Customer experience was awesome. Gener was the man! 👍 All of them were very accomodating and polite, but he was the one who took his time to get what we really wanted. Prior to coming here, we had a worst experience from their competitor on the other side of the valley. We were glad that deal fell apart as Findlay Acura has better to offer and rewarded us exceptional experience. Despite most dealerships ramping up their mark-ups in this particular ‘pandemic scale’ of things, their business never took opportunity of that. That is integrity right there! Anyway, I was shown on the inventories to come for the coming weeks but unfortunately none of them was the car that we wanted so I told them I would wait. On the following day, Gener gave us a call and something just happened, and a car that we wanted became available. The processing was very fast and easy and was all done while at was at work. I did not even have to visit the dealership and they hold and kept the car for me until the next day. Im sure others could have given it to someone else for all that time span. I was really glad. Then on the signing day, Chase from finance was excellent in explaining the details of what we are paying for and gave us also awesome deals. The conversations were very casual and we felt so laidback and relax. Never felt any pressure at all and were very informed all through out the process. Had my car inspected for a certain problem I wanted checked which was fi ecu fuse Blowing when car stalled resulting in a no start. They did not even find the cause they blamed it on the engine harness which was not the cause, it doesn’t take a genius there’s a bad ground or short circuit causing this problem, the technicians know little to nothing when it comes to electronics, my property inside my car was returned damage, the cover underneath the glove box was broken away from the screwdriver Side, at the end of the day they still made me pay it was ridiculous

I recommend Findlay Acura if you are in the market for a new car. I called and immediately started talking with Al Padilla. I was highly interested in a Honda Accord they had listed. Al notonly reserve the vehicle for me until I could get my financing and drive the long trek there, but he was honest and profession during the entire process. I highly recommend him and Reba in their finance department. Thanks guys!

I called asking for an NSX Type-S and a lady named Marry picked up the phone. I understand got the car is kind of unattainable right now but the second I said that was the vehicle I was looking for the lady seemed to take a snappy tone. Ask for Mary when you go because she made this whole experience so easy and natural and what could have been a frustrating and stressful event she turned it into an empowering and fun adventure. I realize I’m talking about buying a car but Mary brought her humanity, her charisma and just her all around positive vibes in our new found relationship (yes, a relationship) and I was just so relieved to have found her. From the moment we spoke on the phone she made me feel like I was speaking to someone who would sincerely listen to what I was looking for in a car and I was right. I was also able to observe other staff members and their attitudes and work ethics and I was pretty impressed. From Garret at the service counter who kindly gave me a drink cup and congratulated me on my purchase. To Todd in Service who helpfully adjusted the air pressure in my tires and also congratulated me on my new car. To Reba who helped with my paperwork and who I exchanged sweet and funny stories with and had a great time doing so. Findlay Acura touts themselves to being like family and so far I truly feel that. I had been to other dealers, test driving different cars and no one seem to really want to connect to me. It was easy to walk away from them. Definitely happy with my purchase. I was looking at another RDX prior to the one I bought but I must say that it was worth it. Gener worked with me to get this car and I’m glad everything worked out. The staff there was really friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to other dealerships and didn’t really have that same feeling. I felt like I was attended to and always checked up on while waiting. I made an appointment for my AC to be service Monday 05/10/2021 at Findlay Acura. I arrive and was met by Service Consultant Ramzi. He reviewed the work order and explained what was going to happen and cost to repair with me. He arranged a car service to take me home during the repair or my car. He met the timeline given to me for the repair work and the price for my AC. He sent a car to return me back to the dealership. My visit to Findlay Acura was very friendly and relaxing in the end. I did not spend one moment in the dealership and my car was delivered in pristine condition right to my office door. What a great experience. Michael at Findlay Acura and my entire experience was awesome. I live in Cali, found the car I wanted online. Michael called me and worked all the details of the deal over the phone. None of the stereotypical haggling. Super rational deal making. When driving from Cali to LV became an issue, he facilitated transportation to get me to the dealership!!! Talk about customer service!! Got to the dealership and the car was everything he said it was and I was done with the whole deal in less than an hour. The finance portion of the deal was HANDS DOWN the smoothest car purchase I’ve ever had and as an owner of over ten cars in my lifetime, I say again the smoothest. It was over and done so quick that I was confused lol. But like I said, the overall experience was awesome. I might be an Acura driver for life just based on this experience.

