Had my sons hair trimmed. He wanted it cleaned up but to keep it a longer style. Male stylist did a nice job listening to and following what we explained . I think his name was Phong?? Place was clean and well kept. From our experience, would definitely recommend.

I guess the other shops are either franchises or have different management. The workers here are generally very friendly and good at their job. Asking the right questions is a major plus for this stores team. Tried the shops in other cities here on Oahu with very different outcomes.

Staff was very nice and did a good job with my haircut requests. Tried to make an appointment online but it didnt go through.

This is usually my go-to hair salon to get a quick trim. It depends on who you get to cut your hair but most of them here pretty good

I called this Supercuts location at 10:20 am on 2/3/15. A girl answered Hello. I was a little caught off guard. I asked Is this super cuts? she said yes. I asked if i could make an appointment for today and she replied We dont make appointments, we make reservations. In my head i was thinking that was pretty rude. So i asked her okay well can i make a reservation? and she said yeah when?. I honestly dont need to go on with the whole conversation, but she was very rude. Didnt even say thank you for calling. At the end of making my Reservation for the day i asked if i could get her name. She was very sassy and said her name was Hazel? i couldnt quite get the name but that is what it sounded like.I didnt even get into the shoppe and experienced very bad customer service and a slight insult. I will hope that this gets corrected. I have actually canceled my reservation.

This was my first visit to the Ward location. This was the first time my mom and my songave me a positive comment regarding my hair cut. I showed Sophie a picture and she started cutting my hair and in no time Done!Thank you Sophie! Ill be seeing you again.

Not your typical Supercuts. Older Vietnamese heritage gentleman there is world-class. Seriously.

A women gave me a quick cut. She was very pleasant, didnt say much, and efficient. The cut was quick and decently priced.

One star only because they are alwys fast and quick. This is the third time I’ve gone to Ward location. Each time I went the person seems to not do the haircuts I ask for. It’s like they make up their own hairstyle for you. Next time I will continue to go to the Supercuts at Keeomoku street

Fong is the best!!! Been going to him for 8 years. He’s been cutting hair for approximately 30 years. He talks like a fortune cookie & cuts your hair like a Bonsai tree focused on painstaking little details to make everything perfect. He’s a true master of his craft & an artist. I change up my hair style regularly & he nails it every time. He cuts the hair of the millionaire & billionaire crowd that’s moved into the Kaakao area which is shocking considering it’s a Supercuts, but Fong has a reputation for being the best around.If Fong isn’t there, I recommend Hassel. She’s real good too & has a very sweet disposition about her. All around great people & a hidden Gem.

Son and I go in for a cut first thing in the morning so not to wait and instead they take my son and the 2nd lady there told to take 3 or 4 times takes someone else that walks in 5 mins later now Im waiting. Should have just went when I was ready and done with everything and waited an hour or so instead forcing my son and self to wake before our started to get haircuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Son got hair cut there! Worst cut ever. Went fast and did not cut hair the right way! Rush job to get to next customer
