Ive used their phone and cable service for over 10 years and they have always had very professional customer service. Kelly is great. Recently added internet and had same great service.

Kelly is great, but i was sold a open package. Very short hours. Cant return opened item.Customer service was absolutely no help gave me the run around.

Terrible experience with the excuse of a company. 2 no shows 2 days in a row for installation. Main office claims installation tech showed up yesterday and left a door tag (he didn’t) local office says he never showed up. Didn’t come today either. If I wanted to entertain my self with such comedies I would go to the circus

I bought a iphone 10 . within a month I paid off phone.still being billed monthly for phonei also made the mistake of upgrading to more mega bytes ( not sure of right term) didn’t realize that was also more monthly ,going to check out at&t my old service and see what the difference is2 star rating
