The staff is friendly, and most of the time available to take care of you. They have offices throughout the Miami-Dade area. Their insurance premiums are affordable. People say that your insurance is good until you are in need of it. So far, I havent been in need of it. My overall experience is good. They took me when Geico priced me out after having an accident.

I have been their customer for many years. Outstanding service!!!

New customer your always welcome, they are very nice .after that if you have any issues you have to go to the office to to fix your problem ,because Everytime you call for your agent . Always busy and they tell you they call you back and they never do. Also if you have problems with the insurance ,they dont fix it because they are a third party. They just get you the policy for a commission. In other words you have to call the insurance and fix it yourself.

Its the cheapest insurance I can find... and its cheap for a reason.Call in and theyll put you on hold. Then one by one they will pick up the phone and ask who you are waiting for. Youll spend 20 mins like that.