When I first got to the dealership, I was approached by Gener. He helped me with the start up process of getting a new car but was very uninterested in the transaction. He had called me a few times to discuss financing and had no information all three times he called me. I had to ask questions to receive the information he was calling to provide. When I went to finish up the paperwork I worked with Mike Pike and Reba. Both of them were great at sharing information and answering any questions. I appreciate the work ethic and dedication of them both as buying a new car is never an easy process.

Not using a Findlay owned anything again. Not a fair price offered, you have to negotiate and you can find a better deal elsewhere with little effort. If you need the vehicle serviced, they will charge you for things you have already paid for and its impossible to get a response from management. Its an issue from the top down. Have requested multiple times now to be removed from the advertising lists, still getting junk mail to overpay for a new car I dont want.

I love Findlay Acura for several reasons, but two stand out: Ive gotten great deals there and the service team is honest. Im on my fourth new Acura. I lease and get great deals. Once my wife left her very expensive wedding ring in a loaner and realized it two days later. Can you believe the service guy found the ring under the seat. He could have pocketed it and we would have been non the wiser. Also, the service advisors tell me when things are under warranty rather than trying to gouge me. Maybe its just me, but I think they provide a great sales and service experience.

My 2008 Acura RL overheated leaving Las Vegas July 14 2021 so I was able to get it to the service dept. to check it out that day. after a 3hr wait they told me the head gasket was blown and the car was a total loss. offered me $125 for it. No Joke. I made it home to California the next day with the help of a friend and had my car transported to my mechanic. The car only needed a new radiator-that is all. These guys are a bunch of crooks in my opinion and I would recommend never doing business with them. One star is more than they deserve--buyer beware of this outfit.

I had a last minute problem with a wheel--making some noise. I called Todd and he make the appointment on short notice. They looked at the car and determined a small rock had lodged between the disc brakes causing the noise. They made the fix and did not charge me---and then washed the car.Todd has been professional;, reasonable and very good to me over the years in the service department.

Great experience with Mary. I drove up and saw the vehicle she intended to sell me and I knew right away it wasn’t going to happen due to me not liking the color on the rims. Also the vehicle was more than I wanted to spend. Mary convinced me to take it for a spin anyway. Even then I was ready to walk but again she convinced me to stay and allow her to work her magic in regard to the price and the wheels. In the end I drove away with a beautiful rare Valencia Red Pearl Acura MDX PMC edition at a monthly payment that I’m comfortable with. I also get to come back to have the wheels dipped in the chrome finish I prefer. Mary showed me that she wanted my business and she did everything in her power to earn it.

We are from Arizona. We had preciously purchased a TLX from Findlay Acura, Henderson. . We had some Dr appointments in Vegas, plus a service scheduled. As luck would have it, even though we know car batteries don’t last in this heat, the very minute we were in the car to leave, the battery failed. After a jump start, we headed to Vegas.We Dropped the Dogs at a kennel in Vegas, since we planned on staying 2 nights, and the car started. We Went to the Dr, and it didn’t. Acura road service sent someone right over. Once again, after jumping, we drove the TLX to Findley Acura knowing it was under warrantee, and had service scheduled the next morning. As we waited for the Uber, we talked with our old sales team. Expressed the desire to eventually get into the MDX. After the pandemic, as well as all dealers, there wasn’t any stock. Not being in a hurry, that was okay...We had time, no rush. The next morning they called us. Someone had backed out of a deal, and a MDX came available. We made the deal. They picked us up from our hotel, and had us in and out in record time. The MDX is awesome.

We are from CA, and arrived in town at 1:30am - the check engine light began to flash as we past Allegiant Stadium. Not the way to start a Las Vegas weekend! We called at 8a on Friday morning, their service team got us in at 12:30, diagnosed by 1p. They let us use a loaner car for the afternoon so we didn’t miss the family activity/party we were in town for. Repairs were done at 5:15p, and the car was washed and back in our hands by 5:30p. Barely missed a beat on our weekend. Thank you for great service!!

I was not in the market for an suv and fell totally in love with the RDX! It’s so sleek and roomy and has so many features! Chase completely sold us on this vehicle.
