable!They are professional and their work is wonderful!Have recommended to friends and will continue to do so!~Margo

Went here with my friend both to get acrylics. the guy that did my nails did both me and my friend. they were extremely understaffed two people working we waited thirty minutes before they could even take us and they were both only helping one person. acrylics were very uneven and weirdly sized and mishapen. he cut my skin multiple times w the electric tool to the point where i was bleeding a tiny bit and the paint job was terrible. kept smudging and did not bother to fix it. very disappointed looks like it was done by a child. my friends nails came out terrible as well. would rate zero stars if i could. i have been to three other places for acrylics and never had this bad of service. i recommend going to impulse nails or radiant nails instead. he bounced between the two of us rushing and there was a mom and daughter waiting he told them a thirty minute wait and they weren’t even seated until we were leaving we were there for over an hour. do not go here save your money.

I used to like going here. Not anymore!! Went today to give them another chance. I wont be going back!!! Im so done with them!! They suck!!!😡😡😡😡

Tony is awesome, Great place to get your nails done and if you like to get a pedicure go here. It is family runned so they care about there customers.

Ive been going to see Tony for many years to get my nails done. The past several times its been awful. I asked for a manicure yesterday. What I got was my nails filed and painted, thats it, nothing else. $15 for a crappy paint job. The filing was so bad that I had to fix them at home. Awful ridges left and just painted over, missed spots on my nail where he didnt paint, and painted part of my fingers. Maybe if Tony put his phone down long enough he could do a better job. He will just stop doing nails to text or talk to whoever.My friend goes there for her nails and a few fell off in less than a week. Thats happened many times, shes always going in to have a nail fixed. It shouldnt be that way.I wont be going back.

Usually I’m a pretty easy going person, but this place really pissed me off. First of all I went with my younger sister and best friend to get manicures and an eyebrow waxing. They took my sister back to do her eyebrows and started on my friend doing her nails while i waited for my sister to come back. In the middle of doing my nails like literally halfway through another group of 4 people walk in to get pedicures instead of finishing like the 15 mins she had left of my nails she just got up and said the person doing my friends nails would finish mine and didn’t even acknowledge that i was there first and that these new people didn’t have a reservation. After waiting another 20 mins for my friends nails to finish the guy could start finishing my nails. He was friendly unlike the First Lady but i asked for a fade and he literally took the nail polish brush and dabbed the nail polish on half my nail. It literally looked like i had a child do it, it was terrible. I kept my mouth closed and paid my money cause I’m not the type of person to make a scene but i was really disappointed in this place and I would suggest going to gelous nails in Derry or downtownnails in Manchester they are legit nail salons with real training
