If a no star was available then thats what I would give. While most of the time I have found the workers here pleasant, my complaints have ALWAYS fell on deaf ears..In the last couple of years I have had to complain 5 times about multiple mail carriers that deliver to my neighborhood and the reasons are ALWAYS the same!! They NEVER knock on my door when there is an important (Certified) letter that needs a signature, NEVER....They have even gone as far as putting the card on my door that says we tried to attempt delivery I mean, they took the time to walk to my door!!! Another time I was unloading groceries, which took 3 trips back and forth to my car, and I saw the mail carrier pull up to the mail box and deliver the letters and when I went to get the mail, there was a card in the box saying again we attempted delivery I mean they obviously saw that I was home.TERRIBLE just TERRIBLE.....

Do not go through this post office if you have meds going through the mail, I had sent a package last week On Wednesday and was supposed to be delivered on Thursday they claimed it was delivered to the apt office which is false, the apt office does not accept packages. I called immediately to Usps to find out where they delivered they even went as far as lying stating the package was received and signed for, which was a lie it was the mail carrier whom signed for the package it has taken the LAZIEST SUPERVISOR JASON who refuses to give me his last name as well as the information on the carrier who delivered because I have already contacted CDC AND NOW THEY ARE STATING PACKAGE IS LOST DONT TRUST THIS OFFICE

Had an issue with not getting packages for my paid PO BOX! Took them weeks to find them sitting in the back! No letter notice or anything, no key to pick up in holding box! Now again anther missing package same issues AGAIN! No letter inside my box, no key just lost package showing it was recieved but it’s just lost somewhere in the post office for over a month!!!! The PO Box number is correct as well as the name and address! No issues with the address or name just the post office that can’t take time to put my packages inside the P.O. Box or a key, or a letter stating to pickup at counter! Just pure lazy! I have to go inside to question things and magically they appear and act shocked like they can’t believe they had them sitting in the back! These aren’t huge packages! They are small!

They are quick and knowledgeable the only four times I’ve been there in past three months —lines moved quickly; post office employees are patient. People staying:six feet apart and all masked. I’m quite pleasantly surprised!!!!

This is whats going on with our local post office. Its not an isolated incident. We are having a problem specifically to Cadence Master Plan Community. Calling the post office supervisor has not help. The favorite and common response is the regular guy was on vacation. File a claim.

Post office worker Bill said he forwarded a letter to my new address almost 4 weeks ago. Still havent received it. He also provided atrocious customer service especially for his age what a shame! Not to mention he stalked my information in the system to text me ( not professional at all ) I wouldnt recommend getting a PO box here to anyone.

Crazy busy location so start with patience, but have had great help from the staff. Recently moved so all the usual changes, mix-ups, passport renewals and oversized packages and always helpful getting things back on track. Don’t know how you manage the long line of people every day, but you guys do!

I hate going there , always homeless people hanging around , asking for money . People hanging around , trying to sell you something . Trying to scam you for something . Sad , when you cant go to the post office , without being accosted . They never have enough people working there , long lines backed up to the lobby . Very rude and unprofessional . My cousin , sent me a birthday card , from Ohio in April . I didnt get it until July . I believe our postman is a drunk . Hes never on time.

The heavy set Black lady was extremely rude. Not only to myself but a woman ahead of me. She was giving the woman an attitude when she’d ask questions and dirty looks. Once she called the next person up, she got up and said, “I’ll take the next finished person in line. Not you sir”. She said that because I started writing on my box. I had no clue what to fill out because almost all of the sending stickers you put on the box we’re not stocked. She didn’t even give me a chance to speak. Worst costumer service.

I was just there THE WEEK before Christmas, got there at 9am when they opened, there was a line clear out into the foyer, clear past the self service kiosk (easily 30-35 people) and still only took 12 minutes from start to finish. They were fast, efficient, FRIENDLY, a great experience. Jerry was so kind and smiley, despite the chaos of the season. Kudos to this branch! I’ve waited 15-20 minutes with only 2 people in line in front of me at my usual branch. Very happy with these guys!

