Stopped in for a mani & pedi while in for the weekend. Great experience - dip nails were done well on my hands and gel polish on my toenails looks great! Very clean, all technicians kept masks on, and signs were posted throughout for customers to wear masks appropriately for employee and customer safety

I am looking for a new salon I have been going here for 5 years and feel like the last couple times I have been there service has drastically changed. They do not listen and do what they want and my nails have looked horrible. Even if you make an appointment you will be waiting 2 or more hours

I usually don’t do reviews bc I don’t want to sound like a Karen, but this experience was seriously awful. My first red flag should’ve been when the “clean” station they directed me too had someone else’s dirty nail trimmings on it. I paid full price ($35) for a gel manicure and my cuticles are completely busted (see pics). During the service the nail lamp got super hot and ruined the gel, which my nail tech kept painting over. A different nail tech (Kim) was walking by and noticed this, so she decided to redo all of them. The service took 1.5 hours and I had 3 nail techs watching the attempt to fix them which was kind of awkward. I also got cut about 10 times in the process and they used a nail file/buffer on me that had clearly been used on another customer. Don’t recommend this place unless you want a nail infection 😒

She asked so many questions to truly understand what I wanted and then she made my nail look even better than I could have imagined! I feel like a beauty queen. She is very sweet, and does a good job.. Decently priced and does amazing pedicures!

She’s awesome. Her customer service is fantastic and her skill set is evenly matched. The staff is great (super friendly and professional) and their work is amazing! My nails and toes always turn out so cute - 10/10 recommend!

I had an 11:30am appointment with Cherry to get a new set. I ended up not sitting down until 12:20 and it was with a different nail tech. When asked about length, I said she cut the first one too short, then she cut the rest the same length regardless. I told them three times I wanted them longer and the nail tech said she could make them longer, but then said my nails looked fine short. They’re also not coffin like I asked for and many of them do not match in shape. I honestly hate having short nails, especially when I repeatedly said I wanted them longer. I will not be returning.

Went there for the first time!! Very clean and nice workers!! I could say it was the best pedicure I ever had. They do a great job! I have no complaints. Most places you go to rush and are messy when they paint your fingernails or toenails and they miss the sides of your toes not here! If they make a mistake they fix it! I highly recommend going here!!

They did a great job on my nails. I did have to wait a little bit but that was due to the volume of customers so I didnt really mind. The lady that did my nails was careful and listened to my concerns (the UV lamp kept mildly burning me, sensitive hands, she explained I could pop my hands out every few seconds). Friendly staff and great service, will be coming back!

I don’t know if the prices went up bc of the virus but I do not recommend this place because the quality of your nails will be very poor for the amount they charge. I had gotten short squared nails plain color white for $45 dollars, that I have never paid anywhere else in my life, not only that but my nails shaped horribly, there was spots missing where the color was not filled, the nails were lumpy and they had a big gap between the acrylic and my real nail. If you are looking for a nail place go to Nail Connection in Lebanon ( I had no choice but to go to Hershey nails since no where else in Lebanon is open) and it is a lot cheaper. My friends nails cost her $60 for a very plain simple coffin nails that she didn’t even have the right color picked for her from the pictures she showed considering all the products they had displayed in their salon!! If I could insert pictures I would but Trust me just don’t go!

Best and most consistent service I’ve had in my many years of experience with nail salons. Not only is the salon esthetically appealing, it’s clean and they use all tools that are sanitized. The owner is who I go to every time; he takes his time, he’s polite, professional, and consistent. This is the only nail salon that I haven’t found one thing to complain about and I am EXTREMELY picky!

I went to Hershey Nails yesterday afternoon. I got acrylic nails with my friend. We scheduled an appointment for 4pm but were not helped until 5pm. When I was finally seated, the nail technician was very nice but did a poor job. I go to nail salons pretty frequently. I wanted long coffin nails, but I received very short square nails. When she was cutting the plastic for the acrylics, she snipped them before I even got a chance to talk about the length. They are barely over my finger. I asked if there was still any way for me to get my coffin nails and she simply said “No, you are getting square nails.” A few of my acrylics were put on tilted and some are even lumpy. I did not pay $40 for this! The atmosphere was also not great. There was no air movement and it smelled very strongly of rubbing alcohol. It gave both my friend and I headaches to the point where we were actually covering our mouthes and noses. I have been to many nail salons, and this is definitely one I will not return to.

Today I had a very bad experience at Hershey Nails! I had a male that was rude, unprofessional and unkind. I was a bit nervous when I saw that he was to do my pedicure because the last time he cut me. I have a compromised immune system because of medicine I have to take. I bring all my own utensils, files, polish etc. Many times I would have to remind him to please use my items. He took such attitude with me when I tried to explain to him why I must be careful and that I understood that I was having a problem with my toenail. He then rudely asked me if I had my nail technician license. In all my years of having my nails done I have NEVER been treated so poorly. I am very easy going and just wanted a peaceful pedicure without being cut or scolded. I will not ever go back.

