Monica is amazing, she does great work. I drive all the way from San Bernardino just to get my hair done by her. I wont let no one else touch it. Service is great and she is super nice.

Don’t even bother getting your nails done here. Jalyssa ignores messages & won’t reply to you for appointments. I’m not the first person that encounters this problem with her. I don’t see why she keeps accepting new customers if she can’t keep up with them. I like her work but I don’t see why I should practically beg someone to do my nails when I’m PAYING + tipping for the service. I’ll take my hard earned money & spend it at another nail salon where they actually like their job.

Worst customer service ever. They make you appointment and cancel it as they like. If there was zero stars it would be best to describe this place.

Made my first appt about 2 weeks ago with Nail Tech Jalyssa, first time ever going to this place and GPS took me to 16330 Walnut St, Hesperia, CA 92345 and i ended up at crystals nails when I got a Facebook message saying it was now 1:32 I GPS’d Shear N Dipity Studio, which was a minute away, it didn’t matter and I had to reschedule. For it being my first time I could understand the 3 minute confusion/delay but that’s just my opinion. Not cool from having to drive from hwy18, 26 min drive to location and ended up at a different nail place.
