What a pleasant surprise to have my car hand washed so fast and done well inside and out. Very friendly staff too. My first time coming back since they did away with the automated system and Im very happy. I will keep coming back now regularly for sure and at a fantastic price too.

The wash was great truck came out amazing had golf clubs in the bed of my truck because I just got done golfing well when I drove up and told the dude wagt wash I want he told me he’d take care of the golf clubs for me. When I was sitting inside an employee brought them in and the male in charge he has stars shaved into his head and earrings said” if they left the clubs in there they can stay in there not my problem if they left them in there.” Definetly lost me as a customer after this

They got new owners and you can tell they don’t have their stuff together. I witnessed other cars go before mine even though mine was clearly there first. Also they should really tell people they are about to wait 3 hours because I definitely wouldn’t have done it. I would not recommend

I really like Hemet car wash, however, under the new management they dont do the excellent job they did in the past. Got my truck the works and waxed looking at it today at work, very disappointed.

Horrible customer service the guy suppose to check you in was on his cell phone for a few minutes then when he actually came to helped me, he was very very rude and when I asked questions about which wash to get, he was very unhappy that I had a question and told me he already told me. I asked him his name he said weto. I have been coming here for years and will definitely not be coming back. It’s sad that the new management lets employees treat customers this way.

I have been coming here with my parents for the past 23 years and now that I have a car of my own, I love coming here, but today was beyond disappointing. My car was barely vacuumed. The employee working on my car was very uninterested in doing his job and was more fixated on walking around and staring at the customers. My windows were so smeared and he seemed upset that I asked him to wipe my drivers window to get the shoe polish number off. I also paid for scents that I never received, not to mention, waited two hours for my car. 4 customers that arrived after I did were done well before my car was even worked on.

This place I NEVER recommend! I paid a fortune to wash my car. They gave me my car all DIRTY and WET, when I arrived driving the drops of water falling and the windows all stained inside. When I called to complain, the MYA receptionist attended me super rude, rude, rude to customers, I asked to speak to the manager, and She MYA left me waiting 30 minutes and then hung up on me. When I tried to call again, just drop the link in the message box. People have to learn how to earn their money honestly!! Not deceiving customers, who pay VERY EXPENSIVE and I even gave (tip) for a service and receive another one of TERRIBLE quality. I will NEVER go back to this place! NEVER! Dishonest.

Not sure how I seen 5 people all cleaning my car when the ending results were like in the hands of toddlers. Dash, doors, seats, the easy stuff were still dirty. Def was a poor job for the money I spent!

When I first made my original post, it was about the previous owners.... they were GREAT!Since new owners took over, its not the same. They raised the prices plus want to charge me an EXTRA $2 because my car is considered an SUV. Its a Nissan Kicks. Its smaller than a lot of cars but Im being charged extra due to the SHAPE of my car. The employees dont do as well of a job, its now a rush job.I also dont like the fact that when I tip a certain employee, they are forced to put it in a jar to split with everyone else. I gave that employee a good tip for a reason, they should be able to keep it. Will be looking for somewhere else to take my car to. Very disappointed

Our car sat in the vacuum area for 47 minutes before they finally sent it to be washed....In total we were there for over an hour and a half for a car wash and interior vacuum! The service was crazy slow and we only got the regular wash done, no special or extra services. This was our first time using this car wash and we will not be returning. When we first arrived it seemed busy but after about 25 minutes many cars were finished and all of their workers except 3 disappeared. There were around 10 workers when we first arrived.After our car was finally washed it sat for another 25 minutes before we just asked to take the car and leave because we hadn’t planned to spend such an excessive time here and had other plans. They asked us to stay another 5-10 minutes because our car was “next”. The guy who first helped us was very nice and checked on us two times once he noticed we were still there after an hour. I only gave one star because they did clean my car.**update**after I received my car back from being cleaned and I actually inspected it when I got home, I noticed that it was streaked all over. After going through the car wash and sitting for 25 minutes in the sun to air dry there are streaks all over my windows and windshield. They also did a poor job of cleaning the inside of the wind shield. At night when driving, the windshield is streaked all over with circular streak marks that make it annoying to look through. I had to clean it myself. I know these people clean cars all day but people are paying for a service to be done. Very disappointing.

Lack of leadership. I watched two employees wait until management left and then told the cashier they were going home. Waited two and a half hours for my vehicle to be washed as vehicles that came after me were done before mine. Pay the extra money and go to a different car wash.

Been here a 1/2 hr was the first car in line still not even vacuumed, 1 person vacuuming cars on a Saturday? Never again

Paid for detailing and they even missed the wax on front of car, left smudges on windows. New staff definitely seems to have lacking attitude.

New owners as of mid 2020. Dont have a clue how to run a car wash. Extremely slow. Pretty lousy cleaning job. Prices jacked up. I will be looking for another option. Too bad... used to be pretty good under old owners.

Productivity is embarrassing slow now. New management needs to understand flow chart. Already miss the old owners. Same great employees doing there best but new directive sucks. Waited over an hour with only 7 cars in front of me.

Was definitely not happy with the end results. I paid way too much in my opinion for how my car turned out. The outside was done nicely but the inside was not good at all. There was still dirt in my cup holders, dirt in other places, it looked like it barely got wiped down. I was not impressed at all. I ended up going home and finishing what they left behind. I don’t know if I’ll go back. Waste of money!

Bought a used car from someone that smokes. Entire vehicle reeked of cigarettes, seats were dirty and sticky, it was a mess! Dropped it off for a detailing, Bill gave me an excellent price and really took care of my vehicle. After about 2-3 hours I came back and it looked brand new! Smell was basically gone, everything looked shiny and new. Would highly recommend!

