Best buying experience of a used car ever , thanks to Dom our salesperson and Rob in finance. They held the vehicle for me almost 8 days because I was out of town because of work. There were some safety issues with the vehicle and they fixed it and one issue even after I bought it that they gladly fixed. You want to be treated fairly and like family , go see Dom and Rob ...... oh and they have a specialty coffee bar there and Dom always treated my wife to a free specialty coffee . This was the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Crown Motors. Our salesman, Dom, went above and beyond. This vehicle was an unexpected purchase for me as I was an an accident at the beginning of this month and lost my beloved Wrangler. Dom was very patient and understanding during the entire process and his communication skills are phenomenal! Facility and service department are immaculate. I purchased a car towards the end of September this year and didnt have any good experience sadly. It took over a week to get info switched to my name from last owner, so there was no record of previous repairs and it still showed an open sale. No followup from sales person Jerry, we had on n off text during the weekend after informing them the car had a break issue. He said he would speak with them first thing Monday morning, still no update monday afternoon - even when we advised by the service department to come in, we came in n they were slow n he works right next to the service deptartment so I didnt understand how he still had no information when I could get this fixed. We had to leave the car there cuz the parts werent in stock so I was told Id get a call when they came in the next day, no call back when parts were received or car was done cuz it was still under the previous owners name. Highly unsatisfied with the customer service and follow ups. Rob in finance helped more with the sale than Jerry but Rob and Jerry both also ignored us when we came in Monday. No apology for not getting back with us about needing service done or acknowledgement we were even there. A week later my mom get a call (had to cosign with me) saying we missed a signature and needed to get that done in an email and when she explained this issue to Rob he claimed he had no idea there was a problem yet we talked to him first and he had us contact Jerry...All I can say is this didnt help my previous notion I had with going thru car dealers. I expected some sort of urgency when I just bought a car and a week later was having issues but that didnt happen.

John the parts manager is awesome! I had purchased towing mirrors for my Ram 1500 Sport and had the service department install them. After installation, I found that they did not have all the features of my stock mirrors.This is where John the parts manager comes in. He looked them up in his system and found that there was nothing available (they did not make them at this time) that would prevent me from losing factory features while adding towing mirrors. He went out of his way to make things right for me. Thank you John. And Crown Motors should thank John for earning a lifetime customer.

Disappointed. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. One of my wheels has a noticeable gash on the rear passenger side. After I get my truck back I noticed the gash was still on the rear passenger side! They claimed the tire rotation occurred, and instead of just admitting that it didnt, they doubled down and said they checked the video and the tires were rotated. I then showed them the photo I had taken of the rear passenger wheel gash before and how it was still in the same location. They could not explain how that happened and agreed to a refund of the tire rotation. I know it was just a $17 tire rotation, but this just shows they dont have any business integrity. I now question if the oil change I paid for even happened.

I bought a car from Crown Motors in July from Josh. The overall experience was great and Josh was very respectful, honest, and trustworthy. Working with him made my overall car buying experience less stressful and I felt more at ease in trying to make decisions in regards to my purchase. He was not pushy, and I greatly appreciated it. I didnt finance through their office, and instead went through my own credit union, so I cant speak to that end of their office.

Want to waste your time? Then go here. I was warned before to not go there but I didn’t listen. I’ve never been so mistreated by a group of men before. Made the over hour drive down to be told the car I wanted to see was sold and they never felt the need to inform me when they knew I was traveling there. I was very accommodating with the sales man to work with his schedule but he didn’t feel the need to do the same for me. If you’re a female and want to be walked over by a group of men then this is the right place for you. I will be warning everyone to not do business with this company.

I had already done the research necessary to purchase the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee 80th Anniversary edition and just needed to find a dealership that had one. Crown Motors came up as a possibility and I am grateful it did. I called and they confirmed having two on the lot so I drove there that day as its getting late in the year for 2021s and inventories are getting low. This is a very nice dealership...clean, customer oriented, taking the necessary covid protocols seriously. Our sales associate Ben was polite and knowledgeable. He didnt hesitate to verify anything he wasnt totally certain of (which was very little) even if he had to chase it down with through the parts department or go online through the dealers portal.

I needed service on a 1yr old vehicle. I had questions about an upcoming visit and Spoke to Catie to schedule. She spoke over me when I tried to ask questions. I stated I didn’t like the hostility towards me and she then called me rude because I was “questioning her process”. At that point I explained I didn’t work there so I needed to ask questions to get answers. She raised her voice and I had to end the call. Really disappointed in this experience.

This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. I was excited, had my dad with me through the whole process, and everything went well at first. Then only two weeks after I’d left with my vehicle, my sunroof started having issues. I contacted my salesman, Jerry, and told him about the issue, but that I was going to have it checked out elsewhere. I got it checked out elsewhere (because naturally I was iffy about bringing my car back to a place that sold me a car that had issues in only two weeks), and they quoted me a whopping $3,000! Right after I dropped 4 grand on my car. I went back to Crown Motors to talk with Jerry, and told him what they’d quoted me and he talked with his boss and told me that that quote seemed high. Told me he wanted to get it checked with someone else (not crown) and that he’d call me. I never received a call, an email, nothing. I’m now left with a sunroof that doesn’t work properly and leaks. I find it ridiculous how I put a $4,000 down payment on a car, and have a $3,000 issue only two weeks later, which Crown didn’t seem to want to even look at when I contacted them about it after. I personally never felt like Jerry treated me seriously unless I had my dad with me. I wouldn’t recommend getting a car from here, or working with Jerry.

