I wish I could give these guys -5 stars but I have to fault myself for sticking with them for fifteen years too long!. TORRES IS THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.They do not return calls. I havre called them perhaps five times in fifteen years. They always say that person isnt here right now. or That person is at lunch..Can they call you back? and they never ever do.They will take your money but forget it when it comes to a hurricane, home break in, vandalism, or questions on your policy. I forget the reason I call therefor the fifth time.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
