It is getting very expensive to go there $22 for a car wash?? Also I think somethings fishy. I was due for my free car wash after 10 washes you get the 11th free. It took a long time to earn that free wash. I actually havent been there since late 2019 because of covid and although I havent changed phone numbers, Interestingly they didnt have my information showing that. They showed this was my first car wash. Makes you wonder what happened to the free wash. 🤔 Sounds like an insider job.Rather than make a fuss I went ahead and got the car wash since it was already going through but I wont be back. It wasnt really that good of a car wash not $22 worth sorry

Really great spot!! I went on vacation and my car got really dirty I dont trust people with my car but its father day and didnt want to wash it myself lol, they did such an amazing job all the workers were really nice and made sure I got what I paid for most definitely coming back thanks guys

This place is the worst place I never see any place like this. Theyre charging alots money, but results is nothing ! If you go there take your cur picturs than after when it done check one more time but carefully. If you making any complaints they say pay one more time we can clean again or just say get out. You cant fine any owner for complain and also if tou ask more they are ready to fight with you.I am disability and I scared and just left that place.

The owner and workers are very nice and does a good job. The only problem is the cashier. She took my receipt no hi or no hello. Not even a thank you. What kind of customer service is that. I love coming to this car wash but they need to teach her good manners. I try to be nice to her but she’s so difficult to deal with.

Worst time ever. I was #3 in line and paid went out side and waited for my truck to come through. After 14 cars came through I went to manager and all can say is he will take care of it. 4 more cars came through and then my truck.. rrrrrrrr... then I went to bathroom well Ill just post pictures.. wow I hope you get it together fast . I will give it 1 last time. I have the right to blog and I will.. I pay good money.. I wont good service.. and clean.....

I’ve been here for 1 hour and 15mins now and still not done. They do a great job but don’t be on a hurry if your coming here. Also the prices are super high $30 buck after a tip for a car wash seems high to me.

Very nice place big, shaded , there is a store inside if you need something to drink or a snack. hand wash all the way no brush scratches even at the end the employes that make sure every drop is wiped up , the car is hit with air fresher and last but not lease your door panels and windows are free of streaks and they treat every car with care no matter what wash package you purchased love with place 10/10

I would like to say that they truly care about their customers and will go above and beyond to help in ways that other places wouldnt. Its not about money, its about building relationships and thats special in todays world! Especially during a pandemic! Francisco was so kind and amazing and I am a forever customer to this place and will refer anyone I can. Thank you for all your help !

I went to this business for a hand wash I paid $40 when the car was completed it was dirty around the entire perimeter of the car. I asked for manager, The manager informed me that they could not rub too hard, then tried to upsell me saying, they would be able to get all the dirt off. If I paid for a more expensive service... I am so upset... I couldnt believe this thief.

Overcharge for a platinum wash and they halfass do it and I end up going after the people who wash and dry my truck to go over it again! If there was another hand wash car wash near me bet I would be going there instead.

This car wash has charged 3 different charges on 3 consecutive visits. 28.99, 33.99 and bow 38.99 for exact same service on a Dually. Jesus here has written the three tickets all different and claims he never has done so although receipts proved differently. The procedure was slowest ever (slow is the norm).The stop was at one time managed at a different level with caring personnel but now the business is and has been on decline with poor management, service writer and cashier who seems to not want to be here.Sad Hemet has to endure poor business practices. No more car wash depot for our fleets.SPLASH on Sanderson/Devonshire for best service alongside consistent fees. Also in Beaumont.

Do not allow this carwash to touch the inside of your car. They dint clean it. They just cover the dirt with dressing to make it shiny. I think they must have used a dirty rag too because ther was grit on everything. They also did not even remove all of the trash when I paid for a detail. Also one of my babys toys was gone and I found a toy that was broken and not mine in the car that was not there before.

The wait time was ridiculously long. The massage chair was the best part. Plus the service well they missed a whole hand print in the window . I will not be going back for the was just might go for the chair massage .

Clean and friendly establishment, this is the only full service car wash in hemet that washes your car by hand, no paint destroying brushes used here. price reflects quality of the job you get but you get what you pay for...if you like your car this is the place for a full service car wash

Terrible service. I arrived and asked for a hand wax job along with the wash. It was$110. It took 30 minutes just to get washed and another 40 to just start the wax job. I kept asking about the service and all they could say was that they told the guys to come work on it. I asked for the manager who didnt care. He couldnt find anyone to do it and came out there to start on it. He tried to use a machine to wax my car but I had to tell him that I wanted hand wax. I also asked for the interior to receive the treatment. Only the front was done. When the car was finally done, 2hours and 48 minutes later the rugs looked terrible and had to be re done. I never received an apology from the managet, only attitude. I am never going back. Run for the hills but dont take your car there

My sister gets her car washed here all the time and they do a great job.

The guys and the wash are great...the women that takes your money is horrible and rude..makes you feel like you are intruding..if the rest wasnt awesome I would never come back

The workers are well coordinated and work hard. They are very thorough, so plan to spend 20 or 30 minutes waiting for your car. I was disappointed that the cost of the basic wash and interior cleaning has gone up to almost $23.

I did an okay job on my car they didnt put in my air freshener that they charged me for and they didnt clean it out a lot of my interior car caddies

I paid for their $40 wash they didnt lift the match they didnt get the bugs off and exhaust and they wouldnt run it through again never going back.

The prices did go up here. I do get it new year got to pay for more. But yikes it wasnt a couple dollars we r talking 10 buck increase. My husband was upset last time we went he said the truck got scratched from there. But besides that they do a good job. Not amazing but best we could find in hemet.

