Megan was very nice about my wifes whole experience. The cut and color and highlights came out grand. The waxing was added late but wasnt an issue at all. From out of town, here on business. Had to wait a few days to get appt, but worth it! Thanks Megan!

My first experience here was great! Every single one after that, not so much! Linda scheduled me for an appt, and days prior to my appt called and said, “I’m not going to be in the salon that day, you will need to reschedule”. Ok I can roll with that, things happen. Also scheduled an appt for my 19 year old daughter at the time of reschedule. Day of my appt, when I was minutes away from the salon (it’s a 30+ min drive for me) Linda texted me and said she had another appt scheduled for the same time as mine. I could either wait, have her do my hair AND this other woman’s at the same time, or reschedule. I informed her this was already a rescheduled appt and she could just go right on ahead and do my hair. My appt took > 2.5 hrs but whatever. Then, my daughter’s appt came up. Again, moments away from the salon, she texts my daughter and says her previous appt is running late and she will need to come back 40 mins later, and she couldn’t wait in the salon because of COVID. I texted her the following, as I was very angry: Hi Linda this is Jen I am texting in regards to Isabella we are about to pull into the parking lot we live in Lebanon Isabella works today I’m trying to figure out why you’re telling Isabella five minutes before her appointment that you’re running 40 minutes late? She had some excuse and ended up getting my daughter’s hair done before her work shift. At this point I left a message at the salon asking for a call back from management and never received a call. Called again asking for a return call, never got one. Fast forward to a week ago, when I was coming up on my 6 week root touch up, get a call from Linda saying she’s no longer working at the salon and that she will tell them to call me to reschedule my appt. Never received a call, so I called them and asked for a return call to reschedule. Never received a call so called again today. No answer, didn’t bother to leave a message. This place has been a nightmare to deal with and I will never again put myself through the agony!!!!!

Linda is amazing!! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding which turned out perfect and stayed all night. She just cut my hair and out highlights in and she did such a good job. Very nice salon. Clean, smells nice. Lol. I highly recommend Linda. :)

I love going to Maegan. She is awesome! Maegan takes so many extra classes and education programs to really go the extra mile for her clients. And she’s always running on time which I appreciate having a busy schedule myself.

Omg this place is so gorgeous! The first time I ever walked in I was so impressed by how serene and beautiful it was. The staff is so so polite and friendly. Ive only ever gone to one specific stylist there but everyone I met was wonderful. I got some microblading done and I am so happy with how it turned out! The girl that did them was so sweet and personable! She made the whole entire process (3 hours) fun and laughable! If I could afford to go every week, I would.

Went from super long to a pixie cut...the stylist Linda was attentive to what I was looking to achieve and worked patiently with me. Love the final look!

Christine is one of the best massage therapists I have ever encountered in my life. She doesnt massage gently on my muscles like most masseuses, instead get in deep with her hands and elbows. She will calm and relax your soul with her voice and subject matter. She will find your tense spots and tenderize them. The location she works in also has a steam shower that will open your pores and penetrate your body. 😍 The rooms at Leos are set to allow for a full body stress relieving experience. I am biased and only see Christine so that is what my review is based off of. She is a magical being that will melt the tension from your body away. 😍😍😍😍😍🖤🖤🖤🖤 Be still my beating heart. 🖤🖤🖤🖤

I would highly recommend this salon and spa to everyone!! The prices and service are far better than others in the area, not to mention it is more appealing to the eye. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I had my haircut by Lynn Leo, the owner and it was by far the best haircut I ever had. I also purchased a gift certificate for my girlfriend and mother. They were both equally as pleased with their massages and pedicures. My girlfriend even walked out with a scarf and a necklace from the retail area. They both really enjoyed the relaxation room and the service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Not a good experience, do not go here for nails. Gel nails began peeling a day after service and toenails smudged an entire day after when close toe shoes were worn--how does that happen? Not to mention when I checked out they said they would be charging a 20% required gratuity but mentioned nothing before my appointment or during my appointment. Stay away!

I went to Sam, out of the 10 years Ive been getting my hair done noone has ever taken care of my hair like Sam has. She is an amazing, caring person and cares about your hair. I love her! She does an amazing job ❤

This review is for the guys.I have traditionally gone to all male barber shops for a tight sides fade haircut. Definitely was a bit hesitant about getting my hair cut at a salon, especially as nice as Leos, but even in dirt covered clothes coming right from work I have always been treated above and beyond what I have expected. My experience is with Amy Keppley cutting my hair and I have to say, this girl can seriously run the clippers and gives one heck of a great fade! I also feel more confident trying different hairstyles knowing Amy is skilled with the scissors up top, as compared to previous barbers Ive had who primarily use clippers for everything. Sometimes I even get my hair shampooed after my cut. Can you say pampered! Prices are right in line with any quality mens haircut and Amy will be the only one cutting my hair from now on.Guys check this place out!

I came in to get a VERY bad haircut fixed. The owner was very sensitive to my situation and talked me through everything he did and provided his expertise and knowledge to me so that I could get the best outcome. He did an incredible job! I cannot thank him enough! I HIGHLY suggest this salon to everyone!

I love coming and getting my hair done by Linda. She is always accommodating and it is so relaxing!! Highly recommend!

My family has had various services here. We regularly have haircuts and my wife and daughter have color treatments. We have used both Maegan and Amy and have been extremely happy with both.

One of the best massages Ive ever had. Nice facility and very knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Ive been here a handful of times for various services. A few times to have my hair colored/ highlighted and recently for waxing. Every time Ive been here Ive left disappointed. The cost is that of an upscale salon, however the service is mediocre. Their location is so convenient for me so I want so badly for it to work out, but I always leave disappointed.
