I called at 8am on a Friday with an issue in our garage freezer/fridge (leaking water from somewhere creating frozen layers of ice on the bottom of the freezer), and he was able to come at 10am the same day. Once I explained the issue, he knew immediately what it was, and was able to take care of it super quickly, explaining what he did very clearly. Reasonable price, and Ill definitely be calling again for any appliance repair that we need!

We had a built-in microwave that started turning ON when we opened the door to put food in. Definite safety hazard. Also confusing.Called on a Friday afternoon, Song offered to come out same day or even Saturday.Very methodical and professional. Song opened the control panel, did some tests and reviewed the schematics. Then told us he knew what was wrong, what it would cost and that he could fix it immediately.Fixed it for us, showed us the defective part and explained why the replacement part he used was better.Prompt, good service at a really fair price. Dont see how it could be better.

I was heading out of town and my dryer decided to go out one day before I leave. This place had some great reviews. I called early in the morning and he picked up right away and was able to service my dryer that Day. Gave good honest feedback on what was wrong and now my mind is at ease, and it’s back and working.

Sung Lee came to the appointment on time and took a look at the refrigerator and was honest about the diagnosis. He temporary fixed the refrigerator until we could buy a new one. Cost was very reasonable.

I have to say that he is the best service I have ever had from an appliance repair shop. He was quick to come out , found the initial problem and fixed it and then found another problem. He knew what it was and we had to order the part when it came in, he was quick to repair and everything is working fine and probably better that it was before. Highly recommend.

Our dryer went out and the usual appliance names in Hillsboro wouldnt be out for a few days. I saw Diversified on Google Reviews and decided to give a new company a shot. He was out within a couple hours, and on time when he said he would be there. He diagnosed and took the part back to his shop, repaired it (who knows how to do that these days?) and we were back running within a couple hours. Fast, professional and very knowledgeable.

Very prompt and honest service

He came to my house almost immediately after I called and even though my washer had him stumped at first he kept tinkering with it and eventually brought it back to life. I appreciated that he did everything he could to fix my washer instead of giving up and settling for the easy (more costly) solution.

I cant say enough good things about this business. Song has been our appliance guy for years. He has always been able to make it out to our home the day I call (or the very next day if I happen to call late), accurately diagnoses the problem, and if the part is available, fixes the problem later that same day. Our clothes washer decided to go on the blink just a couple of days before company was to arrive for the weekend. I looked online for the closest appliance repair shop to my house, and found this company. The guys name is Sunghoon Lee and he did everything right. Arrived when he said he would, knocked the job out quickly (clogged drain hose) and for a good price. Plus, he didnt tear my house apart, which is always nice. I recommend him if you need something fixed. Very professional.

Needed an electrical repair on a foreign built commercial coffee roaster. This was the only guy I could find in the entire Portland metro area that would even take a look at it. Not only did he take a look, he fixed it, and promptly. I have nothing but high praise for this business.

I had a problem with my Samsung Dishwasher. Would not drain. Called Diversified and he came over the same day in Hillsboro. Found out it had a bad pump. He then drove back to the Eastside to get pump and drove back and fixed the problem. Great service and great price.
