Don’t ever get from them. I confirmed my jumper table and chairs for June 6th on June 5th.. got confirmation.. they never showed up never responded to me when I tried texting/calling. If you want happy kids and not disappointed kids do not i repeat do not expect it from these people. I would give 0 stars if possible.

This company is a scam! I paid for a service and did not receive the service. Every time I call they say they will call back in 15 minutes and do not call back as well as respond to further calls. Do not get scammed by this company!

Cant say enough positive things about these people. We decided on the day of to get a jumper for my kids birthday. Not only did I have one dropped off in an hour but it was only 65 bucks for a 13x13 bounce house. Great people and company. Very efficient. Will use again.

Dont do business with them. Paid them for an item and keep texting with no response. Called and they said they will get back with me in 15min. Its now 7 days later and no call back. Sent them a Zelle refund request and they are not sending money back.

This place is trash! Their customer service is horrible as well as the lady that answers the phone. Her communication skills as far as letting you know deliveries will be late, she lacks the capability to do that. And seeing as it’s a cell phone, she’ll stop answering when she feels like it, KNOWING you’re waiting for a delivery. Definitely feel it’s a race thing, this is the second time I’ve ordered from them and the second time this has happened. As we speak, I’m waiting for a delivery for my kids party and the lady that reserves the jumpers for you isn’t not answering. I have text messages, so please feel free to contact me prior to reserving a jumper with them if you would like proof.

I love the fact that they were nice and affordable also they let us keep overnight will Definitely rent again and recommend it to all !!!!!! thank you for the great service.

I called to inquire about renting tables and chairs. I was told that it would be a $25 fee for delivery if my rented items did not come up to a certain fee. I informed the lady I understood. She asked me how many tables and chairs I needed. I let her know I needed 2 tables and 6 chairs. She says, oh yeah that doesn’t meet our minimum fee for free delivery, and a $25 delivery fee will be charged. I said okay and she hung up in my face. I called back three times and she never answered. She is beyond rude and has no customer service etiquette what so ever. If I could give her a -5 stars I would.

I pay then $900 for a inflatable, and i am beeing calling, sending text, messenger, and everything, but they don’t answer, i don’t know if they would do my Inflatable or if they just take my money, at this point I don’t know ! So be careful, plus i am in Arkansas, so Is hard for me to check if they really have an office in CA.

OK these people were not nice at all if you want to get a jumper from these people I would not all they care about is the money if you don’t get your jumper In time because they run late if you don’t like it or you don’t like their service because they came late or something they don’t care they just go to somebody else now I don’t know who treats people like that that just tells me they’re in it for the money and nothing else we loved the jumper but we can get these jumpers anywhere I’ll never go back to these people ever again I would tell you the horror story but it’s too long I don’t think I can leave that long of a review lol I don’t care how desperate you are to have one please do not go to these people they only care about the money and not the customer they’re only in it for the money The customer always should come first

DO NOT waste your time with this so called company! I reserved tables, chairs and a jumper for my childs party and they never showed up. They didnt even have the decency to call me. I called several times and they would not answer and their voicemail was full so I couldnt even leave a message. The woman that helped me is Faby. Please if you dont want to be left last minute without tables, chairs or jumper for your children take your business elsewhere where they value their customers. This place is garbage!

First time I heard that a jumper company or what ever they want to call them self charge to deliver a jumper because its a holiday lol
