Called a dozen other “same day emergency service” companies, nobody could come out on a holiday weekend. Finally found Fuse through Thumbtack, they were able to come out 2 hours later.Dmitri was quick and super helpful! A lose wire in our AC shorted the board in the furnace, Dmitri was able to fix it in the same session. Will definitely be using them again!Also can’t complain about the great price too. The same service, repair and labor cost for Fuse equaled what would have been just the diagnostic cost for our old furnace company. Glad we found Fuse!

Our service repair guy DMitry was early, professional and diagnosed the problem right away, and explained all of the options we had. He advised us of things we could do to save $$ as well as services he could provide for additional fees. This was a nice surprise as he was considerate to our financial situation, and wasn’t out just to make a buck😊.I would use him again

On one of our 100 degree days our compressor went out on our air conditioning. Dimitry with Fuse was able to find time to come check it out and had it up and running again in about 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

My AC stopped working right in the middle of a heatwave and I called fuse to schedule an appointment for the next day. They called me back and said that there was a cancellation and they could come the same day which was awesome. They diagnose the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price and also make sure all the wires and other capacitors were up to snuff as well as the Freon in the air conditioning system. It is so great to have air-conditioning back again and Dmitry was a great person to work with. Would use them again very professional company.

We had called for our ge oven igniter to be replaced. Dmitri came and got to work right away and made sure everything worked and was very professional in his work and also answered all our questions.

Do not use this company. My refrigerator died and I made an appointment with FUSE using their online system. They couldnt come for two weeks, but I needed it fixed, so booked the appointment. I got multiple emails from Dmitry over the two weeks confirming the appointment, multiple times. Today, the day before the appointment I got another email cancelling, saying they didnt work in my area. They are located in Hillsboro, I live in Gaston, less than 10 miles away, so this reason was suspicious. I called FUSE and spoke with someone there who confirmed they cancelled, blamed the timing of the cancellation on their own bot that set the appointment, and said their rules prohibit them from coming to my address. They made no offer to explain further or try and fix this, just gave me a sorry, blaming the problem on their system. Stay away from these guys.

Fuse was able to get a technician over right after the heat wave and fix the capacitor on our AC. Other places were booked for 2 weeks, and Fuse put me on their schedule after a cancellation. Great work! Took the time to find the issue on a pretty new Samsung dryer. Since the model version was new, not a lot of repair info was available and he took the time to find the issue, source the parts and have it fixed.

Great service, fast, great price

Our reservation was listed under my girlfriend, Shelby Kasal. Overall, we did appreciate Dmitry always being on time and our washing machine is now working again. However, the two stars comes from the carelessness for our home. We paid $150 for labor and were appalled to come out and find that there was old water ALL OVER our garage that had come out of the washing machine (we have videos of this). If you knew that this would happen, why would you not ask us for towels or use the bucket that you had brought with you? It destroyed our $200 rug that we have under our weight set and we had to throw it out because we could not get rid of the smell. We would appreciate some sort of follow up or at least reimbursement for some of the labor costs, given we spent an hour cleaning up after you left.

Dmitry came out to diagnose while your freezer was not working. I had told him that we had done internet diagnostics on the freezer and had already replaced the evaporator fan, the evaporator fan blade, and the defrost timer switch. Given that he knew we could do some repairs our own, he checked the thermostat and sure enough that was the problem. He said its an easy replace if you want to do it yourself, if youd like us to do it were more than happy. Dmitry was a pleasure to have in my home helping me to diagnose our problem freezer. I got my freezer fixed/repaired. The original cost was $75 for diagnostic. The total charge for the diagnostic/repair itself was $135. They showed up right at the beginning of the time window given with a 30minute warning that they were on the way. It seemed like a general tune up and sealant repair was needed.

Came out next day, identified the problem as fixed it without having to order parts luckily. Dmitry was super prompt, worked quickly and made sure it was working before leaving- thank you so much!

The issue wasnt diagnosis correctly. New part was ordered and replaced but the washer still has the same error. The technician is very argumentative and has lots of attitudes. We called the office, they said the manager will call us but we havent hear from he/ she. I am not recommending anyone should have to go through what we went through.
