Inconsistent service. One day it’s an ok haircut, the next is the worst. Personally, I don’t think it’s worst the $.

Appalling business hours, even pre-COVID. For so many soldiers this is the only place they can go to get a haircut. The hours force these soldiers to get haircuts exclusively during “business hours” which directly contributes to reduced mission readiness. Please consider altering your hours to align with the hours of the PX, or at least closing at the same time.

Asked for a medium skin fade and received a low and not even skin faded. She skipped around and spent less than 10min on my hair and now theres just patches of long and short hair that needs to be fixed. I understand they work for tips but come on, the shop was empty so its not like she shouldve been in a rush. This place needs to some training.

Good job on the haircut, business needs more air conditioning or fans..kinda warm in the shop.

They are taking all the necessary precautions, and still giving good haircuts.
