The employees are always nice and respectful. The machines are always super clean and my cloths never smell musty. When ever a machine breaks the gentleman always fixes them quickly or disables them and puts a sign on. The detergent doors on top seem to be cleaned frequently, I mean they have very little build up in them. I go here weekly and refuse to use any other laundry mat in town.

Dont give them a big order because theyll give your shirts to someone else and try to give their confused order of someone elses shirts to you even tho clearly marked with dry cleaning tags. Ive had multiple shirts lost just using the place once.

These guys are a pipeliners dream come true. They are kind, quick, professional, and highly affordable. For as long as I am in Carthage or Henderson they will be my go to for laundry service. Especially with the 7/12s we are about to start putting in. Gonna get all my tie in crew to at least give them one try. Highly suggest yall do the same.

They are the best at what they do, Wash and fold your clothes at a reasonable price. Always on time period!

HIGHLY recommend this team for wash and fold services!!! ❤️ I’m extremely picky with how I wash my clothes and the accommodated all of it. They also helped me with a massive order because I cleaned out my storage and I STILL got everything picked up/delivered in only two days!!!

I was devastated when my washer went out and I had to find a laundry mat while waiting on a new one. Turns out this is the way to go...all my laundry is done in just over an hour and it doesnt smell like I did it at the laundry mat! Very pleased! And Miss Rachel is a sweetheart and friendly!

Great very clean and the people was nice

I use their laundry service. I drop it off in the morning quick turn around. The put my stuff on nice hangers and other stuff neatly folded, get home and just put it away. Clothes smells clean highly recommend if you don’t want to sit around doing laundry.

Those who own/operate Star Laundry are very professional and helpful. It is always clean and very well maintained.

Rip off they have dryers heat turn so low, takes a dollar or more to complete your clothes to dry completion...

Machines looked run down but worked great. Very clean the day I went. Not a lot of machines so there are times you might have to wait for a dryer or another washer. Attendant was helpful and cordial.