This salon does great work and I highly recommend. I went to several nail places in Hershey before settling on this one because the skill and attention to detail by the technicians is evident. It is worth the price and wait. The owner is skilled at doing pink and white. Dont waste your time on the other local nail salons like I initially did.

The first time I went here, I was so happy with how friendly all of the staff were and clean the salon was. The gel manicure I got was absolutely wonderful and lasted about two and a half weeks. Unfortunately, the past 2 times Ive gone both gel manicures (each done by a different person) have chipped within a week of getting them. I wanted to like this place a lot, as it was recommended by others, but I cant give it better than a good review.

I love this place! Little small and there was once I brought a friend along and they took someone else before her when she was to be next. But other then that the quality is great and they stayed on for over a month! Wish they were open a little later though!

I came here yesterday and I got a full set of acrylics. My friend and I had an appointment for 4PM, but didnt get served until almost 5PM. When we got there, we noticed there was absolutely no ventilation - no open windows, etc., and I almost passed out due to the smell of the alcohol. The nail tech I had was underdressed, in a plaid flannel and jeans with a baseball hat, and had just gotten to the salon. He was invasive, asking me which school I went to, where my parents are from, how old I was, etc.. When he actually applied the acrylics, they were bumpy and uneven, different lengths, and the acrylic material is on some of my fingers, as well as the nail glue. It has been ONE DAY and they are already peeling up. This is the first nail salon I have been to in three years, and I will definitely not return anytime soon for a bad, $42 acrylic nail set.

Best pedicure. Nice good foot and leg massage along with nice massage chair. Good ventilation so it didnt smell bad. A short wait even with an appointment.

Every time I went there every experience was pleasant. I went today, Tuesday October 4th, I requested Cherry, ladies let me tell you she did an absolutely awesome job. She does an excellent job with the design I picked out. AWESOME JOB CHERRY! Ill be requesting you every time.

I got my nails done (acrylic)a couple days ago and the Polish chipped off and my nail just broke right off!!!!! Paid 80 dollars!!!

Kim, Ken, and their crew are fabulous! The shop is clean and smells good. They offer prompt, quality service. Lee gives the most amazing pedicures!

This place is iffy, I paid around $50 for a refill and reshape and there was a huge gap between my cuticles and start of the refill. Additionally, they didn’t even fix up my cuticles. Wouldn’t go back for acrylics.

Worst nail salon in Hershey i went here to get my graduation nails something simple they charged me $60 and not even a week into having them the nail chipped and when she was filing them they were falling off and she didn’t care until I told her anyways this place is trash.

Great people and service! Love the massage chairs. Only thing that could be better is if the tv was in front of the chairs so that your neck does not hurt from having to turn so far.

Took my daughters there and they got their nails painted as I got my pedicure. The staff was really nice . It was the best pedicure I have ever had and it was only$25. The girls who are 3 and 5 had their nails painted . The place was clean and I professional.

I made an appointment for two gel manicures. My friend was helped first while i had to wait another 15 minutes before someone was ready for my nails. She had a gentleman who rushed through her cuticles and didnt evenly coat her nails with color. My lady was very nice and thorough but my gel manicure has already chipped in numerous locations within one week of having them done. Ive gone to other salons that only use one file per client and will reuse that same file each time you go back. This place reuses everything and it looked like they didnt follow the cleaning/sterilization guidelines. I will not go back there and I dont recommend this place to anyone. No one spoke English to me and basically pointed to communicate. They dont take tips on credit cards so if you dont have cash...no tip for them. I would recommend anywhere else.

The girls were rude, did not shape my nails the way I asked And when they couldn’t understand the design I wanted they got annoyed with me.

I was just there on Monday and got a fill with gel polish. The next day my polish started peeling off and the layer underneath is still wet! My nails are lumpy and uneven. I will not return. I dont even want to go back to have them try to fix them.

Its all a matter of who you get there but I had the male owner of the shop and he was terrible. I requested white on my toe nails, he said that does not look good and proceeded to do beige on my feet. Then i showed him a picture of a pale pink nail with a glitter ombre effect and he said there is no way to create that look that its either all glitter or no glitter. My matron-of-honor who went with me had no issues with the lady who helped her but the guy basically refused to do what I asked to have done. I was furious and ended up going to another salon to redo my nails the way that I wanted them. The owner of the shop will do what he wants and not what you ask. I do not recommend going there.

Had a horrible experience here a few years ago. Would NOT reccomend. Owner (male) is very rude and cannot do nails.

The service was horrible. Im an african american female and i was treated poorly. i went there with my sons girlfriend who is caucasian and they waited on her before me and when it was my time they asked if i called for an appointment and never asked her that. The one lady kept staring at me while i was selecting my nail color like i was going to steal something and she also called a lady to the back who came in after me. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau annd i will never ever go there again and make sure to tell everyone i know about the service.

Rude and less than a week later for a new full set my nails are peeling off I have already lost one and the nail posh scratched off at some places did not do a good job cleaning up my eyebrows had to come home and tweeze
