Great customer service! Only regret is I had to use tech support shortly after install due to the internet dropping but even though it was 10pm I was still able to find a number and get ahold of someone that knew what they were doing and fix the problem promptly. With NO digging through the abyss of the innterwebs for a number to call or being forced through endless phone promts to reach a customer service representative that forwards you to the tech guy that says his manager has to handle it.. NONE of that nonsense, and it was refreshing. It also hasnt dropped internet sense so they actually fixed the issue. Significant improvement over other internet providers in town.

Great service. Horizon offers the most reliable and usable Internet in the Homer / Anchor Point area. Ive had their wireless Internet service for 6+ years. Its been reliable and I get the speed I pay for all hours of the day. No peak hours slow down like their competitors.

Horizon Wireless was fabulous to work with in our new home. The front office staff was considerate, helpful and knowledgeable. The technician support on the phone which is 24/7 hour service was excellent. We decided to move our existing router and modem, and the technician was polite, considerate, knowledgeable , and answered each of my questions throughly. I have never had service like this from any other wireless company. Call them if you want amazing service both technical and of course high speed internet which works beautifully. Wonferful internet and it never slows down

Best service ever! I had my wireless internet and DirecTV installed years ago and havent had any issues. The installer was very professional and efficient. Customer service is awesome.

We have had Horizon for 8 years and never had a major problem, I even called tech support on a Saturday and they helped me setup a new wifi router.We have a big family and use Netflix and Hulu a lot. Never had a problem streaming.Highly recommend these guys!
