I have had the package for years and service seemed to become worse and worse over time however now staff has changed and WAY more friendly and helpful! The vacuums are now new and much better. The wax and wash seems to be better as well a few spots left the last time. I seem to think the change is going to get better!

Dylan was at the check in and he did a GREAT job! We forgot we had one of our kids shoes in the back of the truck but he snatched them out before we went in the car wash. The wash is good, so is the vacuum service and the spot cleaner and rags are a big bonus.

I always love going here. It is the only car wash I trust with my car if Im being honest. The workers are always super helpful and nice. Especially Dylan who is always willing to help someone when a need arises.

My daughter and myself enjoyed the hands free car wash. My car is shiny like new. Also vacuum was good quality. Got every speck from those hard to reach areas in between the seats and such. Will definitely return in the future for more car washes.

Zips use to be such a good car wash! They took the buffer out at the end that goes down the sides of your car, the soap is half empty most of the time. My boyfriend drives a Jeep and every time he does through the wash, the brushes that wash your car get caught on his roof racks, he has to pull pieces out every time. They just gave it a facelift recently but it’s useless if something really changes, plus the unlimited wash went from $35 a month to $40. I would understand and be fine with paying $40 a month if the car wash was actually worth it.

Jordan and Noel expressed exceptional customer service! They educated me on how to best clean my car and gave me many helpful tips. Overall service 10/10 will definitely be coming back to this car wash location. Zips is the best in town for a car wash!

I just started going here recently and wasnt really sure what all I needed but one of the associates, Dylan, took the time to explain their services to me and what would be best to get my car looking like new. Dropped in today for the $15 wash n wax. Something has been left all over my ride today. Dots and smudges everywhere. Took it to ANOTHER car wash to do it myself and the stuff wont come off of my paint, chrome or glass. Talked to manager this morning and he told me I have ZERO recourse. Horrible!!

Professional staff, good wash. Dylan treated my car like it was his own and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about their available services. After the wash, I was able to vacuum the interior and get any cleaning/detailing supplies I needed all in one spot.

No comparison, this is the spot for a shiny clean finish outside of your automobile. Then the strong vacuum for your inside!

My car needed a car wash pretty bad so I drove up to zips and a guy that said his name was DYLAN informed me of the deals going on for unlimited washes, as well as when buying any car wash I can use the vacuums for free! Since I had never went to this specific car wash before this information was very helpful. I appreciated how friendly and helpful he was and will DEFINITELY be coming back.

Excellent car wash it does a great job of cleaning and shining your wheels really strong vacuums nice staff I got the unlimited for 2 cars now and they add another one.

Their vacuum cleaners had to really great suctions so I would advise you to come here if you need your capet back in good condition!

Carwash is adequate, the vacuums are the bomb especially if you have dogs. One swipe takes care of the hair.

Had this membership since it was Wiki-Wiki and just found out with out notifications that the grandfather plan I was paying will not be available anymore. The company is not going to honor any plan that was grandfathered in effective July of 2021 - if you have experienced any issues like this voice your thoughts here.

Yes good car wash I have The unlimited monthly plan but it would be nice if they would keep the Vacuum parking lot cleaner.

Great car wash . Didnt take long at all to go through and was really inexpensive for the quality of the wash. Industrial strength vacuum included and it was amazing. Love this place and will usually choose it when I need a wash. Check it out the next time your car is yellow from pollen!

I purchased the better option at the machine. I then was prompted to drive around. One person with a brush started washing on my car. He concentrated on the drivers side. He didnt tell me what to do, so I had my foot on the brake and shouldnt have. I finally got the message as I couldnt see him because of the soap. I exited the car was and drove around to the exit. I stopped to look at the results. Its cleaner than it was and Ill accept that for now. I will probably try out Springs Road next time. They are staffed better. I think there should have been 2 people with a brush. 3 stars because it was cleaner.

My husband & I went through here today & he paid $20.00 for the wash, wax, & shine.. plus the guy pre washing only done one side of my truck 👎 didnt even pre wash the passenger side... Not only that, but my rims didnt come clean @ all!! Very disappointed with this place & probably wont go back...

This is my favorite car wash. I have the top monthly package and my car is always perfect coming out. everyone here is nice . My only problem is with the fire shine. Idk if anyone else has this problem but I have a white dog she dart and my mom has a lime green camero and when we get out to vacuum it’s clean and by the time we get home there is black splatter all over the sides of our car. If they changed tire shine this would be the perfect car wash

I called in May 2021 to cancel my membership which I was told would be done that day. I asked the gentleman with whom I spoke if there was anything further that I needed to do. He answered no. As of 7-12-21 - I am still being billed for my monthly fee. I am very upset!! I contacted the local Hickory NC office again and they stated that they were unable to refund the entire amount that they erroneously charged to my credit card. This is very poor customer service!! I strongly suggest that people get confirmation of cancellation of services in writing from Zips since they DO NOT follow through with what they say they will do - and will not honor their employees prior commitments and reimburse their customers for their employees mistakes in handling their accounts.

I recently visited the Hickory location to have my vehicle cleaned. I was hesitant as I had heard bad things about getting scratches on your vehicle. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the most positive and professional associate named DeMarco that quickly put my thoughts at ease. I had a wonderful experience with the help of DeMarco that truly showed what a world class facility looks like by assisting the customer in a timely and professional manner. I will be returning to this location in hopes to see DeMarco again as he is what good looks like in an employee.

This is the only place I go to get my car washed. The people there are fantastic! You can vacuum your car out for free after buying a wash, which is something I don’t see at a lot of other cat washes. I would 100% recommend this car wash to anybody.

This is a very well set up car wash. The price is the same as others, but the free vacs, free rubber mat cleaner and free carpet mat cleaners were great extras that makes it more than worth the stop. Our car was a dirty mess when we drove through. One time in the wash wasnt enough. When I showed the guys in the office our car wasnt quite clean and asked for a discount on a second run, they said sure, how does free sound? The perfect response. 😁

Love how good my vehicles look after going through their wash. The unlimited monthly plan makes it super convenient to wash the car whenever I want. Have it on both my truck and my wifes car. With multiple locations around work and home Im never too far from a clean, vacuumed vehicle!

The staff were very friendly and nice However after buying the $35 a month package I am disappointed at the quality of the wash in which my car received it did not clean it at all. And it wasnt that dirty. I feel like for that price per month my car should be clean I could have gotten a car cleaner than this myself or by going to a personal car wash for $8 I have tried and tried to call this company to cancel my monthly subscription however they will not answer the phone and their mailbox is not set up for voicemail so if youre reading this I want to cancel my subscription

Very good wash. A little pricey but you get to use the vacuum for free after the wash so that makes it reasonable. There are different prices...I got the 2nd highest and it even gives your tires that black shiny look!