A black lady who was delivering the mail was VERY rude and unprofessional. I got a notification on my phone that I had a package ready and proceeded to go pick it up. I noticed the truck was by my apartment building and I told her I have a package and told her my name. She replies rudely “I’m not done yet, you need to come back”. If she doesn’t know how to treat customers, she needs to find another job. I warned a woman who was going to go check the mail as well.I want this brought up to the supervisor!!!!!

This post office is one of the better locations. It has been hectic with the pandemic, but they Were pretty helpful when it came to picking up packages that were undeliverable to my apartment office! I come here to drop off packages multiple times per week. I think more people need to learn how to buy postage at home. I ship mostly priority and drop off takes 5 seconds. If you ship priority you can even fill out a form online for the mailman to pick up your packages! Ive had issues and just use the complaint form online. I had a manager call me to sort out my mail problems and it was all good. Why do people give postal workers such a hard time? Try giving them a break for once!

Worst post office Ive ever dealt with!! First off, Ive had 2 packages arrive for specials events (holidays/birthdays) where my package/envelope was completely ripped open. Luckily, the envelope contained a check so those a-holes couldnt steal it which I am assuming was their plan, this has happened on 2 separate occassions (Ive only had service with them a year and 1 month too!). Also, theyre extremely slow at delivering time sensitive packages!! I was suppose to receive a package 2 days ago from them and it hasnt arrived. With my experience with them, it was probably victim of theft. This is a shady office, beware of what you send/receive while doing business with this postal office.

For proof I own my house, they ask for a utility bill. I pull one up on my phone and show them. They require a PAPER copy. The year is 2020! I dont receive paper bills. I suggest they pull up my address on the Clark County Recorder site to show Imthe owner. They rudely refuse. lol

What a wonderful experience i just had with a gentleman at the post office! I needed to call because packages hadnt been picked up yet for the day and it was getting late. I spoke with a gentleman, he took my info, and he had a postal carrier to my house right away!!!! Thank you so much for the great service!

I enjoy my visits to the post office. There is usually a line but there are so many things to look at. For instance you can look at pictures of old and new stamps. There are hints for getting your packages delivered on time especially during the holidays.

I unfortunately forget the gentlemans name, but Saturday afternoon he was very helpful getting me the best rate and packing to ship my item to Singapore. Recently I discovered this post office isnt delivering all the EDDM postcards I send through my business. I have clients on the route along with my home and the post cards arent showing up consistently. With most businesses that would be considered fraud. How do you prove it? You cant! Avoid EDDM and this post office like the plague. Personally, the mail box compartment keys are labeled very poorly and twice in a year the key wont open any of the compartments for a Target delivery. Only the USPS can get away with doing business so poorly.

Went in for a passport today. Didn’t realize needed an appointment which was my fault no problem 3 people were in line in front of me. Tried to make appointment in person was told I needed to call tried calling multiple times while at post office got hung up on 2 times after 15 minutes sitting there decided to leave. This comes after receiving mail at our box that said do not fold that was folded tried to make complaints with no response. Don’t know if this is USPS as a whole or just our office really disappointed overall. Wish I could change offices or just switch to fedex/ ups for all needs

Okay these bad reviews needs to stop. I feel like I have to vouch for these people because of my experience. Id like to note that these people that are giving a bad review are people who still havent fix their address or seller or people who are sending it to the wrong address (not employees) from the looks of it. And giving employees a bad time. Ive been there 23 times total. These reviews scared me because I had a 2 thousand dollar package there and i was extremely scare of what might happened to it. Especially with everyones review. But no, every time I come I get no issues and Ive send packages and receive packages with no problem! Only people who bothers to review are the people who had an issue and wants to complain. As for us who had no problem we just had no reason to review cause everything was flawless. I sent an envelope via International Priority to Kuwait, and as of 20 days later, it has never been delivered. It has arrived at the Kuwait Airport and cannot be accessed nor has it been delivered to the recipient. Upon calling the USPS, I was informed that the envelope was sent to Kuwait, thats all, and nothing can be done to now have it delivered to the recipient (or even information on how it could potentially be picked up). Regardless of whos fault this is, I think reasonable people would agree that the outcome of you paid for it to be delivered to the recipient and it wont be delivered so too bad is unacceptable.

