Marked package as delivered and it never showed. This company should be put out of business. I hope I’m lucky and get my over $200 refunded. Don’t even want the purchased items anymore…that’s how upset I am with this experience..

My package has been sitting at the facility for 6 days....It was out for delivery at one point but then returned back to the facility according to the tracking info.

This has been the worst experience I have had with any shipping company. My package has been delayed for three days. According to the shipping tracker my package has been sitting in the warehouse in my local area for three days. I called the customer service department to ask why the package is being delayed and they cannot even tell me. Very sad that my favorite online shopping provider is using this service.

This facility has delayed my package 3 days now. I will hopefully be picking it up tomorrow on the other side of town from where I live. I was hoping to get my items by tomorrow and all I have been getting is well we dont have an exact delivery date.... ridiculous...Update... they cannot find my package...

Worst delivery company!! I ordered a package that said it was delivered to my “front door” opened my door and it wasn’t there. Called the customer service and found out the delivery driver, delivered my package to someone else house on the other side of town. Doesn’t make sense. Very unprofessional.

Somehow managed to be a worse delivery service that USPS. Supposedly tried to deliver to my home but the tracking number said business was closed not sure how that works out considering its a house. But hey on the bright side theyre going to wait 2 days and try again

I had to pick 1 star to post this, doesnt deserve it. I wish Walmart didnt use this company, because this is the 2nd time I didnt receive my package when I was supposed to. 1st time stated delivered but wasnt until the next day. 2nd time it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and all it states is Delay. I called customer service and they state they dont know why but I can drive all the way over to Henderson to pick it up, but I have to wait for them to notify me when I can pick it up. Its friday and this is a fathers day gift for sunday. Really??

Im 66 years old and bought medical supplies on Walmart.com and they dug up a shipping company called OnTrac in Hendertucky, Nevada. I opened an account with OnTrac and noted my apartment is right there on the road and their lazy, sneaky driver dumped a handful of deliveries at the rental office at 11am.

I have received over 30 deliveries in the last few weeks with companies using all different shipping carriers. They have all done an excellent job except for OnTrac. The package delivered by OnTrac was the only one that was wide opened and not left anywhere near my front door. In fact, it was far enough away and in such poor condition I thought that an empty box blew onto my property from somewhere else. I see that they currently have a 2 star rating so I guess they arent interested in doing their job properly.

They lost my item and dont want to be held responsible. Basically told me to get a refund from whoever I bought it from. Never rang the doorbell or knocked on the door at the time of delivery and I was present. I called them up and dude tells me the delivery drivers arent required to due to covid 19. Thats like telling me I cant honk my car horn due to Covid 19. Makes no sense at all. This is the first time in my years of online shopping that Ive ever ran into this issue. USPS, UPS, DHL have all delivered my items to my house yet I get these guys shipping an item for me ONE TIME in my life and it gets lost somehow? They opened an investigation to get a response from the delivery driver and obviously dude never responded. How are you gonna have incompetent people working for you?

I will NOT purchase anything from a retailer that uses OnTrac. In the last 6 months I have had THREE issues. The first two packages were delivered to my neighbors, two different neighbors, that were kind enough to bring the package to me. The third delivery I tracked up to point it said IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY DOOR. Im standing here, at my door, the same time it was recorded as delivered. ITS NOT HERE. I order samsung tablet from bestbuy Im really scared when I find out ontrac is the one gonna deliver it because they have really bad reviews. Im praying that theyre not gonna throw my box and yup this happened..... I literally heard someone threw something outside my door. I look at my camera for my records he freaking threw my box with no care at all. Im very upset. I cant believe bestbuy used this kind of shipping service. Wish I could give zero stars, ordered from Amazon & Ontrac delivered the package but my cameras showed the delivery guy not coming up our walkway out front like a normal person would but instead cut across our front yard walking straight through our flower bed in front of one of our bedroom windows then instead of setting down the box down & ringing the door bell he did a toss the box & ring the bell in one swoop & quickly walked away back through our flower bed....all I can say is thank goodness I didn’t order anything breakable. My fiance and I were expecting a $200 dollar wedding gift from my mother and the package remained out for delivery for nearly 9 days. Once it said delivered we never received a package, so they either delivered to the wrong address or stole it.

