Just overall bad experience, after the wash and towel wipe down the vehicle was still dirty. The inside windows were wiped down with a dirty wet towel, no cleaner used. Dash wasnt touched, waste of $27. If you have nice wheels dont use this place!

This is the first bad review I have ever given a vendor. Their automatic cleaning system broke the left mirror off the driver side door of my Mercedes. I noticed that the car immediately after me suffered the exact same fate, but mine will be far more expensive to repair.

Took forever and since I had not been here before I didnt know The routine and no one explained what to do so it was kinda crazy. I got the full wash. The first thing that happened was the boy force my mirrors closed on my new Mercedes that obviously are electric. I thought he broke one but it poped back in place after a couple try with the button. Then you have to go back through the car Line if you want your car vacummed and interior Cleaned. People in Line to get thier car washed didnt want to let me through i guess they thought I was trying to get in front of the! Once i got through and they finished the interior there is no way to leave if someone is in front of you so I had to wait almost ten minutes for them to finish the interior of a car in front before I could leave. I will NEVER go through this again! Not worth the $25 it cost to clean the car.

Took my car in for a car wash and vacuum. The car wash put several deep gashes into my rims. I met with the General Manager and he said that he wouldn’t do anything for me. Bad local business, avoid this place! I would recommend Zips, the place right down the street instead.

Prices have went up! Why I dont know when the economy hasnt gotten any better! And if you get your car vacuum out, You cant wait inside because the owner is too cheap to turn the air on for customers! When its 100 degrees outside Wont be back!!!

Took a little longer to get my truck washed but it wasnt the fault of the staff. It was obvious that they were short handed but the people who were there never slowed down. If it got slow in one area the went to another area to help out. In spite of being overwhelmed they did a top notch job on my truck. I will go back.

Miss the old days. This new way to complex n slow. Stay in vehicle through the wash drive to toweling station. Then drive around n wait in line for interior work. Before it was done all in step. What use to take 15 mins if that now takes atlesst 30 mins.. ugh

I have never been so furious, I brought my car threw specifically due to the fact that I had taken my dogs to the vet in my car and there was dog hair. I paid for a full service PLUS the trunk vaccum. They did a very poor job. I brought my car back threw a second time and the lady who approached me, her first words were “vacuum?” As if she knew they cars were not being vacuumed well. I let them do my car a second time. It did no justice, I have pictures and this is after the SECOND TIME. I then decided I just wanted a refund. After asking for a refund the manager approached my car and asked what the problem was, I rolled down my back window and after looking in she asked again what the problem was as if she didn’t see an issue which was very clear. She tells me she can’t give me a refund because they did everything they were supposed to do. And I said “this was everything you were supposed to do for $25? “ And she responded with the fact that pet hair is very difficult to get out. And that’s when I asked about the stones that are used to get pet hair out. Her response what that they didnt have the stones since before covid. So apparently covid is an excuse to do a sorry job cleaning cars now too. I said okay and went to leave and that’s when another male employee yells to the manager “WHERE WE SUPPOSED TO DETAIL THIS F***ING THING?” So I then rolled my window down and said “no but you were supposed to get the dog hair out” in which his response was “I can’t help you have dog hair in your car lady!” and I let him and his manager know that they did a sorry job and were a bunch of smarta**es in which I was yelled at to leave by two men and the manager herself. obviously this is a very poorly operated business, I understand it is not their fault that there is dog hair in my car but it is however a car wash and their job to get it out! And if they are unable to do so TELL ME BEFORE I PAY $25!

Got my car washed there just now. Went early as this place backs up and the employees get tired as the day goes on so the quality job gets worse. That didnt hold true today. The owners son was working the back end where everything start. You can watch him and he short cuts everything and his crappy job relays to the rest of the employees. Attached are photos of how my car looks after I got home and started looking. Pitiful. My last car wash there a few weeks ago they missed cleaning the whole front of the car. With all the car washes popping up in Hickory you would think the owners kids taking over this place would figure out what got this business this far thru all the years. Hope the younger management driving this place now figures it out quickly as Im welling to pay for good work. My wife is taking the car out of town for a business trip Monday with some other co workers riding with her. She wanted the car cleaned up. Now I know why I go to get in my car after being washed this morning the older folks are complaining each time i go. The owner of the car beside me this morning had her own rag out and was going over her interior again before she drove off. Was the reason I checked mine when I got home. $27 plus a $5 tip could have been spent for something better. A person pays to have a job done right the first time need to become this companies motto. My time is valuable also. Well lets go get the bucket, rags, vacuum cleaner and start over.