Always understaffed, extremely slow customer service, and we CONSTANTLY get the wrong mail. I have to deliver the mail to my neighbors all the time because the mail carriers do NOT know how to read ENGLISH!! We are in the United States, right? Our address is 710 XXXXX St. , and we get mail for ANYTHING that has 710 as the street #, regardless of what Street name is listed!! Multiple times my mail has gone out of this post office, it is NEVER received. I am missing mail that I am expecting all the time. Can you hire literate people, please?

Horrible service. The supervisor Monae has a horrible attitude and is very dismissive. I have had multiple bad experiences. once they lost my restricted certified letter. I ended up having to pay for a new one. Needless to say it took 3 months to get a letter that should have been 15 days back. Recently I called in and was put on hold for 30 min till I chose to hang up and call back! after getting hung up on 4 times. I received and answer and told their are only 2 people that can answer the phone. Take a min and help answer the question. Is it really that hard to help without attitude

I come to this location everyday, by far the best branch ive been to. All the negative reviews are irrelevant. Most of the bad reviews are due to customers not knowing policies or procedures. This post office is far below average. There are only a few agents there that really know what they are doing. It took me over two years to get a key for my mailbox in my small subdivision. I was told multiple times that, in order to prove residence, I would have to bring in my MORTGAGE DOCUMENTS!This went on for almost 2 years, dealing with various postal agent and supervisory staff- up to and including the local (89015) Postmaster. It took a call to Washington DC to get things moving...I got my key in one day and for no charge.At the same time, I got my passport (and passport card) renewed there and it was a positive experience. The Asian gentleman who assisted me knew his job and was courteous, fast and efficient.

I placed my mail on hold for 21 days stating I would pick up all accumulated mail. Went to retrieve the mail and the carrier took it upon himself to return all my mail to sender. The supervisor isnt bright. She lied and said the carrier returned my mail the day after I placed it on hold, then she said he waited 7 days, never could tell me why, then she said I could place my mail on general delivery, which is placing it on hold for 30 days. Seriously? Then why is it not there? I did not authorize anyone at the USPS to return any of my mail or packages. I purposely came to the post office and filled 2 yellow hold cards. I gave the clerk 1 and placed the other in the mailbox the day the mail was to be held as a reminder. Now, Im supposed to call every entity that sent and sends me mail and ask them to reissue my mail and packages. Really? Who is the postmaster of this facility? We need to talk. Someone needs to be held accountable. I even left my phone number with the supervisor to call me when the carrier got back from the route so I could find my mail, only to wait 3 hours and return on my own for a different supervisor to come and lie straight to my face. Not even a phone call. Wow. I placed my mail on hold for 21 days. The limit is 30 days. I filled not 1 but 2 hold cards and stated not once but twice that I would pick up all accumulated mail and packages. The carrier took it upon himself to return all my mail and packages to the senders. The supervisor offers me general delivery, which is a hold of all mail and packages for 30 days, and tells me I have to call every entity that sent or sends me mail and packages. This doesnt make stupid sense. Why is my mail NOT at the post office? Can someone please explain? You can lie to my face but cant tell me why your carrier sent MY mail back. Damn shame.

Lost package and rude unknowledgeable staff. Informed carrier delivered to wrong address even though address on package was correct. Man on phone sounded like he was on something and was irritated yelling at himself. When I asked if I can give him my number for a call back he told me “I’ll try but my desk is a mess”. No package still and no help. Many packages in our neighborhood are not getting delivered starting to wonder if they are keeping them on purpose. Even my home cameras show no one came to the house.