I guess they rely on Google to map their routes because my house currently is not on Google and they failed to deliver a package two days in a row claiming they have the wrong address. Ive received 100+ of packages via FedEx, UPS and USPS without any issues. Amazon confirmed the address was correct, yet they still didnt deliver the package on the second attempt. They even had my phone number and didnt try calling when they still couldnt find it. I had to call myself and show them where the house was on Bing Maps. Hopefully, I dont have to deal with these guys again.

If I could give zero stars I would. But my son ordered Christmas gifts for the family to have them stolen by there delivery drivers. 3 packages were stolen. I seen a delivery truck in front of my apartment complex I asked did he have a package for my address he said. But it just popped up on my phone it was delivered and you’re the only delivery truck in here. He told me he don’t have time for this and drove out the complex. He didn’t even drive in the complex just to the front by the gate and back out. Not the companies my son ordered from will not issue another replacement or refund!! Thank for ruining our Christmas!!

I was waiting on a order and just checked the system which said it was deliveried yesterday. Nope. I was at home all day yesterday and as well I have cameras. Nothing at all. How dare they lie. Thieves. I called the company that I ordered from and they shipped me what they have in stock but now I have to go shopping for all the other stuff. I probably may have to wait it out to see if my items actually come. I recommend if you order online and when your item is shipped with them just cancel the order.

I waited all day for the package to be delivered. Suddenly I got a notification that the delivery was attempted and that a notification slip was left at my door. There, in fact, was not a notification slip on my door and I would have heard a knock or any attempt to get my attention. Instead of wasting another day waiting, I drove out to get the package for myself.

Where is the minus 100!!!!!! 7 packages this year alone have gone “missing”. GPS track of it being scanned delivered but they are no where in site. This is the only company I have this issue with. I’ve even had the delivery guy come back to my house to show me where it was delivered. He just walked up and rang the bell. Then didn’t say a word and shrugged when I asked I where? I’m now at a point of being in contact with the supervisor of my local area with a direct line to him. That is a bad sign.Tonight I had another package go missing. They tried to say it was physically signed in. Supervisor on the other hand would actually listen to what I saying instead of repeating the same thing over and over to me. Now another investigation will be done. I have to call the company I ordered from to get a new package.

Every single time i order from Amazon it comes through this facility and there is always a problem. Always.Changed addresses and they need the seller to do this or that to fix it, not the customer whos not at fault anyway, tracking details that show everything fine the entire time until 15 minutes after its late, then no email or notification but if you happen to stay on top of things (which you have to if you dont want your packages stolen) you see that your package is, all of a sudden and for no reason, now expected DAYS later.Awful. Im canceling my Amazon Prime and not going to use Amazon at all anymore since i always have to end up dealing with Ontrac.That being said, the customer service rep i spoke to the first time was at least friendly and helpful. You the extent that he could be anyway.

Our $200 package (a wedding gift!) was either stolen by the driver or delivered to the wrong place after being “out for delivery” for 8 days

This delivery service is really bad. Lost boxes, late boxes and long delivery times. If a business wants happy customers this company should be avoided.

Tried to contact the driver through customer service as our house was flooded and was wrapped in a plastic bubble for mold remediation. We were told this wasnt possible. However when I said the driver wouldnt have the gate code and obviously we wouldnt be here to answer the door he miraculously had a way to pass on this information. This company apparently has no concern for its drivers as they would rather have them deliver to a contaminated house than to help arrange an alternate meeting site. If this is the company Amazon Prime uses may need to reconsider my online ordering preferences.

Truly one of the worst delivery companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They will claim to have delivered items they haven’t and they’re incredibly slow when they do manage to successfully deliver a package. I don’t understand why any company works with them.

Awful. Absolute worst delivery ever! They put a shoebox in a thin non padded mailing envelope. The shoebox arrived completely crushed damaging the product. I have never seen such a poor delivery. I am surprised the company I purchased from used this service. I called and let the company know about the terrible delivery and they said I could request a different carrier deliver in the future. What a hassle to have to exchange an item due to the delivery carrier.

Worst delivery service! Been waiting on a package since Monday it is now Wednesday afternoon and nothing, no updates either! Called company twice. Yesterday was told that the package for sure would be delivered today, and again today received the same response that it will be tomorrow! I guess I have to come and get my package since you can’t rely on this company!

