We got our first insurance policy for our cars 4 years ago because the office was close by our home and the price tag, even for new drivers was very affordable. Silvia, our first agent, was extremely kind and professional. We moved 20 miles away 2 1/2 years ago but we still renewing our policy in the same office every 6 months. During this time we realized that all the staff that works there is very reliable, professional and polite.

Horrible horrible service. No one at this location understands English. I am still waiting for someone to call me back and tell me why my insurance was canceled. Customer service at this location went down the drain. I use to speak with someone name Sylvia who was great now I have to deal with someone name Rocio who never answers, always has an attitude and never calls anyone back.DO NOT GO HERE!!! Run as fast as you can. Try another branch but this branch on 186st is the worst!

Very nasty employees... scammed me out of two policies.. the first one they insured a commercial vehicle that they knew was not going to be accepted by the insurance, so the insurance company cancelled that policy.. the second one was cancelled due to no registration on file.. mind you I had to visit the office 4 separate times because the agent doesnt know how to take a proper photo of the vehicle.. smh!! Not once did anyone tell me that I needed to provide my registration for my vehicle the four times I came in.. only to find out that I do not have insurance a week after my fourth visit.. crazy right? .. I have lost wages going back and forth to their office and I have spent over 1300 dollars in the past 4/5 months for nothing. I am extremely mad and I would never recommend anyone go to this location unless you want to be lied to and scammed out of money.They make you rewrite your policy so it can appear as if their writing a great amount of new policies which is not true. The staff needs better training and to follow basic procedure rules. Worst Service Ive ever received.

Absolutely the worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with at an Insurance Agency. Nobody speaks English at this branch. Every time I called Rocio for an issue, she says that she will call me back, and I have to keep calling her back because she never returns my calls. I have been trying to cancel my insurance for 2 days and I cant get a response. Do not go to this company unless you like horrible service.

Its a disaster I left some documents a week ago for them to review and when I went to the office they had it in a drawer and the worst thing is that they never called me to give me an answer.

I am very indignant at the misinformation and how little the worker at this place Migdalia knows about her work. She recommended that I stay with a policy and before the end of the month, cancel the policy and look for something cheaper and I did just that, trusting that she knows how to do her job when I cancel and take out another policy, they tell me that I have to pay for canceling that information. She never gave it to me, on the contrary, she told me that canceling was free and when I called her she told me that she didnt know that and that if I didnt pay. What they were charging me for the cancellation was reported to me on the credit. Very bad unprofessional attention and thats how I have to pay for a mistake of her I do not recommend this place to anyone. In the end I have to pay for his incompetence. And they do not care if you have the money to pay for your mistake, they are not interested in this site to fix the problem they cause. Do not take out a policy here unless you want to give the money for the mistakes of people, how are you that you are not prepared and informed for this job AND offer a complete service.

Be careful, these people are indolent and shrewd, my daughter has a car insured with them and they refuse to answer her for damage to her car. Receiving the automatic payments they argue that the policy was canceled.