This place has the most unfriendly, unprofessional, and incompetent staff Ive ever had to deal with anywhere. After my package failed to deliver to my house because it was sent to my old address, I was notified through email it had been delivered to this post office and was awaiting pickup. I called to make sure the package was there, and they told me that it was, and asked if I would like to pick it up or schedule redelivery. I told them I would come pick it up, and when I got there, after waiting for an hour and 20 minutes in a line of five people ahead of me, I get to the window, give the lady the tracking number, and she disappears into the back for 25 more minutes. When she comes back she says she cant find the package and shes got a lot of stuff to deal with so I would have to come back later. She said she doesnt know how the carrier marked the package (undeliverable, Return to Sender, etc) so she didnt know where to look.I took time off of work and drove to the other side of the city to get this package. When I called the post office back to see if they could tell me how the carrier marked the package, the lady on the phone said their tracking system was down and to call back later.With the money I lost in gas and time off work, I could have had it sent overnight.This place is a prime example why government is the answer to exactly NOTHING in your life.

My mail has to go from this Post Office to my UPS store. A package from Bradford Exchange made it to this post office and disappeared. I have had mail stolen by employees at this post office before. Time to arrest somebody or shut this office down.

Minus one would be closer. This post office needs to clean out the lazy ignorant old goats they have hobbling around. If you live in the Basic High School area you know which one Im speaking of. He likes to leave our mail box open so kids can play with the mail, he loves to leave my mail all over the neighborhood and give me their mail.He lumbers out of his truck and hobbles over the mail boxes and then just throws the mail in. Im missing a letter from SS and I know it has come but it sure hasnt come to this mail box. He lost a package of mine and everytime I try to talk to him about it he just drives away. He is inconsiderate and plain stupid. Im so anxious for this office to close and see all those worthless people without jobs. They do nothing about the old fool, they are all nice when you are talking to them and they tell you they will speak to him but they dont.We have no trouble with anyone else delivering our mail except with him. They are great at putting their phones on make busy and old trick of clerks that have been done for years. This man needs to know the HE works for us and not we work for him. Andy at the counter for customers has the worst customer service. He does not know what is going on at his Postal Service. Andy continued to send me to a window that the note clearly stated go inside. Another postal worker had to tell Andy twice that no one is working that window. But Andy chose to not listen and continue to send me to the window. I will never go to Andy again and would not recommend anybody to go to him.

This place is the worst. The handicap button doesnt work for entering and existing into the facility. The kiosk buttons are malfunctioning hitting wrong keys .The shelves that are suppose to stock priority and express boxes are empty outside the glass doors near kiosk and inside where the tellers are. I had to ask someone behind the counter for 2 box very annoying its always this way . It wasnt even busy no reason its always empty. This location never seems to care either about an efficient running post office .

Staff is very nice usually have two or three people on the floor but theres usually a good line waiting for service this gets expecially difficult around the holidays for Christmas Packages Etc. They do have a drop off box for letters and small packages I believe the pickup time is 2 p.m. in the afternoon for that mailbox.

We never get our mail delivered!! I always have to call because our carrier doesnt like that our business has a door slot!! He asked us for a mailbox. The door slot was here before us and is legal mail delivery. Please just deliver my mail. I have bi way of hanging a mailbox on a concretee wall.

A company I receive packages from accidentally sent it to my old house instead of my new house. I called USPS in Henderson one day and spoke to a lady that said she would put a note in the system stating to keep my package at the USPS store so I could come pick it up. (I still put in a change of address request and a hold package request). The next day, I checked tracking and it said my package was out for delivery. I called again to see how to get my package and Jay (the one who prompted this review) was sassy, condescending, and just unpleasant in general. Now, I have worked in customer service and realize that most people generally suck and customer service is a pain in the butt, BUT the fact that my package was sent to the wrong address wasnt my fault because I notified them of my address change. The fact that I couldnt divert my package also wasnt my fault, and the fact that the note in the system got bypassed and my package STILL got delivered also wasnt my fault. So, Mr. Jay, the next time you wanna get an attitude, make sure its an acceptable reason.