Horrible, Ive received 3 packages damaged out of the last 3 ordered. The ontrac courier is the only one that doesnt put packages inside my security door. They just toss them onto the concrete outside the house and leave. Worst courier service ever. One a good note, they are quite fast shipping from California. But overall Id give them 1/5 stars.

These people consistently fail to deliver my packages because they cannot gain entry into our gated community. The gate code is written right there on the address. We have had no problems with UPS or Fedex or USPS in this regard

For the second time in one week they listed an item delivered when it was not. I was home and called them one hour after they said it was delivered and asked them to call the driver but they refused and said they could not. One hour after a delivery a company says they cannot contact the driver after a package in their care, to the same address, disappears twice in a week THIS IS A COMPANY THAT IS TRULY BAD AT WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING.

This company is awful. Amazon used this company to ship a headphone set to me. This company told Amazon that they shipped it to me but they never did. Amazon tracking says that the package was lost in transit, then found and on its way to me. It never arrived and Amazon is charging me for the headphones. A 1 star review is generous.

I had never even heard of this company before until Amazon shipped my product with this company. I ordered 4 products and all other products were shipped with UPS or USPS. This one for some reason was with ontrac. Surprise surprise I got all other products even though my tracking order said it was delivered last week. I read the reviews on here and tried to decide if it was even worth calling them or not. I tried. And no one answered of course. So I called Amazon and told them what happened. It took all of 5:55 to not only speak to someone, but be put on a brief hold for one minute and then be told my order would be replaced and be delivered within the next few days, as well as a complaint to the company. Weird. Amazon has their stuff together. This place is horrible. Do not use them at all. And if you do, call Amazon to get a replacement and demand it be through a different carrier.

Not Reliable. Companies should stop using Ontrac. They always make items delivered but wont come until few days later. Happens with every deliveries from different companies I purchase online. Companies are losing money for every replacement they send for missing deliveries due to always tagging their shipments Delivered by Ontrac. If only there is Negative star, I will give them that.

Second time I havent received my package from them after it said delivered on eBay. Never, EVER have I had a problem with other delivery services.

I used to receive excellent service from Ontrac, and I preferred them over other carriers. Im not sure what or if, something changed but I have had problems with my deliveries the last 4 times.My deliveries are being signed for by the driver, delivered to the wrong address, and I receive no follow up when I call.I hope something changes for the future because I have had good service before😬

Absolutely horrible company. They dont deliver on week-ends. They also dont try to deliver every day. Worst of all, I called them yesterday and told them it as ok to leave my package over the gate. I left the gate open all day. Its 8:30 at night and I called them to ask where my package was. I was told they delivered it and it was signed for by ML. I dont know who that is but they got a nice package. Now I will call Amex and dispute the charge. The customer rep was kind enough to tell me that he didnt believe me but hed open an investigation.

Delayed delivery which was scheduled for Friday has now turned into a four day window next week. These things, of course happen. But what should not happen is a customer , attempting to clarify, waiting for them to answer the phone for over half an hour. In my opinion this indicates a level of contempt for the public.

Im on my fourth consecupackage that is a non-delivery with a total of 12 days late, and prior to this string there were many other problems including one that never showed up, costing me just over $100.00. Id like to get Amazon to drop ONTRAC but they will get my many complaintsShortly after my review I talked to an exec at the home office, and I have had NO problems from that date.

Excellent customer service once you get someone on the phone. The best time to call is about 10am-12pm, that timeframe has the quickest pickup time.The main problem is their drivers. Mine forged a false delivery! If you make it known, the representative will file a drivers complaint and send it to their corporate office. If this driver loses his job for such bad service, good riddance.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is horrible. I have 3 packages from 3 different companies all ordered at different times throughout the year and they say it has been delivered but it never makes it to my door. I have had to contact these companies and they always have to give me a refund. I would not recommend this terrible company. Their delivery people are definitely getting a lot of free stuff.