Didnt get what I paid for there was water spots on the back bumper and driver side was not vaccum good, service was fast staff is friendly.

Sent my mother in law here on saturday because they did a great job on my car last month but she came back with dirty streaky windows no where near what they did to my car so I dont know I guess its just a hit and miss if you get a good car wash :(

Hemet Car Wash staff exceeded my expectations. My car needed tlc. Both the interior and exterior shine after the careful attention of the staff.

Took my car 🚗 here today for the first time I will never go back again they didn’t even take there time to clean my car right waste of money my car was all spotted up and my rims were not cleaned I do not recommend this place to anyone in the Hemet area.

Today, I was there over 1.5 hours. My car was allowed to air dry before they got to hand dry it and clean the inside. They were super busy. Normally, I give them a 5 star rating but not today. Im sad about that.

It’s hit or miss depends on who clean your car and how detailed that person is. Times I gone and paid the 40$ for inside and out cleaning and it’s great other times they’ll forget to vacuum the trunk area. Are it’s still dust around the radio area or on the door.

They did it again, past year I went to this car wash and I have to come back to the vacuum area because they didn’t vacuum my car on the back. After one year or maybe a little less I come back giving them another opportunity but they did it again look the pictures but this time my bad I check until I got home

Been here several times thinking they will get better. Every single time. They leave dead bugs and water spots marks. This ti.e they turned my vent air freshener upside down and the contents dumped on my backup screen.

I went today to get a car was I got the complete pack @34.99 plus I added the leather seat conditioning. After they started with the car a worker told me they close at 5pm I got there around 430p. I said well I hope I get a good job because they could have just told me to come back tomorrow. When they handed me my keys I inspected my car there were water spots on the care. The side mirrors and front bumper was still covered in spots from bugs. The inside still had spots on areas they were supposed to have cleaned and it looked like they just wiped oil over everything. On top of that I looked under the seats and there was still dirt and debris on the carpet very visible things if they would have looks. I am very disappointed.

It was good. After leaving i found a few things that didnt get touched like the inside of the doors they were dirty and in between the front seats it is dirty

Good customer service. Paid $20 & waited about 45min. My car was nicely cleaned on the outside but the inside was not so good. Noticeable Dirt & dust in the center console area, front seats, backseats & dashboards....

I could tell this place has probably been here since Hemet evolved. The service was great and price was perfect! The seating while waiting however was not. Their chairs are folding chairs and not the comfortable kind either. I guess their air conditioner must have been on the fritz or shut off as it was close to quitting time. My car looked perfect when it was ready for me to drive off AND THATS WHAT I WAS THERE FOR😀 thanks for being good to my car. She looked and smelt awesome.

I have been to this car wash numerous times. They were okay when I first started going, then they started getting sloppy. I wanted to give this place one more chance, so I went back Wednesday 2/27/19 to get my car washed. The workers chat a lot and they don’t pay attention to what they are doing when they chit chat too much. I got my car back and they didn’t clean the inside or wipe down the top of the dashboard like they usually do. My windows have spots all over them. The corners of my mirrors are filthy like they weren’t looking at what they had to clean. I pay for dressing on my tires and they forgot to wipe them down with dressing again. I’ve had that issue with them before, more than once. I don’t recommend this place and I’ve been going there for awhile. I’m better off doing it myself, especially for the price they charge.

Probably the oldest carwash in town but still going strong. Vehicle goes through automated system while you wait in waiting area. Owners are pleasant. Employees dont speak much as theyre busy working.Prices are about average for a full-service wash but they do a good job. Tipping is optional but seems most will tip a couple of dollars. Expect to wait anywhere from 25 to 45 minutes or maybe a bit longer when very busy.

Ive been taking my cars here for some years and they are very good at taking care of your car. They detail your car pretty good.

My grandparents have ALWAYS used the Hemet Car Wash and so have my parents. This car wash provides good customer service and my grandparents car always comes back smelling clean and looking decent. No complaints so far!

Paid $23.99 to have my car washed. When they were finished, I checked my car out. Lousy job vacuuming, didnt give me my air freshener. Terrible job. Told mgr, he said were busy & they did the best they could. Told me to bring it back tomorrow, so they could vacuum it better. I told mgr, I wont be back!

First time here and my last time! I paid for the $22dollar wash and paid an up charge for my SUV. I watched my car be dried by a few different people which cause confusion as to what needed to be done w my car. I paid for my tires to be dressed and cleaned and for air freshener. I had to remind them to do both! They missed several spots of dirt while drying my car. Underneath the windshield wipers was completely dirty no one had lifted them to clean under. When I looked harder at my car I noticed that the seats werent vacuumed. I spoke to the manager and he proceeded to tell me that seats werent covered in my $25 dollar car wash. 😳 Unorganized place save your money!!

The service here was excellent. From the moment my son and I drove in we were greeted with a smile, told about the daily discount that was being offered, and offered reasonable prices for the services they provided. Best car wash in town, like someone else mentioned. You will NEVER get anything but the best car wash. Other places in Hemet, which I wont name... I spent $40 and got a LOUSY car wash, repeatedly. Now, even though I live west of Sanderson, I still go all the way back to the east side of town for Hemet Car Wash. Why spend the money if its not done right.

Sometimes you just have to be on them, they dont really do a good job anymore and vacuuming or cleaning the cars anymore. Theres always dirt between the seats creases, around the floor mats, etc. Im not a person to complain but after experiencing the same issues over again a few times, it seems the quality of having your car really cleaned is lacking, especially for the price they charge.
