We had an amazing time fishing with Destination Alaska. The boat is the most beautiful boat I have ever fished on. The crew was knowledgable and accommodating. It was a once in a lifetime experience and I would recommend this company to everyone.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the crew and how they well explained everything and made sure they gave us the best chance possible to catch fish. The one day we were able to go fishing was a day I’ll never forget. Jamey and Brandon were very good with keeping lines baited and in the water so everyone had a better chance to catch something. Scott was very easy to deal with and knew exactly what was needed to make it possible to have an awesome day!! I would definitely recommend destination Alaska charters to anyone!!!!! Where do I begin? First of all, their boat, the Wilderness Explorer, was a state of the art fishing vessel that was luxurious and equipped with everything you need for an amazing fishing adventure! The sea keeper kept the trip SO SMOOTH and pleasant. Great for families, friends, and even honeymoon! Their captain, Jamey, was so knowledgeable, fun, energetic, and a true professional of his trade. He found us the best spots and always strived to make sure we caught the best fish! On both fishing days, we limited out on halibut (even catching a 216lb, 72in BEAST) and caught more than we could handle of rockfish and salmon! The deckhand/chef, Brandon, not only surpassed our expectations with the deliciousness of his cooking, but also was a stupendous help with making sure our lines were baited, the deck was clean, and we were all having fun and catching fish. Both men were the key to us having the TIME OF OUR LIVES! They were so flexible, accommodating, fun, and did everything in their power to make our trip the best experience. Dinner was such a treat at the end of the trip, with breathtaking views and mouthwatering dishes... we could not have asked for a better trip with some of the best people in the business. Scott, the owner, is so personable and friendly. Cameron, who helped us process our fish is HILARIOUS and so unbelievably helpful with filleting our catch. All in all, I would recommend this crew/company 10/10 times to anyone and everyone I know. We hope to come back again, too! Thank you for memories of a lifetime!!