The best place Ive found in town. No questions asked.Until yesterday November 2020.Went in for my usual wash, they had it on special. Down from 59$ to 50$.I dont know where they found their new helpers, but they sure didnt do a very good job. Half of my windshield got cleaned, 1 mirror got cleaned, the dash got the protection coating but didnt get cleaned beforehand, 2 of the tires got shined, they only vacuumed the drivers seat, there is still dirt on the exterior, they didnt even put in an air freshener. Im usually a generous tipper, but this time I didnt feel they earned it.Now I have to find a new car wash that does a good job in a timely manner.

First time here and I was impressed. I sat in an awesome massage chair while I waited for my car. It was quiet, everyone was friendly. The whole place in and outside was clean. It was an enjoyable experience. My car was well taken care of.

The car wash always comes out great. Windows come out with streaks depending on who does it. Best man for the job my wife always recommended Francisco.

Just spent $35.00 for. Car wash I could have paid my kids to do. Mirrors not done.l, Windows had streaks, didnt wipe down the inside. Spent another 45 minutes home redoing my own cleaning. Oh by the way we where there for over 45 minutes

Took a really long time to get the car done. Got the manager involved and he pulled workers to get the cars completed. Went through the wash quickly but sat in the sun drying for 30 minutes without being touched. Need to give them another shot and see if it has improved.

Been going to this car wash for a long time and never had a problem until yesterday with the cashier lady who was so rude to my husband just because he ask her a question on an extra 2 dollars charge, she literally throw the ticket to my husband and ask him to go and ask somebody that works outside even though she knew the answer but she didnt want to tell him..then my husband told her that she was rude and that it wasnt the first time that he was treated like that by her...she said I dont care and do not pay me for your car wash because I dont want you to come back here again and she throws the money to my husband. Then we decided to leave, unfortunately they lost 2 customers just because she was in a bad mood and decided to get it on the customers.

So I get here at 10:30am its now 11:20am and they just vacuumed my vehicle it hasnt even made it through the wash there was only 3 people in front of me when I pulled up and only 2 of them have made it out of the wash when I talked to the lady at the cashier she was extremely rude and had no concern that her employees were not attending their job to get the cars out quickly. This is unacceptable and not how business should be conducted there are plenty of employees here and the machine is working fine so theres no excuse for it to take this long.

This is by far the best car wash Ive been too. The employees are really friendly and accommodating. They have really great deals and different packages for car washes. I actually got my window tinting done here and my tint is perfect. Theres no bubbles in the tint and the color is perfect, it is a true black and they tint at the shade you request (some places give you that purple tint...yuck!). Their car detailing is flawless. My car looked perfect inside and out. Check them out! You wont regret it.

I had my car since 2014 and I went to a few different car washes that used brushes... I will never make that mistake again. My family told me about this place and I decided to check it out. I had the brush scratches removed from my car via the detail services and I enjoyed the ambiance and charm of this car wash. The place is well maintained and clean, plain and simple, they do a great job. I had my windows tinted here and they offered a free wash, so I kicked back and went across the street to get some food. The tint came out very well, but thats what I expect from an amazing car wash. I recommend this car wash to anyone who loves their car.👍🙄👍

Lets just say this USED to be my favorite place. It takes forever to get my car wash now and the rudeness at the front desk is ridiculous.

My name is Rob and on Mar 1st 2019 had my first wash here. Ive never had a better wash/detail for $90. They spent over two hours hand washing, hand drying, blow drying, orbital waxing, hand buffing the exterior. Then the manager himself detailed the interior. In between $90 jobs I will get the less expensive hand washes. My car is a 2003 Porsche Carrera Cabriolet.

This is honestly by far one of Theee best carwashes that I have visited in a while. Today is a Sunday and it was quite busy so It did take about 45 minutes to an hour but man these guys did an absolutely amazing job definitely recommend this place! Also Francisco does a great job managing.

I brought in my minivan to be washed and the upholstery shampooed. They had my vehicle for an hour and a half. As I walked to van to pick it up, the 1st thing I noticed was my phone mount in pieces on the ground outside my van. They didnt finish getting the stain out of a seat. Everything was soaking wet. They left my carpets dripping in a pile, in the trunk. When I drove my van home, there was water pouring onto my feet from inside the dash! I had to lay the carpets outside for 24 hours to dry. There was water pooled in my speedometer. I had to leave all my windows down for 2 days, in the ghetto, for the interior to dry! On top of all that, the tiny on my back window now has massive bubbles all through it, like they took a power sprayer to it, and now the entire tint has to be replaced! WTF guys! I paid $200 for this! I will not be back.

My car windows were never washed and I paid for a basic car wash would think they would wash the windows. I called the car wash and the manager was very rude and it wash my job to check the quality of the service and I did but the car was facing the sun so I did not notice the windows. Poor business practices.

Finally decided to try this place and was very dissapointed. Not only did I waste $30 but had to go to another car wash right after to vacuum and clean the inside of my dash & console myself. Seems like they put no effort in vacuuming or wiping down the inside. (The simplest parts of washing a car) Never again will I waste my money or time here its a rip off!!!!

Jenny the cashier, and all the staff at this place are very nice they do a great job here honestly on the top of my list as far as car wash locations go. This is a must stop location when in the area!

Horrible experience Ive been going there for a while and last 3 times been worst and short guy in front really rude he said he is in management I was telling him my concerns brake dust all over my blk wheels he said sir its hard to clean blk wheels . Really omg and my car was full of dirty spot all over car, all he said sorry sorry lol not going back there at all to car wash depot get some better customer service and better Management
