What a joke of a facility and a insult to postal carriers i dont understand how they are in business everyone should be let go here and be restaffed with people who know what there doing and are fake working just for a pay check. joke of a facility doesnt ever answer the phone the driver dont even properly drop off mail or the proper mail to the boxes i will be make a proper complaint to the bbb and see who i can get to investigate this place

Lady is front desk is very rude lazy and unhelpful. Ive been to this location a few times and there has been a few incidents of her rudeness. Thats the reason Im writing this review. The State st mail is very nice friendly and helpful.

They are supposed to be open at 9:30 am I’ve been standing here since 9:15 it’s now 9:56 with no one here.

Super friendly environment! I come here to ship out items at least once a week. Never had any issues with my shipping process. Very organized and clean. Wish I had known about this place sooner, since it’s hidden at the corner.

Post Office refused to receive my general delivery mail and returned it. I was in Hemet only a few days and arranged general delivery of important documents, delivered priority mail, for pick up at the Post Office. Before choosing this Post Office I first checked the USPS website to make sure this Post Office handles general delivery, it says they do. When I went to pick up my priority mail, the USPS person there, Elva, said we dont take general delivery. I said the USPS website indicates they do, and she said it didnt matter what the USPS said, they can do what they want. So I asked her, who decided to refuse my delivery? She said SHE decided on her own to refuse it. She went on to tell me I should have ordered my general delivery priority mail delivered to the other Post Office in Hemet. Thats useless for me, I didnt get my Priority mail when I needed it, and I wont be here any longer.

I like this little Post Office. Its like the one in my small hometown. They are convenient and parking is easy. They charge the same rates as all USPS branches - no mark up like the MailBox stores that are privately owned. Mostly its the same man at the counter, who seems to know the regulars. Hes quick and does a good job, been there a long time and knows his business.Theres only one caveat. Since there is only a staff of one, the place closes for his lunch, but the website does not mention the time. So you have to go there to find its closed. Fix that and get the fifth star!

They installed community boxes in an over 55 neighborhood where a number of residents have handicaps and can barely walk to where the box is located. On top of that, the box was poorly installed to where the keys will not unlock and open the package door. My mother gets medication delivered and we can not access the box it sits in and there is nobody to call for her to get help to get her package out of the box. This is potentially life threatening as she can not get to her medicine.

The lines tend to be fairly short if there are lines at all the workers are courteous experienced well-trained helpful dont want to be in long lines like at the big post office on Acacia this is one of the places to go they can meet all your postal needs 👍😎

Always been a great service with me. I recommend going to this post office over any other one in Hemet or San Jacinto to be honest.

Such a rip off!!! I paid $2.88 to ship my package at every other usps center now this center on Yale and Florida wanted $10.88 for the same exact package I had sent elsewhere I can not believe this store is in business and if you can..... RUN!!!! far away from this facility....... this facility is a scam!!!

Nice place but its stuck between the buildings far in the back in a place only a post office could survive being in business wise.

Very bad service and always late for deliveries, if I could I wouldnt give it any stars, what a shame.
