I had a flat with my BMW and was unable to drive the car due to there is no spare. I thought I could get the wheel off but was unsuccessful. They were more than willing to come to my location once I was able to obtain a new matching tire (tire was too damaged to replace). They removed the wheel, took it to their shop and returned to replace. Their charge was very reasonable. About a week later the tire had a small rim leak and they fixed it with no charge. They are knowledgeable about foreign cars and nice people as well. I will use them again.

I only take my car here they are always able to get me in no matter what. Plus the car looks amazing when they are finished always looks spotless.

Ive been taking a variety of 5 year old up to 20 year old imports there for years. BMWs, Subaru, Land Rover, high school kid cars to summer only keeper cars. These guys rock, totally honest, very up to date, and theyll tell you straight up if theres a problem better served by a dealer. Suspension, major engine work, troubleshooting an annoying gremlin, they can do it all.

Always honest, timely and work to accommodate my schedule. Id recommend to anyone.

They have always done a great job when Ive brought a car to them. Ive never been pushed to get work done that my car didnt need and they price their work fairly.

They have worked on both my pickup truck and my classic car. Each time they leave the vehicle better than I left it and let me know of any other problems that may have showed up. They also let you know if your bill is going to be under what they quoted before they are even done!!!

Worst Shop I have ever been to.I was down in Holland visiting a friend from college. My Jeep was having a problem with the alignment or steering. Not sure which because I dont know a whole lot about cars. One of the owners told me that I needed to replace the sway bar, and the ball joints. I had a sense that I wasnt given the most accurate diagnosis, because the guy was a complete jerk about it when I didnt pull out my checkbook. After talking to the friend I was visiting, he took it to his mechanic. They tightened a few things, and did the alignment for a fraction of the cost.Being in a customer service related job, I DO know a lot about how to treat people, and how ugly it is when a business is intentionally misleading folks. I came on here to write a review, and wow! It looks like I am certainly not the only on who had a horrible experience at this shop. Really sad that a jerk like this is able to stay in business and continue to rip people off. Steer Clear Of This Place

Had a bad experience in the past, but thought Id try again because I live close by. Had a bad experience again! I was charged twice for them to tell me the same thing, and fix nothing. When I questioned the charge for getting an estimate, I was told well we dont work for free. I have never been to another garage where Ive been charged for an estimate. Im disputing the charges to my credit card and I will get my money back. Oh and I will never use their services again.

Unlike JEEP and BMW owners, Subaru owners tend to be more knowledgeable. I love my subaru and trust these guys to do the tough jobs with care and expertise. Prices are fair and they let you know what needs to be replaced and why. I brought my subaru in for the first time and told them to replace the cv boot, something was spraying grease everywhere. They said no it was changed recently and must have been over greased. Instead of taking the easy money they chose to be honest to the customer! I love these guys. So very honest