They work hard to keep customers happy. Also safe due to Covid19,requiring people to stay in their car during the washing process. I always tip them well since I personally know how difficult washing cars and trucks can be.

I expected for a full service car wash at $32.50 that there wouldnt be dust and finger prints on the console, crumbs in the floor, dash, seats and cub holders. I had to take it back to get them to clean it properly. Also they use vinegar to clean your windows, so the whole car smelled terrible after it was cleaned.

My car always looks phenomenal when I leave Classic Touch. Best place around to get your car looking fancy.

DO NOT BRING CARS HERE WITH NICE WHEELS! Brought my car here that has over $1000 wheels on it and I followed all employee instructions and wheel size was correct as stated by the signs. IT CHEWED THEM UP AND RUINED THEM!!! COMPLETELY DAMAGED MY WHEELS. The employee with the brushes and spray at beginning even watched it happen. DO NOT bring your car here if you care about it

Able to get a good car wash and cleaning!

I was out helping my 77 yr old mother run her errands, one of them was to get her car cleaned on the outside and inside. She had been too busy with talking care of her husband before he died on Christmas Eve, so her car was a mess. I teased her about the snuff can I saw in her dashboard area...which nearly got me cussed n hit cause she likes to keep her snuff dippin a secret😂...but anyway we stopped at 2 car washing establishments before we stopped at Classic Touch. The first place wanted to charge her $160 cause her car was filthy. She got so mad at them she took a dip of snuff and said these folks crazy! The man told me $20 lass time I stopped by here! I explained to her that she had to misunderstand whomever that was so we went to the new carwash across from the mall. I didnt realize it was a do it yourself carwash so we left.I thought Classic Touch had closed down due to covid but thankfully they were open and delivered a superior carwash on my mamas car for approximately $35. She was so happy. It was a bit scary as we rode inside the carwash machine but we will definitely be return customers.

The guy vacuuming out my car somehow broke the inside of my trunk. So when you pop the trunk open the whole inside is leaning down almost falling off, I watched him close it an walk away he wasn’t even going to say anything about it. They didn’t fix it or anything, could have at least offered a free car wash or something. Horrible service, will not be going back.

They did a great job of getting the 2,000+ mile grime off my car. Fast and efficient.. Ill be back soon.

First time I visited since the Covid 19 and had my loyalty card filled up to receive my free wash!!! Yeah right I spend $28 10xtimes to fill that card out to get told oh we will take $11 off this wash!!!!! That’s a rip-off!!!! Why? I purchased the $30 package and got $11 off !!!! Where is Customer loyalty at?

THE BEST place to get your car washed! For less than $25 you can get your vehicle cleaned inside and out and towel dried! Billy finished up our vehicle the last time we went and he did an excellent job! If your not satisfied, they will wash it again!

Efficient and fast. No inside cleaning due to covid, however provided cleaning wipes and mirror cloth.

I was only able to drive thru to get my truck clean. No detail work was available which I really needed. Got a cool pin though.

Had cas wash this am. They do not do any cleaning inside the vehicle. Best to have correct change as they take your money as you go through the wash. Was told change would be given after wash. Apparently you must ask for it. We did not receive our change. Its ok just not going back, falls into the poor business practices.

Veterans Day. They will give you the cheapest wash they can as long as they don’t have to put any manpower into it. You want to spend some money and get a better wash, oh no sir. Just the cheapest wash is all you can get. Anything else. No discount no nothing. Just left there having my new Mazda 6 detailed. My mats lock in the floorboards up front. They ripped them out tearing every one of the gromets and one of them is missing. I called to tell them and they said, sorry but we aren’t responsible for damages, even if we are the ones who did it! Never going back! Posting on fb an telling everyone I know. Not a good way to do business!

We took my Nana’s car there to be washed this morning. You can’t even tell they vacuumed anything. They washed and vacuumed it in less than 5 minutes and you can tell. We definitely will not be returning here.

