Buddys auto repair is GREAT! I just recently moved to the west coast, needed a place I could tow my car and get it serviced. Vehicle was having engine throttle control issues. Came across this business - read the reviews and went for it! Best decision ever. Hector is knowledgeable, informative and professional! I live two hours away from his shop , but once you find a good mechanic you hold on to it! I will GLADY travel two hours to him for any service my vehicle needs.

El Buddys is one of the best mechanics Ive worked with. I took two Subaru outbacks here for a pre-sale inspection and Jaime was caring, honest, and worked quickly to show me that both of the cars were not worth buying. I enjoyed my experience so much that I drove another Subaru all the way from Gresham to Beaverton in peak traffic so that they could do the inspection on another possible purchase. So I recently bought a car from the owner Jaime who has been amazing throughout the whole process, I showed up and the car was exactly as described, he was very nice and fair with the price, I drive the car home and for some reason the car died on me, so I texted Jaime and he came out first thing the next day to come check it out, turns out it was just a bad coil pack and he’s replacing everything for me free of charge, all together I would say that Jaime is the most honest and genuinely nice person I’ve ever bought a car from and I would seriously consider taking my car here if I ever had a problem

This autocare place is one of the best ones I’ve been too. I got my first car almost a year ago and it’s a ‘97 toyota so it’s not perfect. And over the past year I’ve been to so many different auto care places to fix up all the little problems my car had. This time my car had malfunctioning auto windows, 3 of them stopped working. I brought it in to this shop, dropped it off with Jaime. And the next day I picked it up and the problem was fixed easily with a fair price. My car also has an AC issue that other mechanics haven’t been able to completely figure out but Jaime and his team were able to give me some more closure on what the actual problem could be which I deeply appreciate. I trust their judgement/insight and I will definitely do service with them again because knowing my oldie (but a goodie) car I will need it. Thanks Buddy’s auto repair

I purchased a car from Jason and he swore up and down the car just needed an oxygen sensor and it would pass DEQ he fixed the sensor and replaced windshield wipers and a bad battery stated another code popped up and he ordered that part by then I had the car a week 3 days later the transmission failed. Now Im out a car and $1600. Hes a car flipper - not someone Id recommend who does that to a single mom knowingly? And according to reviews its not the first time that exact same situation happened.

Best mechanic shop in the area since the new owner took over these guys are amazing. Jaime is honest and knows he’s stuff!!! I always feel so confortable coming in and getting my cars work on.

Sold my 18 year a car with the check engine light on, says it was just a sensor, but promised it would go away in a couple days, promised the car will pass deq. 1 week later the light is still on, can’t take it to deq, transmission went out, this guy offers to not charge us labor on the repair! We tried to sell the pos and a buyer walked away after pointing out the WRONG mileage is also written on the title!

They listed a car for sale and scheduled me to come in and look at it. I was about to leave to view it and they told me they had sold it already. The least they could have done was to tell me someone was ahead of me. So not professional.
