So unfortunately I found myself in need of getting a loan close to my rent date. I was worried I wouldnt have everything I needed to apply but it was so much easier than i thought! All I needed was my ID, SSN card, most recent check stub and my bank direct deposit form. I did not have my bank form so I was able to use my bank app. I had completely forgot that i hadnt paid my phone bill and was a bit stuck, luckily the employee Aisha came in clutch with her wifi hot spot. She definitely didnt have to help me with that. She could have easily had me go to my bank and get the paper because she had other customers waiting in line behind me. If it wasnt for her help with the wifi I would have had to go all the way back to my bank to do so. Basically she saved me the hassle of doing so and because of that I was so thankful! I will definitely be back again not only because the whole process was pain free, but because this (in my opinion) went above and beyond for me a new customer. So thank you for that! And honestly the cherry on top of it all was that this place does REFERRALS!! If I referred someone to them and got them a cleared loan, I get $25 just for sending them their way. So far NONE of the other loan places I have visited in the past have offered referral deals. Definitely a plus plus in my eyes. So this is now my new spot for any loan Ill need. If I could give negative stars, I would. Sign on door says remove hat & sunglasses. I was removi g my hat & sunglasses, tried to open the door, and it was locked. I saw somebody movin about i side, so I just left. A lady comes out hollerin that theyre open, stressing I remove my hat & sunglasses. I told her I was doing that, but the door was locked. She was just steady fussin about somethin, so I just left. After googling them, I noticed a one star rating. Scrolling down, there appeared a 9 out of 10 star rating! Dramatic difference! Based on my personal experience, I am inclined to believe the one star rating. That woman was probly on her cell phone. Im so glad I didnt go in there.

They never called us, we had to call in every single time just to find out they needed some kind of information from us which we provided.. vanessa is the manager there and to be honest i dont know how that place is still in business with her working there. People beware! STAY AWAY!