I did not believe the reports of this delivery carrier until I experienced it firsthand with the delivery of my weekly food delivery from Green chef. The driver arrived unbeknownst to me although I was sitting about a hundred feet away at my kitchen table my roommate was outside and saw him the driver attempt to deliver a box to my downstairs neighbor so he was asked was that for apartment see the driver said no proceed it back to his truck when the door was going to answer I got a small glimpse of the driver with the Box which looked like the box I received the week previously for my first delivery but I did not question it since it was confirmed it was not for me so I went online to find out where my delivery was then I see it was ontrac and he marked it customer refused delivery! I could not believe it the customer service rep was also rude and I dont blame her because of the company she works for I would be angry too. And of course they did not read deliver today and I wouldnt be surprised if they sent it back SMH

They just delivered $500 worth of my electronics to someone other than me. Been on Hold for an hour with no one answering. Now it is after 7:00 PM and I am sure if they ever do answer they will tell me there is nothing that can be done tonight cause they are closed. This has happened every year this time of year for the past 4 years now. How does this company stay in business?

This is the worst delivery service Ive ever experienced. I ordered over $100 worth of products from Sephora and, after a delivery delay, never received it despite it being marked delivered. No one came to the door, my dog is incredibly sensitive to that and did not make a peep and I was home all day. Thankfully, Sephora replaced what they could (5 products were irreplaceable) and OnTrac was used to deliver again. I called OnTrac at 10am and requested that the delivery person knock and have me sign. The package went out for delivery at 9am and I received it at 5pm. I was fortunate to be one of the lucky ones who eventually received the package. Would not recommend, they are infamous for misconduct.

Always receive my order before 10:30am. Never had a problem and choose them every time for my deliveries.

Package did not arrive. Was told they could not get to my address because they needed a gate code. I do not live in a gated community nor are there any in this area of town.when i contacted the main office in Arizona , which is the ONLY phone number available and i live in Nevada , they did not know where my package was. Not only that they could not talk to the drivers and when they contacted the local office THEY had no idea where my package was.UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I had a package delivered to my hotel while staying in vegas and instead of delivering in the mail room, which any sane person would, they left it at the hotels warehouse, which caused nothing but trouble for me and the hotels staff. Horrible company, avoid them at any cost!

This is the third time I have ordered something from Walmart that OnTrack has gotten ahold of to deliver to me except it did not get delivered to me. I had two day delivery from Walmart and my whole delivery was divided in two different deliveries one from FedEx one with OnTrack. Guess which one I didnt get??? It was already 5 p.m. so I decided to check the tracking and lo and behold it said OnTrack item delivered. So I called on track and was of course given the runaround was told they would call me back here it is 7 p.m. on the 14th of May and Ive heard nothing. I told Walmart last year when this happened they need to stop using OnTrack delivery service and I was told that they had no choice on who delivered the items which yes they do I dont know why i would be told that but anyway this is costing Walmart a hell of a lot of money to resend orders out that On Track doesnt deliver. So people this is a reason why prices are going up so high is because Walmart has to make up for it somewhere and unfortunately we have to pay for it😭

I had the same experience as almost everyone else. The package was supposedly delivered to our front door, but it never showed up. Luckily well receive a refund from the company we ordered from, but we cannot get what we ordered, since itll be delivered through OnTrac again. At least now I know to avoid this delivery company!

This company sucks! I will not order anything from Amazon unless the parcel is delivered by FedEx,UPS, or the USPS...... I ordered a hookah pipe to be delivered YESTERDAY, waited all day even stood outside no delivery! But the tracking says they made a delivery attempt! Bullshit! Last Xmas I ordered a tablet, ontrac said the driver left at door? who would leave a nexus 7 tablet on the front step of a apartment complex?????! Companies delivered packages to me in both Los Angeles and Las Vegas. HORRIBLE service. Multiple cases of wrong address delivery. Delayed delivery. Reps are rude and sarcastic. And obviously unhelpful.

Courier service. Had an item shipped through Amazon which couldnt be delivered so it was sent for pickup at this location.At first entrance was difficult to find but just buzz the security pad at the gates and they will let you in. Staff were very helpful.

Ontrac is the absolute worst delivery company in Las Vegas. I shudder when I see that Ontrac is delivering one of my packages to me...I feel like cancelling the order. 60-70% of the packages they deliver come late to me. They have delivered my packages to the wrong person multiple times. USPS and UPS have never failed to deliver a package to me. Why Amazon and Newegg use their services is beyond me. They have incompetent delivery people. Try calling them, no one ever picks up the phone at their company.

