One of my favorite stores. I buy the exact same merchandise as at other stores and pay one fourth of the price. Great savings !

I love their crafting supplies, same as holly hobby but without the pain to my wallet...lol

They like to tell people to sit their bags down and then employees still stuff from them

This location needs a good cleaning...The restrooms are still closed to the public...

Lines are always long with one cashier. And only the manager can load green dot cards, so you better hope you get there before he goes on lunch or isnt busy

Store was messy and very long line. Only 1 clerk.

This store is filthy...dirty with bad management. I waited in a line of 9 ppl with 1 worker who ignored us and a guy that disappeared with that long line. My bak was killing me I finally left after 25 min in line.smh

Well it was Thanksgiving Eve, and it took me 10 minutes to shop, and 30 minutes to get checked out . The line of people ( about 30) went clear to the ack of the store. The checkers were doing their best considering there were only 2. The manager was supposed to come help at the 3rd counter but never appeared.

I needed a dish pan. They had it.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Site is always stocked and clean. The lady that was there tonight was really helpful

2 stars for being well stocked. Their floor was grimy. Only 1 cashier working made waiting in the long line a lengthy process. This happened during my last visit there too. And questionable characters hanging around outside.

I appreciate that employees there always greet customers at the entry with a cheerful WELCOME. Also, employees keep the store looking clean and orderly. And prices are very low!

A little messy for some but, not to the point of annoyance. It is a treasure hunt after all.

This is one of the smallest dollar trees! It didnt even have 2 full aisles of Christmas decoration. Just a few ornaments too. There were two unisex restrooms in the store and both were locked, with an employees only sign taped to the doors. Boxes were piled high in the walkways, things were haphazardly put on shelves.

My mom and I are very sweet people but we stopped to do some shopping at this dollar tree which is one of our favorite stores and we were not treated very well. They were very grumpy. And mom and i spent on average $40 to $50 dollars. So the guys working to day need to learn to be nice and treat people/ customers the way they want to be treated right? Thank you for asking.

Just so you are aware it says open till 9pm. But really they are open until 8pm.

I like it! If your finances are low and you need some house hold things, or food, thats the place to go!!

Great if youre on a tight budget. Really helps with cleaning products, lunch bags, rubber gloves, trash bags & storage bags, dusters, cards & so much more. A+ & great personnel.😉😉

The type of traffic in and around this dollar tree has a lot of vagrants. I had to wait to enter until a street person got up and moved. He was sitting in front of the door scraping stuff off the walkway. The best thing about this store is that everything is actually just a dollar.

I have been here before, dont really like going because of some of the customers; and they will wait until the only checker has about 15 people in line before calling for back up! I gave 2 stars because today and other visits they will say welcome, thats a lot more then the employees at Stator Bros on Stetson will do!

I always go to this dollar tree but today Im raiting it a 1 star which they dont even deserve! So I took my 13 yr old daughter so she buy herself some chips and as soon as she stepped in the store the employee told my daughter that she wasnt allowed in the store because she had to be there with an adult because that was their rules ! Like since when did this rule exist? Now they are making their own stupid rules which i will be calling corporate for this! Because you cant make your own rules!!!🤬

This particular Dollar tree is what it is. Its neither terribly good or bad. Its not going to impress you with an open and inviting sales floor or its semi-engaged staff.

I was treated like trash by a cashier named Kaylee. Bad customer service by her and I believe her manager. I understand it is a dollar store but geez have a bit of consideration. atleast you have a job my sister was in there barely able to buy christmas

Worst customer experience ever. In all honesty that employee Alonzo should not have a job there. 1) You do not treat people with disabilities like that. 2) don’t cuss Infront of autistic child who have echolalia (which means they literally repeat everything new that they hear). 3) please do not justify the amount of time you have been ‘employed with dollar tree’ equatable to you being a good employee, as your manager said you have been transferred from store to store. My visit lasted less then 4 minutes, I asked one employee politely where the water beads are, I even said thank you . The only question I asked you was why this store only had clear water beads most of the other stores have colored ones ( not rude, it’s a question). You then stated you wouldn’t break my large bill ‘that’s fine I understand’ but what was uncalled for was your attitude. See I have Asperger’s syndrome among a dozen other disabilities some which impair my immediate memory. You called me rude, for trying to process my thoughts, which I do every single day.... and I go to a major university on a full ride scholarship so apparently my mannerisms are okay there. I’m processing my thoughts I’m asking okay I have such and such since they can’t break this bill then I’ll just take one item away. You said “what the hell” infront of a 4 year old special needs child. You basically disability shamed me and discriminated against us, and no sir you do not have any right to refuse service to a disabled person trying to make a purchase when you yourself cannot even stay at one dollar tree for a “long period” of time. Discrimination is a crime, disability shaming is wrong, and you should not be holding a job there.

Love to buy party things here. Everyone who comes through the door is greeted with a friendly hello.

When you first walk in its a bit bare and didnt get greeted. But it is big inside with lots of aisles to shop thru.

I went in today 10min. after they opened and I know they just opened, i went to pay for my things and me not realizing that its early and they really havent made any money i tried paying with a large bill, the cashier was nice and polite but the manager 😠... I believe it was the manager that the cashier called up she goes ahead and says with an attitude its too early for this and that kind of upset me yea i know its early but wouldnt a better responce been like im sorry maam but we dont have change for large bills at this moment. Ive worked in retail and that is not how I was trained and youd think people of a certain age would have manners specially when having a job dealing with customers on a daily. I like dollar tree but now I would much rather go to the one off of Stetson, in the Wal-Mart shopping center. the employees are not rude and I have never heard them talk about customers while shopping. Every time I am at this store I hear the employees talk about the customers.
