They had a VERY well equipped , new for 2021 F-150 Tremor on the lot and a new Bronco convertible in stock inside the showroom!!!! Very nice vehicles. Those are two fairly rare vehicles considering this covid chip shortage and in a relatively smaller city like Henderson... And more importantly, I DID NOT see an addendum on the window sticker of the Tremor - a very good sign of a dealership that tries to work with people and not take advantage of people of lower socio-economic status while exploiting those of higher economic status. Again, the Bronco is a more limited edition vehicle and I dont know if it had an addendum with additional mark up-it was in the showroom, the dealership was closed; so there was no way I could have seen it. But, I have had good experiences with these people in the past- so ....they get a good review from me partially due to past positive experiences. I knew them when they were Advantage Ford Lincoln and they always tried to give us reasonably good deals on vehicles and kept good inventory pre covid.Hopefully, this will continue under Crossroads ownership.....

The work for the recalls was good. The only issue I really have is my dash got cracked and one of my vents got broken while they were servicing my vehicle.......

Crossroads ford is the BEST. Ive never been treated more respectfully and appreciated anywhere. I ALWAYS go there for my F150 trucks (6 in fact). Mr. Marrow, manager knows how to treat customers and to bring them back. My salesman is awesome. I love the atmosphere there. I recommend it HIGHLY to all.

My Volvo began having some electrical issues and low tire pressure when I was filling up at the gas station next door on my way up to Massachusetts. I will never have another vehicle serviced there. My truck broke down on the road and they were the nearest Ford Dealer. They had my truck almost 2 weeks before it was diagnosed. I explained to Doug when I dropped off the truck how vital it was to my business. In total, they had my truck days costing me $1,642 in a rental car, and over $8,000 to fix a fuel pump issue. I asked for the GM to call me which he never did.If you like doing business with people that don’t answer the phone or return phone calls, the. This is your place. I was just repeatedly hit with how busy they were. I promise they aren’t more busy than a self employed business man.My company has been in business over 20 years. I have had my 2010 Ford Explorer serviced at Crossroads Ford of Henderson ever since it was purchased. I have always found the service to equal or exceed what I have always very satisfied and treated with respect and courtesy.

Updated review: I own a 2014 Ford Focus, it came with a recall part. So it is Ford’s responsibility to fix it, however my “ warranty” ended therefore I was told I had to pay to fix it. A few days after my current review they called me several times asking if I could delete the comment because it was bringing their rating down. In one of the phone calls a man tells me he has a car that’s been “ sitting “ on the lot they needed to get rid of. Because he wanted me to trade in for a car that’s just been sitting there lol, do I have stupid written on my forehead?? I’m very disappointed in the way the situation was handled.

My 2016 Ford Explorer had some issues near here on my way down to GA with my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. I waited until they open and went in and the lady that attended ( sorry cant remember her name I was nervous wreck) have told me that they were booked and was not going to be able to help me that day but she said she will try her best for a mechanic to check my vehicle. She was a angel in disguise. I thought I was not going to be able to make it to my family but she was able to get my kids and me back on the road 2 hours later. Thank you whoever you are for allowing us to have a great Thanksgiving. I was lucky to have broken down near a great place. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I made a decent deal and signed contract to purchase a Jeep Cherokee through Crossroads Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Prince George of Virginia. The Jeep was in Henderson , North Carolina. The deal fell apart and neither dealership would inform us of the complete story. Took the Fusion Ive owned for a week in for a warranty repair. They now have had the car longer than I have. No one can tell me whats wrong with the car, when someone will work on it or when it will be done. Stuck without it for the weekend now and Monday morning Im going to go get it and take it to a Ford shop that knows what its doing. Unfortunately, the family that owns this dealership has done the same thing to me at their Honda and Chevrolet dealers also.

Kimya is the best! I went looking for my first car and she didn’t stop until I got it. We were together for a long time that day she even used some of her own money to help me get insurance just to even get my car off the lot ! She still texts and calls me every once in a while to check up on me I can thank he enough!

I called General Manager because he was interested in my car , he said come on in and we will see what we can do , go in and never see Mr. Marrow . DO NOT GO!! This was the worst experience I have ever had. I wasted 7 hrs of my day and didnt even discuss a car. I called for a specific car, they said they didnt have it, but could get it. The Business Manager was very informative and accommodating on the phone. Once I got there, I didnt even see him. They said he had two customers, well there were only two there, me and someone else. Then I left after two hours, called the Business Manager as I was leaving the parking lot. He said he said he would get my file and would call me right back......I still havent heard from him. ...JUST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! (and now watch the automated response, and yes I complained to Ford as well)

I stopped in back in November and couldnt strike the deal that I was looking for at the time. The young lady that I was dealing with spent a lot of her time trying, but I am a hard guy to make a sale when buying a truck. Even though we didnt make a deal Kimya was an absolute professional and left me feeling good, she was not pushing too hard or rude like a lot of sales people are.After doing a lot of shopping around , I decided to give staying local another shot. When I came back 10 weeks later, Kimya met me on the lot with a smile. She remembered my name , where I worked and every detail of the conversations that we had previously.She went to work finding just the right truck for me. This time she made a sale. She is very personable and made my buying experience a great one.If you are shopping for a vehicle in the Henderson/Oxford area I would definitely recommend looking her up.

Usually able to get oil changed without an appointment, but had to take an appointment a week later! I wish they would top off fluids. I had to take my vehicle back in 2 days after because my brake fluid was low! The filled it at no charge but if it had been topped off during the initial visit, this would not have happened!

Wish I would have read reviews on service. They have had my Mustang for 7 days now. I call and no one can seem to tell me anything but we will call you back which never happens.

I had an appointment to have my escape serviced but when I arrived I was told to have a seat and they would get to me shortly. After about 45 minutes and still no service I knew I could wait no longer because of other obligations so I had to make another appointment for the next day to drop my vehicle off and come back later to get it.
