Very Good. So far the space is clean. Owner and workers provided assistance. Looking forward to setting a specific day to do laundry. I dont like crowds. Other than that I hope the owner keep his promise to keep this this place clean and machines working efficiently. Owner very nice person.

I am truly happy for the upgrades made to this location! It is so much BETTER!The only advice or suggestion Id give is to have instructions posted when the employees are not available for your new customers. I have seen some very kind people help the newbies and that was awesome, but please have some instructions listed. Thank you and I appreciate the upgrades.

Nice and clean

I wouldnt go to this laundry again! I recently decided to go there for the first time and neither change machine worked. My pocketbook was stolen by someone in that laundry. They have a sign on door that says 24 hr video footage but that is a lie. When police contacted the owner he was informed that the 2 video cameras that are located in both corners of the facility are not in working condition! It is always better to go to a laundry with an attendant on site if possible, or at very least one that has working cameras if it is a self service facility.There were only 5 people present in that laundry . After walking out I turned around less than 2 minutes to go back when I realized that my bag was not with me,and I think that someone who was in that laundry ..(no one new entered or left in the less than 5 minutes that I was gone. Had this owner had working cameras the person would have been seen on camera. The machine that I was going to use was in direct view of camera and close to the door. Three of the people I suspect left shortly before police arrived! NOT SAFE. The location is ok but not great .. This area has changed and not for the better. What good is having cameras if they dont work? Anyone could be robbed, raped,etc and nothing would be on camera..night or day! I dont recommend this laundry mat! Go somewhere else.. My mind told me to go another laundry ..the one I usually go to close to Roses and I wish that I had gone there instead of here. NEVER AGAIN!PS The person who answers the phone at the listed business number was a joke.. totally unprofessional and patronizing to say the least. He was snickering and giggling, and I felt disrespected, and brushed off. Didnt appear concerned or bothered about a crime taking place at their place of business..not helpful and no real explanation of why broken DVR or camera wasnt working or repaired ,although he claims they knew last week that it wasnt in working condition. He also claims that they are closing this location of E Andrews Ave as of tomorrow.. ( well see how true that is) so didnt feel the need to fix or install new security system/camera.. Just wow... They need to close down.. good riddance!If this is the type of business they run they arent an asset to this community.. anyway ..