I went in on Friday to put a hold on some mail that might go to the wrong address. The gentleman was soo helpful. Said to just come in with my ID and check when it will arrive. I came in today, and I had the WORST old lady who was so rude, I couldn’t even believe her attitude toward me. For asking simple questions. She acted as if I would know how they run the in’s and out’s of that place. Excuse me? I will NEVER return again. Ever. Highly Recommend going ANYWHERE but here. I will be talking to a Manager the next time I need to go in to collect my mail. Ridiculous.

They keep giving us the wrong mail and it clearly states the address and we have to keep either deliver to next door neighbor or put back in mailbox and state delivered to wrong address. We just hope no one is getting our mail and we are expediting and important letter and we sent havent received and it just worries me that someone else might have it. We live at 324 Balsa. Also I have been trying to call to report and the number has been busy all day and then I am trying to call the 800 number and it says I will be on hold for 16 to 24 mins. This is unacceptable to mean for a business.

These people are the worst! I have to have packages delivered to my work as my mail man must have dyslexia. Every time I check my box I have someone elses mail. My neighbor though there was trash in his landscaping and went to pick it up to realize it was my new $200 keyboard and mouse. It had sat in the rain and sun for about two weeks before he found it as the house was for sale.I have spent about 10 hours attempting to get my mail right as somehow all of my mail is forwarded to my parents house in AZ. Well I still dont get my mail and the PO must be contacting the senders of my mail and telling them Ive moved?This is the worst service ever. Ok so i needed to officially change my address and am leasing from the owner of the condo I moved into, my mother. I have a copy of the lease agreement and my drivers license with the address on it. That should be enough right? Wrong. I get to the window and am greeted, actually not greeted, asked what i needed. I explained the situation to the gentleman and hes flipping through the agreement with a major attitude asking me silly questions and then says that he needs a phone number to call. I asked him why and he tells me he thinks its fraudulant. Long story short, i was actually at the wrong post office for the zip code I am in. The exchamge lasted no more than.a minute and a half, but i have never felt so disrespected at.a post office in my life. I asked for the guys name and to speak to a supervisor and he tells me that he doesnt need to give me his name. Then he asks me why I need to speak to a supervisor and I said i didnt really appreciate how i was treated. He then asks me how did i get treated and I told him i just need a supervisor and he reluctantly told me to go to a window.Im in the hoslitality industry and understand that not everyone is 100% all the time, but it has been quite some time that I have experienced this lack of professionalism and disrespect from a public employee. The gentlemans name is Eduardo, his supervisor told me. I certainly hope that he never gets past the point of your address changer within the USPS without serious retraining. He is unprofessional, disrespectful and acted like i was bothering him.

They lost/ stole not one, but TWO packages that I mailed to THE STATE POLICE. I checked with delivery confirmation and it stated these packaged were delivered. this is why everyone has been forced to pay higher prices for UPS. absolutely horrible.

For the last 3 months it has really became a BAD problem just to receive or send mail,a different carrier almost every day,piles of undelivered mail found at the top of my street and the street above and below me.I have not received alot of my bills causing me to have to explain to numerous companies why I have not paid them, also when they do deliver it,half the time,yes HALF or more they dont take my outgoing mail,I guess they dont know what the RED FLAGon the MAILBOX means.I have called the Henderson post office numerous times and even went up there and complained once just to be told they needed to know who my mail carrier was,hard to do when I never have the same one two days in a row.Also my neighbors get my mail and I get theirs quite often.VERY VERY poor service lately..My mail has been sitting in the mail box waiting to be picked up,I guess they dont know what the RED FLAG means.VERY VERY poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would rate it -5 the worst post office in the USA as I lived in many states and this one has every day 2 people serving at the counter ustomets who have to wait for a long time . Not sure why no one looks in to it and do something about it ! Looks like 50 managers and 2 employees plus the person who has been delivering in Marlberry place needs to learn English although he is an American . It happens many times that our mail gets to go to other mail boxes what a mess with all the complaints nothing has been done .

There information says 9 am to 530 pm yet there phone is ALWAYS saying they are closed! They called me at 5:01 pm and at 5:02 when i called back they were closed! WHAT HAPPENED TO 5:30?!?!Here I am calling after 9 am and the phone is still saying they are closed! I have been trying to receive my package for 3 weeks now. This is ridiculous!!

