When you start the dryer, it starts on MEDIUM heat so after you put the coins in you have to change the setting to hot. Dryer says to set temperature before you start it but you cant until you have put coins in before you start dryer. If someone wasnt paying attention, drying would cost twice as much.Several broken washers and dryers. Attendant was great. Store connected to it for refreshments. I would have given 3 stars but due to issues above it could be better.

While this laundromat is conveniently located, it is not worth the trouble. The machines are outdated and only accept quarters. Although the creepy clerk in the mini-mart adjacent provides change, the atmosphere is very eerie. After washing and drying, as I was folding my clothes, I noticed that all of my underwear were missing. 🤔

The owner was super nice and helpful as well as very patient with my 7 year old son. Most of the washers and dryers are working and in great condition. They have an atm, coin machine since the washers and dryers take quarters, and you can walk through to a snack shop. Masks are required as per usual.

Clean and convenient. A little pricey for me, but its been a many long years since Ive been to a laundry mat, so dont judge the price based on my opinion. I wouldnt know based on any current comparison.

Clean place. Affordable. Laundromat attendant very helpful. Washers and dryers were quick and majority all work, very few out of service. Not crowded.

We are very satisfied. BTW, we used their Fluff n Fold service. Spot on!!!

Pretty chill place to do laundry. They also have a store on the side plus an ATM in case you dont have cash, and they give you change at the little store which is cool. A lot of the machines are out of order though, but they also have a little arcade and who doesnt love Pinball, right?

Everybody hates the laundromat I dont I like to go there sometimes but I just had to start going there because I became homeless living out of my car but friendly people helpful courteous and you have to wear your mask just an old fashioned type place where you want to go and hang out it is a nice place and the owner is very nice to so come and wash your clothes down here at Green Dragon laundry

This is my first time at this laundry mat it was very clean quiet the man that runs the place Dave was very friendly and helpful kind just a nice person check to see if everything was OK he even runs the convenient store so if you want to get something to snack on or drink you can he was very helpful I didn’t feel uncomfortable in so I definitely will come back to this location if I have to use the laundromat Dave was a very kind person he Made me feel welcomed as soon as I came in thanks Dave not to many people like you Kind caring and also you can tell he does truly have compassion for people and enjoys his job or even if he owns this place he does an amazing job at that very friendly guy atmosphere was amazing .....

When I needed a triple washer to clean a huge double Coleman sleeping bag, I found one here. This laundromat is in a great location. While your laundry is going, you can take a little stroll around Downton Henderson. There is always an attendant on duty to assist with any of your needs. Change, soap, dryer sheets, theyve got it.

Old building but some new washers and dryers. Male caretaker is very friendly. Ive been multiple times and my clothes come clean and dry.

Great place. Dont judge it by the outside, the inside is clean and very nice. The machines are clean, the employee was going over each one when I arrived. Another employee was kindly directing me to which machines would be best for my load. And they have a restroom, many laundromats dont. I will be back.

I have used 3 laundromats in Vegas and this is the only one I found that has megaload washers that can handle my cal king comforter with room to spare in the drum. Also, the owner here also has a parrot that squawks as if it is having rhythmic unenthusiastic sex. Five stars.

Location isnt bad...The place is clean & cheap...Only real downside is that its cold!!!In winter the AC is still on & the doors are left open...Till winter is over, Ill be going to other places which are more out of the way than the convenience of using this place...

Best laundry mat in Henderson. Fair prices, excellent service! Arcade and mini mart in side for your convenience :) No stragglers hanging around, washers and dryers work excellently!!! Dont waste your time at other laundromats that make you buy a card!! You have to put minimum $5, $10, etc to wash or dry! Not here. Stick to these guys at Dragon. Excellent quality, excellent service!

Some previous reviews complaining that its old, yes it is but it works so no complaints here, attendant guy was quick to help if you needed it. Place was clean. Im an over the road truck driver and will save this place to use again next time Im in the area.

The facility is clean and secure. I loved that all the washers and dryers were operable. The mini mart, change machine for bills up to $20 and the seating area was awesome! The attendant even went around asking everyone if everything was ok with their visit! I will definitely make this my go-to laundromat!💗

Pretty crowded on the weekdays, I assume because patrons are NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE DRYERS on the weekends. AT ALL. The reason given was that people take them up for too long, and they dont make any money off the dryers. When I pointed out that there was no one in the laundromat, he said rules are rules. I guess they dont want people coming there on weekends or something... The guy there is not particularly friendly, which I could get past if it werent for the dryer issue. I would recommend spending your quarters somewhere else.

The first few times we used this laundromat, no problem. In, out, no one bothering us, no bs. But lately that has changed. Several weeks back we found ourselves being hovered over by a woman who treated us like five-year-olds, telling us dont do that! and you cant do that when we were doing our usual: washing socks and sheets in one of the big washers. Get a clue! Then came the deal-breaker: the sewage smell that permeated the place - including the interior of the washer we had just used! We were grossed out, and asked what was going on but didnt get a clear explanation. We wanted a refund to wash again using a different washer without the foul smell, but the two managers got all uppity and said no. They said they werent going to pay for another wash because it was expensive to run the big washers and they didnt want to lose money. So I told them they would lose money anyway - we were leaving and would not do business again. We insisted on a refund and got it before we left. What started out as a great experience really went down the crapper (and had the smell to go with it).

Very clean but very old. The front load washers are great! Fast and cheaper than my rv park. They have a tv with intresting shows on. They also have a little mini mart that isnt overpriced. Definately will return.

Your typical laundromat. What i like about this specific one is that the guy who is usually working is very nice. The washer machine i was using one time was actually broken, it didnt clean my clothes, and he gave me the money I lost , back. They dont have to do that, it isnt their fault if it is broken because of disrespectful guests, so i appreciated the kind gesture.

Less than favorable experience.. my husband came here to wash his work clothes and had one of our dogs in the car so he went out and sat in the car after starting the dryers he was using.. when he returned the clothes were still wet and the dryers now had an out of order sign on them.. when he asked if he could be reimbursed or they could put money on new dryers for him since he had already paid the women then started arguing saying his machines were out of order.. which were clearly marked NOW But had no sign on before he had placed his clothes in the dyers and paid for 30 mins. After arguing she finally put 11 mins on a dryer for him... 11 out of the 30 mins he had actually paid for. Place is a joke. Not a good way to treat honest customers just trying to do their laundry.

Idk if under new management however it was complete opposite of the reviews i was reading, place was clean, the attendant was very friendly and readily available. It is however the ONLY laundramat in all of henderson, still i would recommend to a friend.

The gentleman there, that takes care of the people, is nothing but top-notch. One other thing...I grew up playing pinball and I completely destroyed the NASCAR machine in there. The volume of the free game pop was scaring people.
