One of the stylists, did not know how to cut layers, and we even had to go back in becuase my daughters hair was cut unevenly. very dissapointed

My first experience was AMAZING in August 2020. My second experience, yesterday, January 2nd, 2021 was equally good except for the coloring. I had asked for an auburn color and ended up getting a really dark brownish red (close to black)...asked for the same cut as before and had to request multiple times adjustments because she didnt know what I meant. I give her grace for not remembering, since it was a long time between appointments. But, I am disappointed at the color difference.

My stylist is Kayla Lutrell and she is the best! I’ve been going to her for about 8 years and like that she listens to me about what I want done for cut, color and high/low lights! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good stylist.

First off, the lady who did my hair didn’t even do what I had requested. (See attached photos). I went out of state the next day, washed my hair, and almost ALL of the color faded. This wasn’t a normal “color leak” this was like I had dyed my hair for Halloween and was washing it out. I immediately requested a refund and was graciously given one and went to my friend so she could fix my hair. When she went to dye it, there were CHEMICAL BURNS, about the size of a fist on the back of my head. I don’t even know what to say because now I have to go to work with horrible looking hair cause I can’t do anything until this heals!! I will never go here again for anything and have been telling everyone I know to avoid this place, too.

My girlfriend went here 2 weeks ago for a light blonde to dark blue balayage.They bleached her roots first, didn’t use a higher developer on the brown on her hair compared to the already blonde hair, they didn’t tone the hair. Her hair was bleach blonde roots, to green, to blue. And the underneath hair that started off brown, was still brown with a blue tinge. It looked like a toddler did this. They gave her a refund, I had to fix her hair, and I found chemical burns on her scalp. And her hair was 3 inches long, if that, where some of the burns are. Compared to the rest of her hair that is at least 18inches. Absolutely terrible. Looked like a Brad Mondo reaction to terrible hair.

I went here to get a cut after 26 years of not having a trim nor a cut. I was very nervous ! After reading some reviews on here. I must say Denise is my new go to gal. She was wonderful. Her suggestion and the way she talked me through everything was comforting ! Denise is a excellent hair dresser and my hair is now 6 inches shorter but Im in love with it. Thank you Denise!

Denise cut my hair & beard and she did a fantastic job, I highly recommend her.

I called to 3 different locations today to get a haircut and this was the only place that didnt have a wait. I now understand why they did not have a wait. Mary was my master stylist today and not a single part of the experience I had with her was enjoyable. It began with her awkward attempts at small talk. When I explained to her what I wanted to do with my hair today she told me what she wanted to be done to my hair today and ignored my requests. Two snips in and I asked her to stop and I told her that I didnt trust her with my hair and that I didnt think we were communicating effectively. She talked me in to staying but by the time I realized what a horrible cut she had given me it was too late to go back. I left right after she had me remove my own hair from my head with my hands. While I didnt have to pay money for the haircut, I will have to pay for it by having a terrible haircut. I will never ever go back to this holiday hair and I will suggest that Mary find a different profession because hair styling is obviously not something that she is good at.

Worst experience of my life oct 😫 1st 2019 I needed my hair done for our moms funeral 😭 a girl at holiday took a razor blade and hacked all my long hair off I got real upset and walked out I told her she hacked all.my hair off and she will pay for doing so.legally i went Ihummlestown holiday hair to see if they could fix the damage . They were vv kind and did their best. But it was not fixable once I find a good attorney Im suing this nut job I would never recommend this store to anyone ever its not bad enough our mom died 💔 than I had to deal with this bullcrap 💯 she should be fired she did what she thought my hair would look good in she kept saying it will look like a punk rocker I told her no I dont want that but it was to late she cut my hair and it was light as a feather nothing left in the back Im beyond pist

DO GREAT HAIR STYLE

Went in to get a hair cut and showed the stylist a photo of an angled bob with layers. I specifically told her I did not want them stacked. First she tried to do a straight cut with an almost vertical line, no angle forward. I spoke up and she managed to fix it but its way way shorter than I wanted it by nearly 2 inches, including the front. I wanted the cut beneath my chin and it it barely reaches my jaw. I cant stand the way it is layered in the back, it looks awful to me and a lot like stacking instead of the blended layers I asked for. She ignored the referenced photo and did what she thought would looked good which is terrible customer service! Im going to have to grow it out and get it fixed somewhere else. Its actually sad because what I wanted was simple. Instead I look like a bird because of the fringe like cut. AWFUL. She also razored my hair (without asking). This is a horrible practice that gives you split ends that fray 20x faster than normal. Razoring gave me additional short layers and added volume THAT I DID NOT WANT.Might have just been my experience. Everyone was nice and they seem to have a lot of repeat business but based on what happened yesterday I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I liked the job the hairdresser did but wish she would have cleaned off my neck more from all the hair that was cut off. Spent the whole day itchy until I got home to clean it off.

Dont quote me but I think thats the girls name who did my hair. Short and tiny best describes her. From out of town and wanted to get my hair highlighted and trimmed. She gets the one star for color but I asked for a trim of 1/2 inch to 1 inch to clean it up. The back of my hair looks like a child cut my hair. I came home with only half of my hair I went in with. Im so angry that someone that has no idea how to cut hair can do this to someone.

I went to cut my hair my style is a pixie she no have the time to put my hair in the clip to see were mine line of my hair was she just star cutting my hair with the machine and no realized mine line I did not see it’s there in the salon it’s was a simple cut with the and when I saw my hair at home I saw my hair really bad cut OMG I never go to this place to cut my hair I just did cause in my mind ok is a simple cut with the machine nothing can go wrong buuuuuttt she didn’t look my hair cut how it’s was she just start cutting my hair now my hair is realllu uneven I don’t know the name of the person who did it but never again come back I just when cause I didn’t my appointment with my hairdresser NEVER again please check don do that I feel really sad how this person damaged my hair

This place is terrible. The girl who cut my hair was not trained or anything. She took 20 mins to give me a buzz cut. Then I asked for someone else and she did it in 5 and it still looks bad and she charged me full price. And didn’t apologize for what happened. Never going back there again. PLEASE DONT GO HERE it’s a waste of your money and time.

Walked in for an appointment and didnt have to wait long at all. Got a wonderful shampoo and cut for a great price with a nice atmosphere!

I dont have a problem with how she cut my hair, after all how hard it is to do a buzz cut. My issue is the $18 price tag. I tried to say no but she was insistent that she rinse it out. I guess I should have argued, lesson learned, I just wont go back.

I was so happy to get in and have my hair cut the same day i called but very un happy in the end. I had this lady name Mary cut my hair.I showed her a picture how I wanted my hair to look she agreed it look nice and it would look nice on me but in the end she cut and styled it the way she wanted and then says all done . I said what, thats not what my picture looks like she says you dont like your hair with all that volume? I say it not the volume its the mess you made of it, she says you look good I dont understand then she flattened it down a little and then says hows that, I still didnt like and I told it still doesnt look like my picture, and she says I know but it looks better then that picture, it is more up to date style and volume. I went around with her 4 times about before i gave up and paid the bill deciding it was my cut but only shorter and teased up mess that i will see if i can get use to this style cause it looks good on me but still nothing like the picture. But as the day went on, the more I Iooked in the mirror the more i decide I wont be back. Not because it look bad but because my hair was cut and styled the way she wanted it, Not the way I wanted it to look.
