This is the best nail salon that I’ve been to in the high desert. The technicians were all very kind and very competent. They somehow you what is offered but do not press on the upsell.

I finally found my favorite nail salon I get exactly what I want every time! Amazing customer service and extremely accommodating!

Did great on my nails the only thing is it look like I need a fill no I need a fill and its only been a week. But I love my nails they gave great service. I would go back again my mom and I enjoyed our time.

I took my girlfriend to this place, and the staff is amazing at what they do. She got a manicure and pedicure and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I even got a pedicure myself. She got her nails hand dipped in white. She is definitely coming back. The guy working there named Tri, he can do nails better than a lot of people my girlfriend has seen before. The whole staff is experienced.Definitely recommend!!

Nice staff, girlfriend got acrylics done and they came out very nice! She was also happy with her wax. I called to set an appointment and was helped right away when we came in

Worst place to get nails done! Never again! The pictures speak for themselves. Got them done on Wednesday and now Saturday my nail is broken.

I get dip powder on my natural nails and they always take such good care of me. My nails are always beautiful thanks to them, and the last 3-4 weeks so the upkeep is very manageable! I won’t be going anywhere else as long as they are open.

We had an amazing experience. Took care of all three of us took care of all three of my family members they were very professional a very fun. Definitely going to refer everyone I know there... Luv you guys

My daughter and i were very skeptical about this place because of the reviews, but we decided to give it a shot anyway and pamper ourselves. She got her nails done and i had a pedicure done. The service was great, very friendly, and they did a great job! I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

This is the worst nail salon I ever been to, she was insisting to do what I was saying not to do. I was explaining repeatedly what I wanted and she would do it her way purposely. I’m not sure if see was unhappy at work and wanted to make the day as bad for others, but she has zero customer service and no talent.🤬

They were supper good did an amazing job. The lady went above and beyond to learn the design I wanted. She did a great job for her first time doing it. Sweet and amazing staff.

Tutu did amazing on my nails she was suggestive but not pushy and i took her advice it turned out amazing! They are so welcoming as well I appreciated their kindness.

Normally have great experiences- went in today for a repair and my nail is leaning. Color does not match, so I asked for a differnt top coat color and they continued to share that I needed additional color coat instead of what I asked. I was on my lunch break and did not have time to discuss. Not happy with this experience today.

If I could give Zero stars and still rate this place I would, first I go in have them give me and my mother a pedi it was nice went smoothly, then I have them do 2 sets of acrylics for my mother and I. That’s when this place went bad. I spent 200$ to get a terrible job. My nails have never broken or looked this hideous. Don’t waste your time or money, the terrible job with nails. Even went back and had them “fix” them and that was another waste of time. Now I have to spend more money to get my nails fixed because of these people.

My boyfriend may not appreciate me reviewing a nail salon under his name but oh well. Everyone was nice when I came in and seated me as soon as I came in. Then the lady doing my toes handed me a menu and I told her I just wanted a basic pedicure and designs. Her attitude totally changed after that to obviously annoyed that I didnt want some ridiculously expensive pedicure or callus remover for calluses I dont even have. The pedicure itself lasted for maybe 10 minutes, 5 of that was my feet being soaked, 1 minute being a massage and cutting the nails and cuticles, and the other 5 being painted. Ive never had someone give me such a terrible pedicure in my life, and the massage is literally the best part but she just rubbed some lotion on and called it a day. Then she only painted 2 very thin coats of a very light Polish and I could still see my nails underneath. I asked for another coat and youd think I asked for her firstborn. Then I noticed she was about to put top coat and I reminded her I wanted designs and asked her what she could do. She was visibly annoyed even though i told her before she even started i wanted designs, and she thought for a few minutes and said flowers. I should have known this was a warning sign but I had her paint the flowers anyway,which look absolutely ridiculous, especially for an extra 5 dollars. My 3 year old daughter wanted her nails and toes painted too, and she was being extremely well behaved and there was no one else in there so I dont know why they felt they had to rush through the process but she didnt even remove the old Polish from my daughters nails before she painted them, which was another 10 dollars. I have absolutely no problem paying for services, but when they are so sorely lacking in every way possible I get a bit irritated. Then I give them 5 dollars in tips, against my better judgment, and the man working incredulously asked if it was for both of them. I wanted to tell him i really didnt want to give a tip at all because of my awful experience, but I just said yeah and left. I will never, ever go there again and I hope people read this before they decide to go.

