This place is amazing, just some small random car wash but such amazing service. Jeremy helped us out picking which wash, he answered every question immediately. I ended up getting a monthly plan for the mid level wash. I wish I had cash I would have definitely thrown him a tip. He took extra time to power spray the tough spots on my car. Ive NEVER had any carwash do that. I hope that his management sees this review and he gets promoted, a raise, paid vacation, something amazing! Jeremy seems like the type of employee you need to do anything in your power to keep on your payroll! Thank you Jeremy!

Recently, I’ve started coming to this car wash due to the great service they give. At first, I was hesitant to try it out because I haven’t had the best experiences with car washes and I usually wash my car myself. But, due to an unexpected meeting, I had to get a car wash, and to my surprise it was a very comfortable, fast, and great experience. From the couple times I’ve came, I usually have the young man, Evan, help me out. He really made my experience better, as he was very attentive, friendly, and did a great job. The other employees at the car wash that have attended me have been good as well. But Evan, stood up to me, especially because of his young age. I recommend this car wash to anyone who wants a fast, comfortable, and great experience.

Excellent and friendly service. I’ve been a customer for over a year now, and every visit has always been great. The guys working the wash are always courteous.One suggestion is to make sure the vacuums are working at full strength before you commit to a spot.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES ! , I bought a one month carwash subscription , used only once because my car was totaled.next month i was charged again, i called to ask about it , they say its was fixed and i was getting a refund , this was almost 2 years ago and been charging me ever since but these thieves called me and asked for my new card number because it did not went thru as was expired now ,WOW and my wife though this charges where for my fishing magazines .

My nice 2016 silverado came out of this car wash with chipped and scratched paint and dents down the side of the bed. Owner didnt care to even look into it

Went there Sunday had a $10 dollar wash. Amazing experience nice customer service had a nice young man tell me to write a review. I usually don’t do reviews. But, my dad who is a Spanish speaker needed assistance I like the fact how there is Spanish speakers here. Made me and my dad feel comfortable. Didn’t catch the name but really good service always love a place that understands my language. Even comes with a free whipe and a air freshener.

The only car wash I swear by. Great service, good free vacuums and beat wash! Also love all the employees that work there are nice and friendly, get wet whipes and air freshener with every wash rug beater machine, vending machine to buy more products and sink to wash hands or anything. Also always have clean sham rags to use and buy! This place has it all goin on!

On Sunday morning, I had came in into zipline when this kind young man asked what wash I wanted. I had got the 12$ wash and he had asked my young son if he wanted a candy. They always rinse off the car before it goes in the wash. The staff is always friendly. Only thing I have to say is I will say is I wish it would dry my car fully.

So I had a membership with Zipline (Hemet) for about 5 months and used it only 3 times. Requested a cancellation and a full refund on my membership in December 2020 (illness due to the CV), THEN they still charged me for the next proceeding month January 2021. I TEXTED them and they said sorry and so they reimbursed me the full 18$ for January 2021, but they never honored me back my full promised refund for DECEMBER. WHAT THE FUC@ is up with their management and customer service. No I dont want to text you. I want to f CALL YOU and get my money back.

Having an Attendant on site and scrubbing your car down before it goes through the Car Wash impressed me. Shows they value their customers and they care about your experience there. Thats the era I grew up in; people taking pride in satisfying their Customers.

I have to modify my statements of this establishment, overall I had lovely experience, but lately problem w/ manager . I repeatedly have to ask for tire wipe & just ask to spray under trim & just keep getting exuces from said mngr & another employee. I dont expect them to detail my car not what this wash is . But dont make excuses & talk down to me. I love the wash & convienance but just have personality conflict w/ 1 employee

Today I had the pleasure of finding a new car wash in Hemet. A brand new ZipLine has just opened on State Street in Hemet. It is easy to enter and exit. It is clean beyond belief. There are only customers there washing cars, no loitering. This car wash takes only credit cards so no fumbling for dollar bills or coins. I highly recommend you try this car wash and maybe even meet and greet Jon part of the family who owns the facility.

Ever since Tommy’s went out of business out on the West End of Hemet, my next choice for monthly membership is Zipline. Every wash, it gets my truck looking clean, and does a good job! If you want to use the vacuums and wipe your vehicle off, you can do that. If the employees are not busy with other customers, they will come help dry your vehicle off and ask if you need anything else. The customer service is outstanding. It reminds me of the olden days on how customer service should be at all times, regardless. This is how you get repeat customers! They have their wash dialed in to wash vehicles without damaging them. The new QuickQuack wash that went where Tommy’s use to be, avoid that place at all costs. I have heard nothing but bad stories and reviews from friends and people all around Hemet and San Jacinto. Do yourself a favor, come to Zipline, you will not be disappointed. If you are, the manager will be more than glad to help you out. They have earned their business with me and a repeat customer with a monthly pass to wash my truck as many times as I want! Oh I forgot to mention, their top tier monthly membership is $6 cheaper than QuickQuack’s top tier, another reason to stay with Zipline, it will save you money on a monthly basis, regardless of the package you go with!

I believe this one is the only one in the area, so it can get quite busy. If youre in a hurry just know that there is only one line and only a handful of parking spaces.

The Best carwash in Hemet! No where else are you treated like family! With any wash, you are given an air freshener of your choice, a dash board wipe, windex and complementary clean microfiber towels to spot dry if you forgot to bring your own, unlimited use of vacuums and free use of a mat beater for your car mats! And dont get me started about the employees who assist you the whole way through! Unbelievable, that in this day and age finally someone got a clue as to what really matters when it comes to customer service! Big things really do come in small packages. Thanks Zipline for taking care of me!

I bought the monthly membership so I could as often as I wanted, but I think they oversold there passes cuz its always too busy. IF you can fit your car in line without overflowing onto street then you are most likely not gonna find a vacuum. I live right by it and everytime I try and go its too busy to even try. And the last two times I waited in the line to go thru wash....there was no where to park and even dry it...let alone vacuum it. If this continues I am not paying for unlimited washes if they are over capacity all the time.

My car has been through the road trip from Michigan to SoCal in January. Insane amounts of salt everywhere. After all set and done, I am pleased with $5 wash. It removed probably 90% of the buildup. Guys with pressure washers work around the car as it passed through the automated brushes. I am taking the 1 star off because the windows has lots of soap streaks which really has nothing to do with my cars dirt but with inefficient air driers they have. Otherwise, good value and quality for the price.
