I called to ask if they could fix a problem I was having and the Rude Guy that got on the phone was mad because I told him that I was a little knowledgeable about cars. So he asked if I could fix myself and I replied “if I could fix it then I wouldn’t have called you”. He told me well I don’t have time so go somewhere else. Just Rude and Unprofessional.

Very fast service and reasonably priced. They patched my tire very quickly.

Bought 2 used tires from them and had them mounted and balanced and I put them in the back of my truck. Got home with them I could hear a leak coming from both tires (I’ve put zero miles on.)Both tires ended up having nail in both tires. I ended up plugging it myself and vow to never go back.

You pay per tire for a tire balance, so I paid for all tires to get balanced. They didnt add any weight to my back tires and even messed up on the tires they did end up balancing.Really nice people but just a waste of money and time.

Their previous high performance service and product ended in a blow out. I purchased two used tires. They installed one tire with a buldge and the other tire was nine years old. Two more trips to get the front tires balanced correctly and I still had problems. My previous go to tire and repair place unfortunately got up and went a different direction.

I had gone to another place(well call it bell wheel) for an alignment and was quoted I needed $1400.00 in order to do the job, now I know I need a lot of stuff in my car but changing calipers and brakes and rotors all the way around plus tires was not in my budget so I went to AV Towing and they got me out of there for $220 bucks which included a newer tire, ball joint and the alignment plus the friendliest staff Ive ever meet. Heck yeah Ill go back ...

I have brought several vehicles here for replacement tires over the past 5 years with no issues. I brought my moms car in several weeks ago, they FORGOT to tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels, i heard the vibration and turned around, by thw time i got back the wheel was slamming extremely hard against the car. Pulled up and 3 of the five lug nuts were gone, one more fell off with just a light touch. They did not inspect the car, just added & tightened lug nuts.I left, got close to GR & shredded a tire, used tire so no warranty. Took the car to several shops to get it looked at, explained what happened & all said the coil spring was snapped, probably from the wheel issue so take it back. Took it back into av towing, was told they would take care of me, just drop it off. Brought it back to get it taken care of and they wanted to charge me 260 dollars for the damage they caused. Bottom line, will never go here again.

Over charged me for simple exhaust. If g and m wasnt so busy on Monday morning i wouldve taken it to them for the job to be done right. Now im out 200 and still have to spend more miney to fix their mistakes. Quite ridiculous. They may be nice people but they are money hungry people who do the bare minimum. Even their own workers advised me to buy my own parts because they severely overcharge. If you need used tires then AV towing can help. Anything else i suggest you go elsewhere.

I give them a star because they do not know how to do their job about 2 weeks ago I took my car to fix and they put 4 used tires and thats fine because thats what I ordered ok so I took it again so they could line it up and they told me I needed a piece that cost 300 dollars and i buy it and take it back to him so he can line it up so when i pick up my car makes a very bad noise and still pulling to the side and then the man tells me that my car needs new tires when he put them that week bien cari pelau and he took 8 hours to fix my car and the work cost 400 dollars more but it is the last time I took my car to Almando I do not recommend it look for second opinions because he sends you to buy things that your car does not needEse señor se canta de religioso y lo que es es un pillo mi guagua cuando la lleve no tenia ningun ruido solo que a cierta milla temblaba y ahora hace ruido cuando aceleras y el guie hace ruido tira pa los lau y eso que la habia aliniau segun el lo que hacen ea robar se tomo 8 horas en areglarla y me cobro 400 peso por un trabajo que no sirve no c los recomiendo para nada busque mejor otra opinion antes de llevarlo a donde el

The work of muffling and welding is terrible ... they dont know how to do it ... the muffler of my vehicle. And after 5 days my muffler stopped on the road .... just paint the solder so it doesnt look. How badly done this ...Bad muffler job. Horrible welding ... they dont know how do they job ... dont waste you money in the place .... my muffler fell off of my car in the interstate 5 days after Armando welding the pipe.I have to take it to a Quality Car Care .. and they show me how bad The job from ... AV towing was ...