Lady stopped working on me twice to do someones eyebrows, had a different lady finish me up. Rude if you ask me. Wont be going backFelt rushed at the end.

Not worth the money. I came here because I use to go here as a teenager and I was familiar worth the place. I picked between this one and another one, which obviously I should of went with the other place. It was fine in the being of my visit but then the guy shaped my nails wrong. When I mentioned it, he tried fixing it but just made it worse. I was quoted 35 dollars and at the end ended up paying 50. I can do my nails better! Will never go here again.

These ladies are far beyond their talent years. My toes would look better if Id have let my 6 or 7 year olds paint them! If only I could upload a photo with this review! I cant even...! Save your money! This place is ridiculous, posting Pedicure $17 in the window, only to be handed a menu once seated, offering several options such as foot scrub, callous removal, clip and shape nails (each item elevating the final price to somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 some odd dollars. Leaving that original $17 nowhere to be seen) and finally my favorite on the list, polish). ??? Is it just me, because i seem to remember getting all of those things together as what was called a pedicure. No nickel and dimming. So what was the $17 for anyways? To dip my feet in the water? Yes, Im thinking these ladies should stop impersonating nail techs and just pack it up. Leave it to those with talent. Kimberly Nails & Spa=waste of time, waste of money.

My wifes nails look like a half fast job..did not take out ingrown nails..did not take off cuticles..if she wouldnt have looked at her heel shed still have cracked heels..my daughters paint nails better..when it came to her full set..she was charged more..her nails are all sorts of shapes..the guy doing nails seemed cool .when he was done doing her nail she sat in another chair where some elderly lady painted them and she too was nice but did a horrible job..my wife had to have the other lady redo them..they so not have much of a selection with nail polish..I will not be taking my wife back here ever! You get what you pay for..my wifes toe nails look uneven also..and now here big toe is hurting do to the shops uncleanness..so if u want an infection be my guest.. the 1 Star is to generous..

I had a horrible experience! I got a full set and they cut me all over, nail polish is all over my fingers, all my nails are different shapes and thicknesses, then they tried to charge me 30$! No! I do not recommend and i will not be returning

Jimmy and Kim are nice people, over worked as they are open 7 days a week and its just the 2 of them working at times there bus another women there who does pedicures shes great with the massages. They hired another young man, however he went on vacation not sure when he is to return. I have never had a bad experience here, my nails are always the way I want them, if an error was made they corrected it. Was never treated rudely due to what type of service I wanted. I have seen them stay open way past closing time to accommodate customers that were waiting. They dont talk about customers in their foreign language as I have experience in other salons. They just try to please everyone, even when people are waiting, but its common sense if you see 2 people working and there are 2 customers at tables and 2 in pedicure chairs apparently there is going to be a wait, even when Jimmy tells you about 15mins wait time, use your brains ladies. And then there are the regulars that have been going there for a couple years, Ive seen them and just like other nail salons regulars have priority I know from experience been put on the back burner a couple times.

Worst nail job ever had done. My nails came out looking unfinished & uneven. Price on sign differed from what I was charged. The 1 star I rated was too generous.

Worst Mani pedi ever. The nail Polish bubbled and peeled off. My toes look like a 2 year old painted them. Will never go here again. Very unhappy.

I would recomend spending less and going elsewhere. My fingers are bleeding the nails are crooked and sharp at edges.

Didnt file my toe nails straight...paid extra to have calluses removes didnt happen...and did a horrible nail polish job

Nails are crooked asked for coffin I have round and square nails nail polish is all clumpy never going here again especially for the price !
