No returns after 30 days. No exceptions. Manager wouldnt even allow store credit. Seriously? Unopened/untouched Lightning McQueen plates and napkins. And, not seasonal! Very poor customer service. No compassion. No sorry for the inconvenience. Well never go back to Hemets Party City.

Very nice place. I always find what Im looking for at Party City! I was looking for party decorations for my daughters 15th birthday party in September! Very clean and friendly staff.

They do give great service, and great items BUT if you decide to buy helium they should state that it cannot be returned, even when unopened and unused. No one ever told me that when I bought the tank. Only disappointment with this store.

Love this place! Glad Hemet finally has one. Wristbands are severely overpriced, but a great place to get party supplies. I take my kids there with $1-2 and they can get a few things that are $0.60 or less. Better than the dollar store.

Get people,have just what you need or will try to get it for you tell you where you might find it,but most of the time it is a one stop shopping,for everything.

Dark and dirty store. I have had a few good experiences, but the majority have been abysmal. What you purchase here will only last for one to two applications, which may be okay in certain scenarios, but for the most part it is a frustrating aspect of the quality of the things sold here. If you buy a costume here, expect to only wear it once. Customer service is hit and miss depending on worker at the time.

I found everything I needed to do my Christmas gift rapping easier and I had a great time shopping almost gave myself a flash back being in a toy store.Gracias a Party City.

Cashier was obviously tired, however she didnt need to be handing my things recklessly. I spent $56 bucks for m smh-this was not suppose to happen. It was for business ideas and my bday girl today. Deals were good but not the cashier.

Went in to get balloons for my son on a Friday afternoon and they tell me they have been out of hilium for a few days and to go back on Monday and I was referred to another party supply place down Florida??? Its like going to a bakery and they tell you they are out of bread. Smh

Fun store to shop in but some of the items are a little pricey. Some of the staff could be more pleasant and helpful.

This place is stupid they they gave our order to some random customer and then they blame it on us. Im never shopping there again. I hope this never happens to anyone cuz they ruined our night and they didnt even try to help us out.

Great staff there is a lot of variety in products in party whether you want stuff for the super bowl or a birthday they have you covered and especially during holloween the variety goes up ten fold and they have good prices for what you get they also have costumes for anytime of the year Christmas,easter , or holloween party you find everything you need.