The crew here doing a really good job they make sure to pay attention to detail. Very thorough and if they miss something they are happy to fix it no matter how perticualar you may be about your car. Got a monthly package and its worth it you can go every day and get your car washed and never worry about a dirty vehicle ever again.

LOL....you got me for 20.00.....If your going to change your service and no longer clean the interior of the car you should hang a sign up at the road saying so instead of tell people right before they go into the wash......If I wanted to clean my truck I wouldn’t have drove 15 miles to come to you!!!!!. I hope you go out of business!!!!......I did notice one thing....you charged the same as if you did the interior....so there is that!!!

Generally speaking, Classic Touch Auto Wash does a very good job on vehicles. The staff is friendly and polite. The finish or detail side is somewhat hit and miss. I have had both good and disappointing experiences with how my truck looked when finished.

I paid for the 23.00. They didn’t even clean my car or dry it like they were supposed to. Somebody accidentally dropped or left their gum pack in my car. There was some kind of oily stain or something on the driver side of my front panel. It looked like it wasn’t even clean bc the water spots from last week was still there, that’s how I know they didn’t even try to clean it. I’m never coming back here. It’s ridiculous.

My car was not clean when I got in it. It had not been wiped down properly. The windows were still dirty. The bottom of the doors on the inside still had dirt on them. The hatch hadnt been wiped on the inside. There were puddles of water on the floor mats where they hadnt dried them. I paid $23 and got a $5 car wash. I do not recommend this place. If you do go there inspect car before tipping.

Heard great things about this place so I decided to give it a shot. $23 + tip for a half job. Wash was fine but floor wasnt fully vacuumed, marks where the window was clean and not cleaned visible. About 60% of the windshield was wiped. Dashboard was also half cleaned. Didnt even bother to wipe one of the doors. And this was supposed to be the best package.

Classic Touch is the best car wash ever. Staff is extremely helpful and respectful. I always get the premium package and its always great every time. Dont forget to tip them too ;)

The very first time I came here I loved the service that was provided that was summer of 2016. The service was poor every visit after that. I continue to go back with hopes of getting the same service as I did the first time. Ive literally had to clean my car out including windows after getting my car washed here several times. Theyve even put my floor mats in incorrectly. This last visit I said something beforehand so they left water in my floor mats. I had to take them out and pour the water out of them. This last time I just had them re-do it. I hope they get it together.

This place is aweful. I had taken my car there and the manager was in the back. He half vacuums them and sends them through. I still had a bunch of bugs and some bird poop on my car. I will never take my car back there again. I won’t recommend anyone to take there car there. I will tell them to take there car to wiki wiki instead of that place.

This car wash runs really great specials on a regular basis and does a very nice job cleaning your vehicle. Im from out of state, but make a point to stop by this particular car wash when Im in town for business.

The smell in my car got so bad (from the carpet cleaning; the water that was left soaking wet) that I decided to go back to talk to a manager. Me and my boyfriend went to wash one of our cars there this morning. Even though we had previously had a bad experience, he thought we’d give it another chance AGAINST my better judgement. So we go and purchase the most expensive wash available because the car was pretty dirty. It’s been under a tree and needed a good wash. Asked to wash door jams and all that. When done, I asked to use rag BECAUSE under the wing was STILL DIRTY! Checked under the trunk and WAS STILL DIRTY! The car WAS STILL dirty! The guy that I politely asked to use his rag, decided to tell me the car was FILTHY and DIRTY. WELL THATS THE REASON I BROUGHT IT!!!! Who takes CLEAN CARS to a car WASH!?!? Service SUCKED. RUDE. will NEVER make the same mistake to bring ANY car back here! & best believe I’ll spread the word. WIKI WIKI is better! They have wayyyyy better customer service. I’d rather vacuum and wipe down my own car than deal with someone’s attitude about my dirty car and then not even get it completely clean.

Next time, Ill just go next door to Wiki Wiki Car Wash, because I had to pull in there to wipe off my dashboard, WeatherTech mats were full of sloshing water, cup holders not clean, console not cleaned. When you pay $25 for a wash/wax you expect atleast the basics cleaned. I tip well, too. I really should have returned for a re-wipe but, I should not have to.!!! This is the second time Ive had this experience here. Fool me once......fool me twice...... applies here.
