Dr. Graffeo was recommended to me by a neighbor. I went to him for a consultation of one of my teeth that was losing bones. He ended up removing it and 2 other ones. I only bled for less than 2 day then I was able to eat solid food. The staff were super nice and there was an office dog too.

I visited Dr. Graffeo for re-cementation of a crown. He clearly explained me the undergoing issue and provided a fix for that issue.Additionally, the staff was super cordial as they considered the emergency of my case and slided me within their schedule.

Dr. Graffeo and staff exceeded all expectations for a first time patient. Going to the dentist is never easy (especially w/o dental insurance) but this time it really was. They offer an in house dental insurance plan and completing the patient forms online was a breeze. Thorough explanation of services administered and a detailed plan for how to best meet my dental needs over the next 12 months including cost, care and reasons. I really appreciated how Dr. Graffeo used the x-rays and camera to explain the procedure and why things were the way they were and what could be done to fix it.

Talk about striking it lucky!On Good Friday afternoon at 4pm I’m calling around dentist offices in Hoboken after my filling fell out and left the nerve ending exposed. On the fifth attempt calling around every dentist on Google Dr Rob comes to the rescue.15 mins after calling I’m sitting in his chair getting world class care and service. All five members of my family have been patients of Dr. Graffeo since he arrived in the neighborhood. He is an excellent dentist, taking utmost care in all aspects of the experience. The office is immaculate, cheerful, and very efficient. We do not wait long, if at all, which is much appreciated. My kids love Dr. Rob and his staff, who are all very patient with us. We were all there yesterday, and my daughter asked if we could go back to the dentist again today!

My first ever visit to the office was a nice experience. As someone who doesn’t normally enjoy a dentist visit at all, this was a welcome change. Dr. Graffeo was very knowledgeable and personable which made me feel confident in the level of care I was receiving. Everyone else I interacted with in the office was very kind and sociable. Jill especially was very helpful and had wonderfully positive energy both over the phone and in person. COVID regulations in place within the office are top notch, wouldn’t even let me give the pen I used back.

There are truly not enough words to describe how Dr. Rob and his entire office have made me smile from ear-to-ear and exceeded my expectations.After going too long without a regular dentist cleaning - for really no good reason since, just life got in the way I really needed to find a new dentist and make an appointment for a major procedure. Thankfully, I was referred to this office by a group of trusted friends who have gone to him for regular cleanings, but also for major dental work.Not only did I need a regular visit/x-ray/cleaning, but I also needed to remove some bonding that was deteriorating and replace several teeth in the front of my my mouth with veneers.I’ve never had a cavity nor have I ever had a wisdom tooth removed, so this was a BIG dental procedure for me.As such, I was extremely nervous about the pain and procedure. I had never been at a dental office for anything other than cleaning and aesthetics (bonding/whitening etc). And this is my face - it’s my smile - and my personal brand. I’m in sales and have a big personality so my smile is my signature, and the thought of deconstructing it to rebuild it scared the living daylights out of me - especially since it was all aesthics. But its also something I’ve known that I needed to do for over a decade.And I’m so happy that I decided to finally do it with Dr. Rob.Dr. Rob and his staff are true professionals.They made every single moment as comfortable and pain-free as possible. And they want Dr. Rob to work on them next so they can smile from ear to ear like me!I struggle with wanting to shout from the rooftops how Dr. Rob gave me the million dollar smile that I’ve been wanting my whole life, but also keeping it to myself because it looks so natural, yet perfect. But I have big mouth and love to share the work of people I trust in my life who make me look and feel, beautiful, healthy and strong. So I’m sure he will be flooded with referrals before I even hit submit on this review. My only advice is you better get in there before he is all booked up! :P

Dr. Graffeo is highly knowledgeable, attentive, and does great work for his patients. Him and his staff are very professional and I always receive good care from them. I’ve never had a problem with billing, scheduling, or any issue whatsoever. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend him to others.

Graffeo and staff are pleasant. But, charged me a $15 PPE fee when some of the staff are not wearing masks and Graffeo wore mask below his nose while working on my mouth.This is simple - If youre going to charge me for PPE, use the PPE and use it properly. Got high risk people in my immediate family. Not trying to get CoVid from my dentist.

Wow! I dont even know where to start.I was feeling some incredible pain in the later evening one night and my partner gave them a call. Strait to the point they are beyond helpful and incredibly accommodating. They see patents as people not numbers which is hard to find in most places. For such short notice and no prior visits they took me right in, from the staff in the waiting room to Dr.Graffeo they saw the pain I was in and treated me as their own. Beyond grateful for the care and comfort they provided and will most definitely be making more appointments down the road.Thank you so so much to the staff and doctor in that office for fixing me!

Finally found a dentist who is brilliant, professional, and compassionate !! Took my daughter (18 yrs old) to his office for a teeth whitening procedure along with some dental work that needed to be done. All I can say is wow !! What a difference. My daughter couldn’t stop smiling and taking pictures of her teeth in the car ride home. Dr Graffeo was able to do with so many other dentists couldn’t pull off. He whitened her stained teeth (stained from antibiotics she took when she was a baby) repaired them, and restored her beautiful smile. So much improvement in just the 1st visit. Unbelievable. Dr Graffeo is an exceptional dentist. He’s meticulous and takes the time to explain everything he does. My daughter is so excited and I’m so happy for her. I highly recommend Dr Graffeo. You can’t go wrong.

He has incredible attention to detail and even guessed how long I wore braces for, etc... from a quick, first time cleaning.The Dr. and his staff are very personable. Alexis, the dental assistant, is very sweet and helpful. She really seems to enjoy her job, which is great to see! They go to great lengths to put patients at ease. Jill at the front desk told me that the office removed all carpeting on the floors and added other social distancing features in response to COVID.