Crown Motors had a Challenger with the options I was looking for (Adaptive Damping suspension/ non wide body). I walked in, said I was interested in this car. I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass Limited from Jeep dealership on Central Ave in Holland MI. I wait to make sure I am satisfied with my product and service before leaving a review because you never know what could happen the next day. I wish my sales person would of listened to me as far as my concerns/questions everything else she was amazing. I have had my Jeep for two weeks going on three and it’s in the shop for the exact concern I was asking her about and she told me everything is good didn’t find anything wrong. I am lucky it’s certified because it needed 2 updates with the electrical panel and the Auto start thank goodness it is covered by my warranty. But they want to charge us for a fuel flush due to the issue it may of caused build up $145 and I haven’t even made my first payment heck I haven’t even drove it enough to put gas in it more than 3 times. Service guy was nice but we just wish I was heard when I brought up my concern/questions on things. How are we suppose to recommend a place that we can’t get a solid month at least before they are telling us to fix things on the vehicle. Don’t get me wrong I like my vehicle but feel it wasn’t the experience I would recommend unfortunately. I would of hope Crown would of made it right due to the circumstances. Just want to give an honest review 2 stars for now. That doesn’t mean all vehicles have issues just saying be cautious. Disappointed hoping our next purchase of a vehicle where ever is different that’s all.

Phenomenal customer service! Easy to buy from out of state! We were looking for a specific year truck, bed length, and trim, so we had to buy from afar, flew out to pick it up. The photos on the website were incredibly accurate, it was even better in person! Chris kept in great contact with us during the process and was speedy and prompt upon arrival so we could get back on the road for the drive home. He went above and beyond! We were over the moon! Since N.H. puts salt on the roads in the winter, vehicles rust out and dont last as long out here. The body was in like new shape for an almost 4 year old truck. Fast, friendly service. Service Dept. did what I asked for (oil chg & ck neurotic airbag light) and the price was very competitive for a full synthetic. The only thing that might be considered a negative is that there were a few other recommended maintenance items that werent noted as if we discussed them, however we did not. In fairness, probably most would require any additional time & an additional appointment. Id guess many people would decline additional work if they were only bringing the vehicle in for an oil change.

This is about service, not sales.We love our 2018 Compass but service @ Crown so far is deplorable. Next wk. I will be taking it in for the 3rd time is 4 wks. They fixed the first problem, Thank you ! The next time they didnt & asked if I could leave it over night, I couldnt so we picked it up being partially fixed. Kicker is I had a 8:30am appt. never got a call for an update, ended up calling them @ 3 & they said they were just getting on it...7 hrs. later ?? Picked it up @ 5:00, very disappointing. I e-mailed Brad Siegars (GM) about it with my cell #, never heard from him. To me, that speaks volumes about a buisness. Done complaining & giving my honest review. Hopefully after my appt. next wk. I can give a better review.

I have been at odds with crown about my vehicle for months. It’s only a year old and is having electrical issues and now throwing fuel codes. This last stint, they had it for 5 days and finally I’m having Chrysler resolve the issue. But when I picked up my Jeep, the mpg was dropped down to FIFTEEN MPG! The tech so obviously beat and mistreated my car on his FOUR trips to the gas station. I’m shocked and appalled. When I confronted them...the guy literally giggled and said ‘we had to make sure it was tested properly.’ Then...tonight my child’s father informs me that on a phone conversation with this sane man...he had the nerve to ask our relationship status!!!! ‘Is she your wife or what?’ I cannot believe the audacity of these people. I’m furious.

Took my vehicle in to get struts put on and said there was a noise in the front end and they said everythings tight and good, got the car back and the noise was still there, took it in again to get something else done and they said everything was tight and theres still a rattling. Ill just take elsewhere now or just do it myself

I drove two hours for him to say you need $6000 down and the bank will not finance the vehicle. He never told me in any email that I need $6000 down and the bank will not finance the vehicle.This was the worst customer service that I ever received.

THE WORST!!!!!! Been trying to get my navigation system fix since May.....its now August and still cant seem to fix it. Now have to wait till September to bring back to see if problem can be fix... still not a guarantee. Everything seem slow and a joke, wasted so much time here and cannot go anywhere else since theyre the first one to start fixing and had to finish it...which is going nowhere!!

I searched and searched and searched for my Jeep - and I found my Jeep at CROWN! The prices where right, the staff was wonderful, I worked with the car sales man named Jerry, he was very knowledgable, answered all of my questions, wasnt pushy at all, he gave me the time that I needed and in the end I got the Jeep Wrangler that I have always wanted.Everything went smooth - from sales, to signing the papers, the manager came out and talked with me, someone helped show me all the options on the Jeep. When sitting there I could get a coffee. The building is very clean, and comfortable.Thank you all at Crown.
