Melody and Nichole were both great and professional during treatment. Unfortunately Chris who I scheduled with did not document the services I requested and totally was dishonest about the cost. I requested a Chocolate pedicure for me and my daughter plus a chocolate manicure for her. (The whole reason we scheduled here and not somewhere else) When the pedicure started I noticed the smell was not chocolate so I asked and they said that request was not documented and they had given us the seasonal pedicure. I had them switch my daughter but just stayed with what they had already started on me. When I went to leave the cost was a lot more than I was told. Definitely ask for cost before service from the person who will be doing it and don’t take what Chris says as accurate.I am updating my review to 1 star because the French pedicures did not even last 24hrs. I spent a lot of money for something that didn’t even last 24hrs.

Last evening I went to Park Avenue for an underarm wax. I had Melody. From the time I arrived until I left, she was very friendly, polite and professional. I’ve had waxes before, but she actually took the time to explain to me what to do and what not to do after getting waxed. No place has ever done that. I was very impressed. I am definitely going back. I highly recommend Park Avenue and Melody. Well honestly, everyone there is just super friendly!!

I made the scary decision to stop coloring my hair and let it go gray/white - whatever color was underneath years of salon coloring. Nikkoel was so calming and helpful. A thorough consultation was done first and Nikkoel told me what to expect during the appt and we reviewed pictures to make sure my expectations were realistic. She answered many questions between the consultation and the appt so i felt really prepared.During my appt she showed me how things were coming along and by the end I could not believe how happy I was! Better than I expected and I have more self confidence now than when I was always trying to hide my roots. I get many compliments.Nikkoel even made sure I had the right products to keep the look and went above and beyond to get them for me so I would leave the salon with them.Thanks Nikkoel! Nikki is an excellent stylist, color specialist and her haircuts are the best! I should know, I had my stylist license since 1969. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Spa is beautiful. A real treat!

Had a great Mani/pedi here with my best friend. They have a great little private room for two people to get Manis and pedis. They did a great job and it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely come again!

I had my hair done by Nikkoel at Park Avenue Salon and Spa this afternoon. I am very pleased with how my hair turned out! She took the time to listen how I wanted my hair and knew exactly how to execute the perfect results for color and cut! The salon was very clean and due to covid everyone was wearing a mask. Each station was separated by a full plexiglass sheet to ensure the safety of each client. My temperature was taken before I entered the building and I signed an agreement to comply with their regulations and that I was also covid-19 free. I love that Park Avenue felt so safe and clean. This is definitely a great place to go for all of your salon needs if you are looking for a great hairstyle and cut! Nikkoel has been my hair stylist for about 4 years now and she is the ONLY person I will let do my hair! She is awesome!!

I love coming to Park Ave for my balayages! Ive had manicures, spray tans, haircuts and color and Im always extremely happy with their services every time. All of the stylists and staff are beyond kind and super knowldgebe. Such a warm and welcoming feeling coming to the spa and relaxing for sure! Definitely a 10/10!!

Nikkoel has been doing my hair for over a year now, and it is always worth the hour drive it takes me to get to the salon. She does an amazing balayage, and is a total pro when it comes to doing my root touch-ups. She takes the time to make my hair look perfect every visit!

Very relaxing by just stepping in. The staff is very friendly and so are their clientele. You can tell they set up good relationships with them.I have gone a few time for very difficult processes (years of colored hair and I wanted blond). My stylist Izzy, is very honest and tells you all the steps, how long it’ll take, if you’ll need to come back, she makes sure to tell you if your choice is possible and why (because let’s face it we don’t want green or orange hair u less we ask for it).Finally Izzy has been my stylist for years and I have never had a bad outcome (although I am very open mind d with my hair). She knows how to deal with thick Hispanic hair which is always a plus when you want to go super short.

I have been going here for almost a year now. I really like Kaitlyn for a hairstylist. I usually get a cut and color and have always left happy and after a few appointments in my hair had gotten much healthier and has stayed easier to manage. I have also taken my daughter and sons for trims here and we have been pleased with all their haircuts. All the staff has been super friendly whenever we/I go.

Soooo I have been coming here since I moved to Hershey, it it is fabulous! Not only does my job demand me to get my hair done during odd hours, Nikkoel always makes it possible.Results??? I went for a cut and style and really enjoyed the quality of the cut and time spent making sure I got the exact style I wanted. I look forward to going back again. The staff were very professional and helped recommend some great natural products for my new style.

Went to pickup shampoo at 5:38pm and the door was locked and nobody picked up the phone when I triend calling. Business houes show open until 6pm

Took some kids to the park yesterday and needed to kill some time. Found this cozy salon to get a pedicure. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. I would drive another hour plus to get another one. Thanks for a first outstanding experience.

I waited over half hour for my scheduled appointment. My hair was then washed with cold water... in December. I was told that We are almost done anyway. The water heater has been acting up. I then waited an additional 20 minutes with cold, wet hair before this routine haircut finally began. Even though I was freezing and waited an excessive amount of time, I was still charged the full price, $50. I understand things go wrong sometimes, but this is no way to treat a person and extremely unprofessional.

Melody Lynn is incredible! The 90 minute facial is worth every penny and you will float away in a blissful state when you are done! I have had many facials and will be a regular client to Melody!

I absolutely LOVE this place. I go for facials with Kelly and she is amazing. She is very friendly and honestly is trying to help my skin improve. Shes not just going through the motions. I always leave with great advice, feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Asked for side swept bangs and point cut on ends. I provided a picture of what i wanted, with bangs that graced cheekbones. My Bangs are cut so short that no matter what i do or put on them they stick straight out, part of them are only 2 inches long. It will take at least 3 months to grow out to length i asked for. Instead of point cutting the ends, stylist used thinning shears all around on my already thin hair. Terrible low quality cut. This is the first time i have ever written a bad review for anything but i am completely dissapointed and upset about my hair.

Just moved to Hershey. I read all the reviews and gave this place a try. So glad I did! Kelly A. was so sweet and nice! She did an amazing pedicure (almost 2 hours of pampering) and eye brow wax! It was my first eye brow wax and it didnt even hurt! Also the receptionist Kaitlin was very welcoming and friendly. Very nicely decorated and big! Loved the peacefulness! Will be back next month.

Nikkoel does a wonderful job with my teenage daughters hair!!!!

I went there for a few appointments and the stylist RUINED my hair! She took me so blonde she couldnt fix it even though I kept requesting it. She put bleach on my scalp and within a week my hair started breaking off. My hair was to my shoulders and all of the hair on the top broke off to an inch long! I had a 5 inch width of hair that was only an inch long that after 2 months of breaking I couldnt camouflage and had to cut my hair short.Thankfully I went to a new salon and after almost 8 months my hair is chin length. It was an absolute and total nightmare that I wouldnt wish on anyone!!! If I had the option to give negative stars I would.