I called to get information on a package that was coming in and the woman who answered the phone was extremely unfriendly. She had a rude tone throughout the call and once she answered my question, she never even bothered to ask if I needed assistance with anything else and just hung up on me, not even polite enough to say something like “have a good day.” Horrid service

I havent been able to get my mail delivered im missing debit cards being sent to me get this i contacted the debit card customer service and they told me it returned because cards cant be delivered at this address so i told them thats weird i received the first card you sent me i was able to receive however this is a replacement card because i lost my card ive been dealing with this goint on 3 weeks not good at all so i call the post office and i told them what happened so they said they were going to notate on my acct to make sure all mail gets delivered so a week goes by and i get another card from a completely diff financial institution sent back for the same reason so i make a special trip to the post office to hold my mail there for 3 weeks so i called in yesterday to the post office to check if i have mail after being placed on hold and never checked on for fifteen minutes i hung up and called back 3 times before i got an answer i first let him know i had been left on hold for fifteen minutes he was kind of rude and proceeds to tell me well i dont know who wouldnt help you but i can so i asked him if he check if i had any mail he put me on hold and came back and said i didnt have any mail i said ok thank you so something told me to check my box i told my daughter i was going to check the mail needless to say i got something in my mail box so now im fuming i called the post office back and asked to speak with a carrier supervisor the same guy answered the phone and said he was the supervisor so i told him i went up there monday and i filled out the yellow card to have my mail held there because i was having issues getting all of my mail delivered he said we dont have a card filled out from you to hold your mail i said o yes you do i came in there and filled one out he said well im sure you did im not saying you didnt but if you want ill have them hold your mail would you like me to do that? (Speaking to me in a very condescending way) so i said to him yes please. I feel like that was poor customer service not once did this individual apologize to me for the inconvenience i too work in customer service and i always acknowledge my callers feelings and the situation at hand i will go in there again and fill out another card but i promise if it gets lost again im filing a complaint against this location for poor customer service and poor work habbits with negligence in handling a legal document....

Had a 9:30 appt for passport. I show up at 9:00 and was told that i didnt have an appt and to call to make an appt. I heard the folks that were there for my 9:30 appt ask the lady behind the counter (their neighbor) if i was the one she swapped them with and she nodded yes. So i go back to counter and she finds my appt scheduled for 3:00. No wonder people try not to use usps any more. I hope e-mail and other modern technology puts all of these locations out of business!

I have been to this location several times as soon as they open but every time I go to the parcel pick up the window it is still closed and there is always a line and it is 10-15 mins after opening. I went inside the regular counter and asked one of the clerks if there was someone who can help us, the mail clerk rudely told me to ring the bell and rolled her eyes at me.

They lost 2 of my packages this week, both coincidentally mailed the same day I had to ask for a supervisor due to rude clerk. Supervisor Anna had to ask clerk to go to the back after he continued to mutter under his breath. Im on hold with Anna right now, its been 58 minutes, Im taking a screen shot every 20 mins... Both packages I mailed that day lost... Coincidence? The contents were a smartphone with Skype for my daughters to keep in touch with me, also a tablet with 8gb of movies for them to watch. My daughters are just innocent toddlers, dont deserve this. The clerk was rude and Anna STILL has me on hold {>_

My priority mail package wasn’t picked up by the carrier even after requesting a pick up 3x; called customer care about it & was given the number to this USPS to call about it. Called 4x (sitting for 3 minutes each time while it rang before the call dropped) and no answer. That is ridiculous.

Dont bother calling this place, phoneline is always busy no matter the time of day if you get anyone to answer the phone Ill be shocked.. Why I will always spend the extra money to ship stuff UPS or FedEx trying to call and verify they have your package is a complete waste of time...

Advice: no one comes to the pickup window for 30 minutes UNLESS you just keep ringing the bell for 5 minutes straight. Theyll give you a dirty look but theres no rule against it posted and youll get your parcel!