They stink they doubt answer their phone the tracking number shows its suppose to make a delivery but they never bothered to show up. I spent over a hour on hold and they wouldnt bother answering the phone. I wouldnt use these people ever again.

So when I ordered my package I knew I wouldnt be home so I didnt put my apartment number only the physical address which means they would leave it in the leasing office. NO thats not what happened. This smart person goes into the office and instead of leaving my package he/she asks the manager for my apartment number and leaves it at my front door. At 11am Im at work until 5pm I get home and of course my package is GONE. What sense did that make. Im still furious.

We order from Amazon all the time and are used to deliveries during week days. Its never an issue since there is always someone home.We got a text that our item was delivered, but nobody heard the doorbell or a knock, so we checked both the mail and the front porch and there was nothing. The details of the delivery status said was left at the front door.We drove to the next street to see if maybe they had delivered it to the wrong house and didnt see a package on their porch.When we called OnTrac and told them what happened we were told that they would contact the driver and find out what happened and give us a call back. They never did.After three hours and no update, we contacted them again and this time were told that they had paged the driver and that he would be making the delivery by 8 pm, and we could expect either the package or a door hanger.Needless to say they never showed up so they get one star because I couldnt give less than that.They either delivered it to the wrong house (careless), or dropped it on our front porch without ringing the bell or knocking to alert us so we could get it before it was stolen (careless). Neither is a service that Id want to pay for.And then they tell you something and never do it. Well call you (they dont), The driver will return (he didnt).Sounds like they should leave this service to the people who have integrity and know what theyre doing. We made sure to notify Amazon after we werent getting the call from OnTrac and they issued a refund and had us reorder the item with next day shipping - the price for which they waived. When we expressed concern that the same carrier would get the package we were assured that it would be handled and not to worry.The replacement I noticed is being delivered by UPS. Im hoping this will be the case moving forward. Nothing like crappy service and lies.

If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered from fashion Nova who uses this service. Waited all day for my package. Go to track it and it was marked delivered but was not. Reached out to them and was told there was nothing they could do, they could not contact the driver, and had no contact information for the local facility. I am livid! I will no longer be patronizing any business that uses this service, and will be contacting the BBB. customer service was unbelievably horrible. I own and operate a small business that uses various shipping services, DHL, USPS, I have never had a shipping company not at the very least try to resolve an issue like this. Never again...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible company, horrible customer service, didnt follow delivery instructions and held my package i sent to a wheel chair bound person, who has no car, which is why i sent a package they couldnt pick up. this is just ridiculous why do any companies work with these people

Ordered Saturday shipping, said it was delivered never showed up to my door, horrible service couldnt be more upset I really needed it here on Saturday and now they cant find my package. My guess is the driver stole it and said he left it on my door. Never a ring. Never a knock. I have 3 dogs who bark every little noise they here and not a peep the whole day.

Second time they were utilized by Amazon PRIME.. BOTH TIMES THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO CALL regarding gate access. Today I had three other packages delivered by Amazon prime BEFORE 2pm, no problem. They apparently tried at 2:30 and couldnt deliver (noneof the other deliveries had to call regarding gate access)This company hires random people to deliver packages who obviously dont have common sense.I reported them to Amazon AGAIN and found out I can request THEM TO NEVER DELIVER MY PACKAGES FROM AMAZON AGAIN!! DONE AND DONE.Ontrac SUCKSJust called them again to see why I didnt get the call back regarding redelivery, and of course, they couldnt answer why. The girl was rude, so I told her I was going to tell every review website that if you are an Amazon prime member, you cab request ontrac to NOT BE YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE!!! 😂 😂 😂 😂 YAY!!

At this moment, I have 3 Dungeness crabs that instead of being at my house are who knows where because they dont have enough sense to see that the street spelling and zip code didnt match. Yes, the shipper misspelled the street name-it was off by one letter, but OnTrac has been to my home numerous times in the past and as recently as 2 days ago. All they had to do was run the zip code and the correct spelling would have shown up. I guess that was just too much work for a company that doesnt go that extra mile.Their website says theyre open Saturdays until 12am-that means midnight. They actually close at noon, so Ive wasted so much time on hold today for a company that not only didnt answer their customer service phone number because they were closed, but couldnt even put a recording on their phone number to let people know they were closed so I wouldnt have waited on hold for 30 minutes or attempted several subsequent calls.
